Abstract
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是一种复合式熔喷脱模布及制造工艺,与现有技术相比,该复合式熔喷脱模布采用三层结构,内外层为:90‑97%聚丙烯(PP)或聚酯PBT+3‑10%氟化微粉;中间层为:80‑95%三元共聚聚丙烯(PP)和20%‑5%弹性体,内外层使用氟化改性树脂,可以有效降低脱模布本身张力,帮助复材辅助成型时脱模使用,减少了原先涂覆、烘干工艺;材料上中间层使用弹性体改性树脂,通过弹性材料改性增加整体脱模布的韧性和加工延伸性;本工艺主要是完全颠覆原有脱模布工艺制造技术,为一体熔喷制造,减少了整经、穿纹、涂覆、烘干等工序,大大缩短了制程工序和制造时间,并且具有透气、自离型、高拉伸性等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,特别是一种复合式熔喷脱模布及制造工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中的脱模布成型工艺复杂,需要经过整经、穿纹、涂覆、烘干等一序列工序,而且采用这传统工艺成型的脱模布无法使用在复合材料成型领域。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中脱模布成型所存在的缺陷和问题,提供一种复合式熔喷脱模布及制造工艺。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的一种复合式熔喷脱模布采用三层结构,内外层为:90-97%聚丙烯(PP)或聚酯PBT+3-10%氟化微粉;中间层为:80-95%三元共聚聚丙烯(PP)和20%-5%弹性体。
其成形工艺如下:
(1)、首先用熔喷头进行喷出成型,将高弹性聚烯烃树脂通过熔喷头高速熔喷出短纤维丝,细流形成平行纤维束,通过滚筒收卷形成单向直线纤维布;
(2)、然后改造熔喷头为左右结构,并将单向直条纤维布直线悬挂放置在网帘上,网帘可以水平上下移动,通过熔喷头将内外层低表面张力树脂均匀的无规则的熔喷附着在单向直线纤维布两面,使其单向布上下两面都有短纤交织覆盖,形成三明治结构,并且由于短纤在面上的相互交错,形成细小微孔空隙,帮助成型时气体排出;
(3)、再通过若干道热轧工艺进行加固结合,在热压辊上分布横纵向不同的经纬纹路,在热压时整体布料表面形成布料纹路,再次增加三层布料的结合性,增加拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;
(4)、最后经过冷却定型,再经过切割收卷起来形成完整脱模布。
所述的熔喷头采用直线熔喷喷头型,熔喷板为滚筒状。
所述的热轧工艺为3-5道,热压温度为80-150℃。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种复合式熔喷脱模布材料上内外层使用氟化改性树脂,可以有效降低脱模布本身张力,帮助复材辅助成型时脱模使用,减少了原先涂覆、烘干工艺;材料上中间层使用弹性体改性树脂,通过弹性材料改性增加整体脱模布的韧性和加工延伸性;本工艺主要是完全颠覆原有脱模布工艺制造技术,为一体熔喷制造,减少了整经、穿纹、涂覆、烘干等工序,大大缩短了制程工序和制造时间,并且具有透气、自离型、高拉伸性等优点;本工艺采用熔喷方式,增加了脱模布的孔隙率,帮助成型时多余气体的排除。
具体实施方式:

其成形工艺如下:

(4)、最后经过冷却定型,再经过切割收卷起来形成完整脱模布。

Claims (4)
1.一种复合式熔喷脱模布,其特征在于:采用三层结构,内外层为:90-97%聚丙烯(PP)或聚酯PBT+3-10%氟化微粉;中间层为:80-95%三元共聚聚丙烯(PP)和20%-5%弹性体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合式熔喷脱模布的制造工艺,其成形工艺如下:
