Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,属于针织物处理技术领域,包括S1、纤维预处理:将绵纤维原料进行酶洗然后制成细纱,再将细纱进行氧漂和蒸纱处理,制成纱线;S2、针织:将步骤S1中得到的纱线通过针织工艺制备成坯布;S3、制备针织物:对坯布进行染色后再进行缝制成针织物;S4、针织物后处理:将针织物通过有机氟整理剂处理;与现有技术相比,本发明的针织物处理工艺,从针织物的原料以及加工过程和后处理阶段均有对针织物进行处理,最终得到的针织物其染色性好,柔软度好,且拒水、拒污性能好,且具有很好的耐水洗性能。

本发明涉及针织物处理技术领域,具体是涉及一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺。
背景技术
针织物是指用织针将纱线构成线圈,再把线圈相互串套而成的织物,分为纬编和经编两大类,广泛应用于生产、生活的方方面面。针织物在针织机上的纺织过程可以分为三个阶段:给纱、成圈、卷取。
针织物质地松软,除了有良好的抗皱性和透气性外,还具有较大的延伸性和弹性,适宜于做内衣、紧身衣和运动服等。针织物在改变结构和提高尺寸稳定性后,同样可做外衣。针织物可以先织成坯布,经裁剪、缝制而成各种针织品;也可以直接织成全成形或部分成形产品,如袜子、手套等。针织物除作内衣、外衣、袜子、手套、帽子、床单、床罩、窗帘、蚊帐、地毯、花边等衣着、生活和装饰用布外,在工业、农业和医疗卫生等领域也得到广泛应用。如除尘用滤布,输油、输气用高压管,橡胶和塑料工业用衬垫布,石油港口用围油栏,建筑用安全网,农副产品用包装袋,灌溉施肥用低压软管,农作物裁培用网,保护堤岸斜坡用网,渔网,人造血管,人造心脏瓣膜,绷带以及护膝等。
常见针织物多数用于衣服,用于衣服的针织物需要考虑舒适度,柔软度、抗皱、拒水性,现有的针织物拒水拒污抗皱效果差,现有针织物的处理工艺基本都是在针织物成型后通过整理剂进行处理,处理效果并不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、纤维预处理:
将绵纤维原料进行酶洗然后经过并条、粗纱和细纱工序制成细纱,再将细纱进行氧漂和蒸纱处理,然后对细纱进行加捻,得到纱线;
S2、针织:
将步骤S1中得到的纱线通过针织工艺制备成坯布,对坯布进行碱解处理,碱解完成后对坯布进行清水清洗,清洗完后坯布的pH为6.5-7.5;
S3、制备针织物:
S3-1、配制染剂:
将染料加入至混料机中,然后依次加入占染料质量百分比1-5wt%分散液、1-2wt%抗泳移剂、1-3wt%的匀染剂,混料温度为25-40℃,混料机速度为80-120r/min,混料时长为20-30min;混料完成后得到染剂;
S3-2、染色缝制:
将步骤S2中的得到的坯布与步骤S3-1中的得到的染剂进行浸轧染色,经过浸轧染色后的得到有色坯布,将有色坯布进行剪裁缝制得到不同样式的针织物;
S4、针织物后处理:
将步骤S3-2中得到的针织物放入含有有机氟整理剂的浸槽中浸渍处理,质量比为1∶10-15,处理温度为25-45℃,处理时长为45-60min,浸渍处理完成后对对针织物进行脱水处理,脱水完成后在100-120℃下进行烘干处理,对烘干完后的针织物喷洒冷堆助剂,冷堆助剂喷洒量为50ml/kg,然后进行包装堆叠。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中氧漂处理是将细纱在85-90℃下热洗3-5min,然后将细纱经过加入氧漂剂的浸轧机进行浸轧处理,经过浸轧处理后的细纱再进行汽蒸25-30min,通过氧漂处理可以提高纯棉纤维原料的白色度,并附带杀菌效果,也能提高纯棉纤维原料柔软度。
进一步地,所述氧漂剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:5-10%双氧水、4-7%过氧硫酸钠、1-3%表面活性剂、3-5%双氧稳定剂、1-3%螯合分散剂、余量为去离子水,这种氧漂剂在氧漂处理中使用效果好。
进一步地,步骤S1中所述酶洗是将绵纤维原料放入酶洗液中在15-30℃下浸泡2-3h,所述酶洗液由以下重量份的成分组成:5-8份丝光蛋白酶、4-7份氢氧化钠、80-100份去离子水,通过酶洗使污垢更容易脱离绵纤维原料。
进一步地,所述蒸纱处理是将细纱放入蒸纱机进行真空蒸纱,蒸纱温度为110-130℃,蒸纱时长为1-1.5h,蒸纱机真空度为4-6Pa,提高温度或回潮率可减弱纤维大分子间的作用力,使纤维松弛,消除反抗加拈的内应力。
进一步地,步骤S2中所述碱解处理是将坯布放入浓度为4-10g/L的碱剂中处理30-50min,质量比为1:45,碱解处理温度为70-85℃,碱解处理能够改善棉布的光泽、手感、抗皱保型的性能。
进一步地,步骤S3-1中所述分散液是由月桂酸钠和亚甲基双荼磺酸钠质量比1:3先进行混合,然后加入与月桂酸钠同质量的TiO2纳米微粉进行超声处理10-20min,具有很好的分散作用,且TiO2纳米微粉能够在染色过程中附着在坯布内,能够提高棉布的拒水性能。
进一步地,步骤S3-1中所述匀染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠按质量比1:1配制,所述抗泳移剂由丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸酰胺按质量比2:1配制而成,所述防紫外线剂为带有活性基团的苯并三氮唑衍生物。
进一步地,步骤S4中所述有机氟整理剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:13-16%有机氟树脂、8-11%全氟烷基丙烯酸酯、5-7%硅烷偶联剂、3-5%交联剂、余量为异丙醇,可以保持织物良好的手感和优异的透气性、透湿性,能有效提高针织物的拒水性、拒油性、拒污性、耐洗性。
进一步地,步骤S4中所述冷堆助剂由以下重量份的成分组成:过硼酸钠7-9份,过碳酸钠10-15份,过硫酸铵5-7份、零水偏硅酸钠6-9份、硫酸钾3-5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠8-11份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、去离子水20-30份,冷堆助剂提高针织物的抗皱性能。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明的针织物处理工艺,从针织物的原料以及加工过程和后处理阶段均有对针织物进行处理,最终得到的针织物其染色性好,柔软度好,且拒水、拒污性能好,且具有很好的耐水洗性能。

实施例1:
如图1所示,一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、纤维预处理:
将绵纤维原料进行酶洗然后经过并条、粗纱和细纱工序制成细纱,再将细纱进行氧漂和蒸纱处理,然后对细纱进行加捻,得到纱线;
S2、针织:
将步骤S1中得到的纱线通过针织工艺制备成坯布,对坯布进行碱解处理,碱解完成后对坯布进行清水清洗,清洗完后坯布的pH为6.5;
S3、制备针织物:
S3-1、配制染剂:
将染料加入至混料机中,然后依次加入占染料质量百分比1wt%分散液、1wt%抗泳移剂、1%的匀染剂,混料温度为25℃,混料机速度为80r/min,混料时长为20min;混料完成后得到染剂;

步骤S3-1中匀染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠按质量比1:1配制,抗泳移剂由丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸酰胺按质量比2:1配制而成,防紫外线剂为带有活性基团的苯并三氮唑衍生物。
步骤S4中有机氟整理剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:13%有机氟树脂、8%全氟烷基丙烯酸酯、5%硅烷偶联剂、3%交联剂、余量为异丙醇,可以保持织物良好的手感和优异的透气性、透湿性,能有效提高针织物的拒水性、拒油性、拒污性、耐洗性。
步骤S4中冷堆助剂由以下重量份的成分组成:过硼酸钠7份,过碳酸钠10份,过硫酸铵5份、零水偏硅酸钠6份、硫酸钾3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠8份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、去离子水20份,冷堆助剂提高针织物的抗皱性能。
实施例2:
如图1所示,一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、纤维预处理:
将绵纤维原料进行酶洗然后经过并条、粗纱和细纱工序制成细纱,再将细纱进行氧漂和蒸纱处理,然后对细纱进行加捻,得到纱线;
S2、针织:
将步骤S1中得到的纱线通过针织工艺制备成坯布,对坯布进行碱解处理,碱解完成后对坯布进行清水清洗,清洗完后坯布的pH为7;
S3、制备针织物:
S3-1、配制染剂:
将染料加入至混料机中,然后依次加入占染料质量百分比3wt%分散液、1.5wt%抗泳移剂、2wt%的匀染剂,混料温度为30℃,混料机速度为100r/min,混料时长为25min;混料完成后得到染剂;
S3-2、染色缝制:
将步骤S2中的得到的坯布与步骤S3-1中的得到的染剂进行浸轧染色,经过浸轧染色后的得到有色坯布,将有色坯布进行剪裁缝制得到不同样式的针织物;
S4、针织物后处理:
将步骤S3-2中得到的针织物放入含有有机氟整理剂的浸槽中浸渍处理,质量比为1∶13,处理温度为30℃,处理时长为50min,浸渍处理完成后对对针织物进行脱水处理,脱水完成后在110℃下进行烘干处理,对烘干完后的针织物喷洒冷堆助剂,冷堆助剂喷洒量为50ml/kg,然后进行包装堆叠。
步骤S1中氧漂处理是将细纱在88℃下热洗4min,然后将细纱经过加入氧漂剂的浸轧机进行浸轧处理,经过浸轧处理后的细纱再进行汽蒸28min,通过氧漂处理可以提高纯棉纤维原料的白色度,并附带杀菌效果,也能提高纯棉纤维原料柔软度。
氧漂剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:6%双氧水、5%过氧硫酸钠、2%表面活性剂、4%双氧稳定剂、2%螯合分散剂、余量为去离子水,这种氧漂剂在氧漂处理中使用效果好。
步骤S1中酶洗是将绵纤维原料放入酶洗液中在25℃下浸泡2.5h,酶洗液由以下重量份的成分组成:6份丝光蛋白酶、5份氢氧化钠、90份去离子水,通过酶洗使污垢更容易脱离绵纤维原料。
蒸纱处理是将细纱放入蒸纱机进行真空蒸纱,蒸纱温度为120℃,蒸纱时长为1.3h,蒸纱机真空度为5Pa,提高温度或回潮率可减弱纤维大分子间的作用力,使纤维松弛,消除反抗加拈的内应力。
步骤S2中碱解处理是将坯布放入浓度为8g/L的碱剂中处理40min,质量比为1:45,碱解处理温度为80℃,碱解处理能够改善棉布的光泽、手感、抗皱保型的性能。
步骤S3-1中分散液是由月桂酸钠和亚甲基双荼磺酸钠质量比1:3先进行混合,然后加入与月桂酸钠同质量的TiO2纳米微粉进行超声处理15min,具有很好的分散作用,且TiO2纳米微粉能够在染色过程中附着在坯布内,能够提高棉布的拒水性能。
步骤S3-1中匀染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠按质量比1:1配制,抗泳移剂由丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸酰胺按质量比2:1配制而成,防紫外线剂为带有活性基团的苯并三氮唑衍生物。
步骤S4中有机氟整理剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:15%有机氟树脂、10%全氟烷基丙烯酸酯、6%硅烷偶联剂、4%交联剂、余量为异丙醇,可以保持织物良好的手感和优异的透气性、透湿性,能有效提高针织物的拒水性、拒油性、拒污性、耐洗性。
步骤S4中冷堆助剂由以下重量份的成分组成:过硼酸钠8份,过碳酸钠13份,过硫酸铵6份、零水偏硅酸钠8份、硫酸钾4份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、去离子水25份,冷堆助剂提高针织物的抗皱性能。
实施例3:
如图1所示,一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、纤维预处理:
将绵纤维原料进行酶洗然后经过并条、粗纱和细纱工序制成细纱,再将细纱进行氧漂和蒸纱处理,然后对细纱进行加捻,得到纱线;
S2、针织:
将步骤S1中得到的纱线通过针织工艺制备成坯布,对坯布进行碱解处理,碱解完成后对坯布进行清水清洗,清洗完后坯布的pH为7.5;
S3、制备针织物:
S3-1、配制染剂:
将染料加入至混料机中,然后依次加入占染料质量百分比5wt%分散液、2wt%抗泳移剂、3wt%的匀染剂,混料温度为40℃,混料机速度为120r/min,混料时长为30min;混料完成后得到染剂;
S3-2、染色缝制:
将步骤S2中的得到的坯布与步骤S3-1中的得到的染剂进行浸轧染色,经过浸轧染色后的得到有色坯布,将有色坯布进行剪裁缝制得到不同样式的针织物;
S4、针织物后处理:
将步骤S3-2中得到的针织物放入含有有机氟整理剂的浸槽中浸渍处理,质量比为1∶15,处理温度为45℃,处理时长为60min,浸渍处理完成后对对针织物进行脱水处理,脱水完成后在120℃下进行烘干处理,对烘干完后的针织物喷洒冷堆助剂,冷堆助剂喷洒量为50ml/kg,然后进行包装堆叠。
步骤S1中氧漂处理是将细纱在90℃下热洗5min,然后将细纱经过加入氧漂剂的浸轧机进行浸轧处理,经过浸轧处理后的细纱再进行汽蒸30min,通过氧漂处理可以提高纯棉纤维原料的白色度,并附带杀菌效果,也能提高纯棉纤维原料柔软度。
氧漂剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:10%双氧水、7%过氧硫酸钠、3%表面活性剂、5%双氧稳定剂、3%螯合分散剂、余量为去离子水,这种氧漂剂在氧漂处理中使用效果好。
步骤S1中酶洗是将绵纤维原料放入酶洗液中在30℃下浸泡3h,酶洗液由以下重量份的成分组成:8份丝光蛋白酶、7份氢氧化钠、100份去离子水,通过酶洗使污垢更容易脱离绵纤维原料。
蒸纱处理是将细纱放入蒸纱机进行真空蒸纱,蒸纱温度为130℃,蒸纱时长为1.5h,蒸纱机真空度为6Pa,提高温度或回潮率可减弱纤维大分子间的作用力,使纤维松弛,消除反抗加拈的内应力。
步骤S2中碱解处理是将坯布放入浓度为10g/L的碱剂中处理50min,质量比为1:45,碱解处理温度为85℃,碱解处理能够改善棉布的光泽、手感、抗皱保型的性能。
步骤S3-1中分散液是由月桂酸钠和亚甲基双荼磺酸钠质量比1:3先进行混合,然后加入与月桂酸钠同质量的TiO2纳米微粉进行超声处理20min,具有很好的分散作用,且TiO2纳米微粉能够在染色过程中附着在坯布内,能够提高棉布的拒水性能。
步骤S3-1中匀染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠按质量比1:1配制,抗泳移剂由丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸酰胺按质量比2:1配制而成,防紫外线剂为带有活性基团的苯并三氮唑衍生物。
步骤S4中有机氟整理剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:16%有机氟树脂、11%全氟烷基丙烯酸酯、7%硅烷偶联剂、5%交联剂、余量为异丙醇,可以保持织物良好的手感和优异的透气性、透湿性,能有效提高针织物的拒水性、拒油性、拒污性、耐洗性。
步骤S4中冷堆助剂由以下重量份的成分组成:过硼酸钠9份,过碳酸钠15份,过硫酸铵7份、零水偏硅酸钠9份、硫酸钾5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠11份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚20份、去离子水30份,冷堆助剂提高针织物的抗皱性能。
对比实施例1-实施例3,实施例3所处理的针织物染色效果、拒水性和抗皱效果最好,因此实施例3为最佳实施例。
Claims (10)
1.一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、纤维预处理:
将绵纤维原料进行酶洗然后经过并条、粗纱和细纱工序制成细纱,再将细纱进行氧漂和蒸纱处理,然后对细纱进行加捻,得到纱线;
S2、针织:
将步骤S1中得到的纱线通过针织工艺制备成坯布,对坯布进行碱解处理,碱解完成后对坯布进行清水清洗,清洗完后坯布的pH为6.5-7.5;
S3、制备针织物:
S3-1、配制染剂:
将染料加入至混料机中,然后依次加入占染料质量百分比1-5wt%分散液、1-2wt%抗泳移剂、1-3wt%的匀染剂,混料温度为25-40℃,混料机速度为80-120r/min,混料时长为20-30min;混料完成后得到染剂;
S3-2、染色缝制:
将步骤S2中的得到的坯布与步骤S3-1中的得到的染剂进行浸轧染色,经过浸轧染色后的得到有色坯布,将有色坯布进行剪裁缝制得到不同样式的针织物;
S4、针织物后处理:
将步骤S3-2中得到的针织物放入含有有机氟整理剂的浸槽中浸渍处理,质量比为1∶10-15,处理温度为25-45℃,处理时长为45-60min,浸渍处理完成后对对针织物进行脱水处理,脱水完成后在100-120℃下进行烘干处理,对烘干完后的针织物喷洒冷堆助剂,冷堆助剂喷洒量为50ml/kg,然后进行包装堆叠。
2.如权利要求1所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中氧漂处理是将细纱在85-90℃下热洗3-5min,然后将细纱经过加入氧漂剂的浸轧机进行浸轧处理,经过浸轧处理后的细纱再进行汽蒸25-30min。
3.如权利要求2所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,所述氧漂剂由以下质量百分比的成分组成:5-10%双氧水、4-7%过氧硫酸钠、1-3%表面活性剂、3-5%双氧稳定剂、1-3%螯合分散剂、余量为去离子水。
4.如权利要求1所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述酶洗是将绵纤维原料放入酶洗液中在15-30℃下浸泡2-3h,所述酶洗液由以下重量份的成分组成:5-8份丝光蛋白酶、4-7份氢氧化钠、80-100份去离子水。
5.如权利要求1所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,所述蒸纱处理是将细纱放入蒸纱机进行真空蒸纱,蒸纱温度为110-130℃,蒸纱时长为1-1.5h,蒸纱机真空度为4-6Pa。
6.如权利要求1所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述碱解处理是将坯布放入浓度为4-10g/L的碱剂中处理30-50min,质量比为1:45,碱解处理温度为70-85℃,碱剂采用浓度为0.008mol/L的NaOH溶液。
7.如权利要求1所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3-1中所述分散液是由月桂酸钠和亚甲基双荼磺酸钠质量比1:3先进行混合,然后加入与月桂酸钠同质量的TiO2纳米微粉进行超声处理10-20min。
8.如权利要求1所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3-1中所述匀染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠按质量比1:1配制,所述抗泳移剂由丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸酰胺按质量比2:1配制而成,所述防紫外线剂为带有活性基团的苯并三氮唑衍生物。
9.如权利要求1所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3-1中所述匀染剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠按质量比1:1配制,所述防紫外线剂为带有活性基团的苯并三氮唑衍生物。
10.如权利要求1所述一种基于有机氟整理剂的拒水纯棉针织物处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中所述冷堆助剂由以下重量份的成分组成:过硼酸钠7-9份,过碳酸钠10-15份,过硫酸铵5-7份、零水偏硅酸钠6-9份、硫酸钾3-5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠8-11份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、去离子水20-30份。
