本发明涉及投影银幕领域,更具体地说,涉及一种投影增量银幕及其制作方法。
背景技术
幕布是投影机周边设备中最常使用的产品之一,投影幕布从功能上一般可分为反射式、透射式两类;反射式用于正投,透射式用于背投;正投幕又分为平面幕、弧型幕;从质地上可分为玻璃幕、金属幕、压纹塑料幕等,目前普遍认为硬质幕的画面效果要优于软质幕。
现有的幕布普遍存在增益低、视角窄、成像不清晰、抗反光能力差、容易刮花的一种或者多种问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的以在于提供一种集高增益、视角广、成像画面清晰、抗反光、整体防刮花的综合效果的投影增量银幕。
一种投影增量银幕,包括织物层、覆盖在织物层表面的基底层、覆盖在基底层表面的光学层,所述织物层由纵横交错的纤维材料制构成,纤维材料由菠萝纤维、亚麻纤维、黄麻纤维中的任意一种或多种与玄武岩纤维交替织成;基底层包括以下质量分组分:银粉3-9份、光油45-405份、溶剂22-66份、固化剂3-9份;光学层包括二氧化硅粉3-8份、石墨烯粉3-8份、乙醇27-80份、固化剂3-9份。
优选的,所述各组分的质量份比为:银粉:光油:溶剂:固化剂为3:45:22:3。
优选的,所述光学层还包括有质量份为70-210份的哑油、成膜助剂3-9份、消泡剂3-9份。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下好处:
1.菠萝纤维具有纤维表面粗糙,具有无天然扭曲、粗硬、伸长小、弹性差,的优点,其次纤维中脂蜡质含量较高,因此光泽较好;亚麻纤维具有保健抑菌、防污抗静电、防紫外线、并且阻燃效果极佳的优点;黄麻纤维强度高、初始模量高和延伸性低的优点;玄武岩纤维不仅强度高,而且还具有电绝缘、耐腐蚀、耐高温等多种优异性能;不同纤维共同组合成织物层,能够共同具有多种纤维的综合优点;
2.基底层吸附在织物层表面,并且充满纤维与纤维之间的间隙以及纤维的表面,基底层作为基础的光学材料,也作为连接过渡层;
3.二氧化硅粉和石墨烯粉,能够具有良好的光学性能,且光学层能够紧紧地吸附于基底层,使得光学成像层具有高增益、视角广、成像画面清晰、抗反光、整体防刮花的优点。
本发明的目的二以在于提供一种简单、方便、高效的制作方法,制作出集高增益、视角广、成像画面清晰、抗反光、整体防刮花的综合效果的投影增量银幕。
一种投影增量银幕制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,一束菠萝纤维、亚麻纤维、黄麻纤维中的任意一种或多种与一束玄武岩纤维,交替缠绕构成织物单体,若干织物单体纵横交错构成织物层;
S2,采用银粉3-9份、光油45-405份、溶剂22-66份、固化剂3-9份混合,搅拌均匀构成基底层料浆,将织物层浸泡在基底层料浆中30-60分钟,然后由转速为30-50m/min的输送辊输送至烘箱内,输送行程为幕布长度的0.5-1.5倍,在烘箱内依次经过以下烘干程序80℃-85℃烘干10-20min、100℃烘干10-20min、85℃-90℃烘干10-20min、冷风吹干10-20min,得到投影增量银幕坯件;
S3,将二氧化硅粉3-8份、石墨烯粉3-8份、乙醇27-80份、固化剂3-9份混合,搅拌均匀构成光学层料浆,将幕布坯件浸泡在光学层料浆中30-60分钟,然后由转速为20-40m/min的输送辊输送至烘箱内,输送行程为幕布长度的0.5-1.5倍,在烘箱内依次经过以下烘干程序80℃-85℃烘干10-20min、100℃烘干10-20min、85℃-90℃烘干10-20min、冷风吹干10-20min,得到投影增量银幕。
通过采用上述技术方案,制作方式简单方便,易于推广,且织物层、基底层、光学层相互融合牢固,整个产品具有集高增益、视角广、成像画面清晰、抗反光、整体防刮花的综合效果。

S3,将二氧化硅粉6份、石墨烯粉6份、乙醇55份、固化剂6份混合,搅拌均匀构成光学层料浆,将幕布坯件浸泡在光学层料浆中45分钟,然后由转速为30m/min的输送辊输送至烘箱内,输送行程为幕布长度的1倍,在烘箱内依次经过以下烘干程序82.5℃烘干15min、100℃烘干15min、87.5℃烘干15min、冷风吹干15min,得到投影增量银幕。
实施例六
一种投影增量银幕制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,一束菠萝纤维、亚麻纤维、黄麻纤维中的任意一种或多种与一束玄武岩纤维,交替缠绕构成织物单体,若干织物单体纵横交错构成织物层;
S2,采用银粉9份、光油405份、溶剂66份、固化剂9份混合,搅拌均匀构成基底层料浆,将织物层浸泡在基底层料浆中60分钟,然后由转速为50m/min的输送辊输送至烘箱内,输送行程为幕布长度的1.5倍,在烘箱内依次经过以下烘干程序85℃烘干20min、100℃烘干20min、90℃烘干20min、冷风吹干20min,得到投影增量银幕坯件;
S3,将二氧化硅粉8份、石墨烯粉8份、乙醇80份、固化剂9份混合,搅拌均匀构成光学层料浆,将幕布坯件浸泡在光学层料浆中60分钟,然后由转速为40m/min的输送辊输送至烘箱内,输送行程为幕布长度的1.5倍,在烘箱内依次经过以下烘干程序85℃烘干20min、100℃烘干20min、90℃烘干20min、冷风吹干20min,得到投影增量银幕。
需要说明的是,本发明的光油可以采用UV光油或/和PU光油;溶剂可以采用丙酮、乙醇、水和苯中的任意一种或者多种的组合;固化剂可以采用加热固化剂,如三甲基已二胺、二氨基二苯基甲烷、聚异氰酸酯中的任意一种或者多种的组合。

1.一种投影增量银幕,包括织物层、覆盖在织物层表面的基底层、覆盖在基底层表面的光学层,其特征在于,所述织物层由纵横交错的纤维材料制构成,纤维材料由菠萝纤维、亚麻纤维、黄麻纤维中的任意一种或多种与玄武岩纤维交替织成;
基底层包括以下质量分组分:银粉3-9份、光油45-405份、溶剂22-66份、固化剂3-9份;
光学层包括二氧化硅粉3-8份、石墨烯粉3-8份、乙醇27-80份、固化剂3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影增量银幕,其特征在于:所述各组分的质量份比为:银粉:光油:溶剂:固化剂为3:45:22:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种投影增量银幕,其特征在于:所述光学层还包括有质量份为70-210份的哑油、成膜助剂3-9份、消泡剂3-9份。
4.一种投影增量银幕制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,一束菠萝纤维、亚麻纤维、黄麻纤维中的任意一种或多种与一束玄武岩纤维,交替缠绕构成织物单体,若干织物单体纵横交错构成织物层;
S2,采用银粉3-9份、光油45-405份、溶剂22-66份、固化剂3-9份混合,搅拌均匀构成基底层料浆,将织物层浸泡在基底层料浆中30-60分钟,然后由转速为30-50m/min的输送辊输送至烘箱内,输送行程为幕布长度的0.5-1.5倍,在烘箱内依次经过以下烘干程序80℃-85℃烘干10-20min、100℃烘干10-20min、85℃-90℃烘干10-20min、冷风吹干10-20min,得到投影增量银幕坯件;
S3,将二氧化硅粉3-8份、石墨烯粉3-8份、乙醇27-80份、固化剂3-9份混合,搅拌均匀构成光学层料浆,将幕布坯件浸泡在光学层料浆中30-60分钟,然后由转速为20-40m/min的输送辊输送至烘箱内,输送行程为幕布长度的0.5-1.5倍,在烘箱内依次经过以下烘干程序80℃-85℃烘干10-20min、100℃烘干10-20min、85℃-90℃烘干10-20min、冷风吹干10-20min,得到投影增量银幕。
