本发明涉及轴承组合技术领域,特别涉及具有多圈深沟球轴承组合承接结构。
背景技术
多圈深沟球轴承多用于小功率电动机、汽车及拖拉机变速箱、机床齿轮箱内,多圈深沟球轴承是为了降低齿轮轴与承接结构之间的摩擦力,为了保证齿轮轴工作时更加稳定,齿轮轴的承接结构上大都会设置多个多圈深沟球轴承组合使用。
现有的组合承接结构在使用的时候,其为了保证多圈深沟球轴承润滑性,会通过结构将被轴承滚珠碾压到多圈深沟球轴承边缘的润滑油再次挤入进轴承的内部,对其润滑,但缺少定时的注油结构,即使能够重复将被挤出的润滑油二次挤进使用,但润滑油总有耗尽的时候,从而还是需要人工多次定时的注油,操作较为的不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供具有多圈深沟球轴承组合承接结构,其具有注油结构,通过该结构的设置能够定时将润滑油注入进多圈深沟球轴承的内部,减少人工注油的此时,使得注油工作操作更加省时、省力。
本发明提供了具有多圈深沟球轴承组合承接结构的目的与功效,具体包括:组合承载体,所述组合承载体的内部设置有多圈深沟球轴承;所述多圈深沟球轴承的外圈顶部开设有注油孔;所述多圈深沟球轴承的内圈设置有主动轴;所述主动轴上设置有驱动齿轮;所述组合承载体的左右两侧设置有减速齿轮A;所述减速齿轮A与驱动齿轮啮合连接;所述组合承载体左右两侧的居中位置设置有减速齿环A;所述减速齿环A的圆周内壁上设置有减速齿环B;所述减速齿环B与减速齿轮A啮合连接;所述组合承载体左右两端的顶部设置有减速齿轮B,且减速齿轮B与减速齿环A啮合连接;所述组合承载体内部还设置有旋转件,且旋转件与多圈深沟球轴承呈交错状;所述组合承载体的内部底端设置有安装轴。

有益效果
(一)本发明在主动轴带动驱动齿轮旋转的时候,其会带动减速齿轮A旋转,使减速齿轮A带动减速齿环A旋转,使减速齿环A在与第二齿轮的配合下带动安装轴和第一齿轮旋转,使第一齿轮在与第一齿环啮合的作用下带动旋转件和抹油件旋转,使抹油件将被挤出处于多圈深沟球轴承边缘的润滑油再次抹在多圈深沟球轴承的滚珠上,避免润滑油浪费,节省润滑油的使用量。
(二)本发明在减速齿环A旋转的时候,其会带动减速齿轮B旋转,使其在与减速齿轮C的配合下带动减速轴和主伞齿轮旋转,使主伞齿轮在与副伞齿轮啮合的作用下带动传动轴和传动齿轮旋转,使传动齿轮利用自身与随动齿轮间歇啮合的作用下带动注油筒旋转,使其带动注油槽A旋转,使注油槽A与注油槽B连通将注油筒内部的润滑油通过注油孔注入进多圈深沟球轴承的内部,自动实现注油工作,减少人工注油的次数,降低劳动力成本。
(三)本发明在减速齿轮A、减速齿环A、减速齿环B、减速齿轮B以及减速齿轮C的配合,降低传动轴的转速,又利用了传动齿轮为不完全齿轮的特性,使得注油工作需要间隔一定时间才能实现依次,不会出现持续注油,出现费油的情况。

在减速齿环A106旋转的时候,减速齿环A106会带动减速齿轮B108旋转,使减速齿轮B108在与减速齿轮C1010的啮合作用下带动减速轴109和主伞齿轮1011旋转,使主伞齿轮1011在与副伞齿轮1015啮合的作用下带动传动轴1013和传动齿轮1014旋转,使传动齿轮1014利用自身与随动齿轮1018间歇啮合的作用下带动注油筒1020旋转,使其带动注油槽A1017旋转,使注油槽A1017与注油槽B1022连通将注油筒1020内部的润滑油通过注油孔102注入进多圈深沟球轴承101的内部,并且由于减速齿轮A105、减速齿环A106、减速齿环B107、减速齿轮B108以及减速齿轮C1010的配合,注油工作会经过一定的时长才进行一次,避免注油过多的情况出现;
在另一实施例中:注油管1016的外壁上可以设置上转辊,通过转辊的设置能够降低注油管1016与排放管1021的摩擦力,使注油管1016旋转的更加顺畅。
本实施例的具体使用方式与作用:使用时,首先通过使主动轴103与电力设备的输出轴连接,使电力设备带动主动轴103旋转,使在主动轴103带动驱动齿轮104旋转,使驱动齿轮104在啮合的作用下带动减速齿轮A105旋转,使减速齿轮A105在啮合的作用下带动减速齿环A106旋转,使减速齿环A106在与第二齿轮202啮合的作用下带动安装轴2和第一齿轮201旋转,使第一齿轮201在与第一齿环302啮合的作用下带动旋转件3和抹油件301旋转,使抹油件301溢出的润滑油再次抹在多圈深沟球轴承101的滚珠上,达到润滑油回收的目的,并且在减速齿环A106旋转的时候,减速齿环A106会带动减速齿轮B108旋转,使减速齿轮B108在与减速齿轮C1010的啮合作用下带动减速轴109和主伞齿轮1011旋转,使主伞齿轮1011在与副伞齿轮1015啮合的作用下带动传动轴1013和传动齿轮1014旋转,使传动齿轮1014利用自身与随动齿轮1018间歇啮合的作用下带动注油筒1020旋转,使其带动注油槽A1017旋转,使注油槽A1017与注油槽B1022连通将注油筒1020内部的润滑油通过注油孔102注入进多圈深沟球轴承101的内部,并且由于减速齿轮A105、减速齿环A106、减速齿环B107、减速齿轮B108以及减速齿轮C1010的配合,注油工作会经过一定的时长才进行一次,避免注油过多的情况出现。

所述组合承载体(1)顶部左右两侧设置有减速轴(109);所述减速轴(109)为圆柱形结构;所述减速轴(109)的外端设置有减速齿轮C(1010),且减速齿轮C(1010)与减速齿轮B(108)啮合连接;所述减速轴(109)的内端设置有主伞齿轮(1011);所述组合承载体(1)的顶部开设有装载槽(1012);所述组合承载体(1)的顶部还设置有传动轴(1013),且传动轴(1013)处于装载槽(1012)与减速轴(109)之间;所述传动轴(1013)的圆周外壁上设置有传动齿轮(1014),且传动齿轮(1014)为不完全齿轮;所述传动轴(1013)的顶部设置有副伞齿轮(1015),且副伞齿轮(1015)与主伞齿轮(1011)啮合相连接;所述装载槽(1012)的内部设置有注油管(1016);所述注油管(1016)的底端开设有注油槽A(1017);所述注油管(1016)的圆周外壁上设置有随动齿轮(1018),且随动齿轮(1018)与传动齿轮(1014)间歇啮合连接;所述随动齿轮(1018)的底部嵌入安装有复原弹簧(1019)的一端,且复原弹簧(1019)的另一端嵌入安装于装载槽(1012)的底部;所述组合承载体(1)的顶部还设置有注油筒(1020),且注油筒(1020)处于装载槽(1012)的上方;所述注油筒(1020)的底部设置有排放管(1021),且排放管(1021)插入于注油管(1016)的内部;所述排放管(1021)的底部开设有注油槽B(1022),且当注油管(1016)旋转到一定位置后注油槽B(1022)会与注油槽A(1017)重合连通;
所述安装轴(2)的圆周外壁上设置有第一齿轮(201);所述安装轴(2)的左右两端设置有第二齿轮(202),且第二齿轮(202)与减速齿环A(106)啮合连接;所述旋转件(3)的内侧设置有抹油件(301),且抹油件(301)贴合多圈深沟球轴承(101)的外壁;所述旋转件(3)的圆周外壁上设置有第一齿环(302),且第一齿环(302)与第一齿轮(201)啮合连接。
