Description
融点が255℃のポリエチレンテレフタレートを、連続押出機を通して溶融させ、紡糸口金(紡糸ノズルの断面が+字形状)を通じて吐出し、冷却風で固化し、高圧の空気延伸装置を用いて5,000m/minの紡糸速度で延伸して、8デニールの纎度を有する第1フィラメントを製造した。
前記実施例1で前記第1フィラメントの異形度、第2フィラメントの含有量、熱風の温度を下記表1に記載のとおりに変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法で、アンダーカバーを製造した。
1.厚さ(単位mm)
ISO 9073−2(Textiles−Test Methods for nonwovens)の方法Aで規定した方法により100cm2大きさの試験片を採取して測定する。
MS341−23:ASTM D5034(Test Methods for Breaking Strength and Elongation of Textile fabric)により試験片の大きさ25mm×150mm、試験速度25mm/min、クランプ間隔100mmの条件で測定する。
MS341−23:ISO 178(Plastics−Dimension of Flexural Properties)A法により試験片の大きさ50mm×150mm、試験速度5mm/min、スパン(Span)長さ100mmの条件で測定する。
MS341−23:ISO R 354(Acoustics−Measurement of absorption in a reverberation room)によりアルファキャビン(ALPHA CABIN)装備を用いて、枠無し840mm×840mmの試験片で吸音係数(α)を測定する。
不織布の製造のための紡糸工程で、時間別に、糸切れ、および延伸装備の入口でのフィラメントの離脱数を測定して評価する。
(評価基準、○:0個発生、△:1〜10個発生、X:10個以上発生)
Claims (4)
- 融点が250℃以上のポリエステルによる異形断面の形状の第1フィラメント、および、融点が180℃以下のポリエステルによる円形断面の形状の第2フィラメントからなる長繊維不織布において、前記異形断面は+字またはY字の形状であり、
前記異形断面の異形度(フィラメント断面の最外郭線を結ぶ円の直径÷フィラメント断面の中心の円の直径)が2.0〜3.0であり、
前記第2フィラメントの含有量は10〜50重量%であり、吸音係数(MS341−23 Spec.,@5,000Hz)は0.48以下であることを特徴とする、剛性および吸音性が向上した不織布。 - 融点が250℃以上のポリエステルの異形断面の第1フィラメント、および、融点が180℃以下のポリエステルの第2フィラメントからなる長繊維不織布において、前記異形断面は+字またはY字形状であり、
前記異形断面の異形度(フィラメント断面の最外郭線を結ぶ円の直径÷フィラメント断面の中心の円の直径)が2.0〜3.0であり、
前記第2フィラメントの含有量は10〜50重量%であり、吸音係数(MS341−23 Spec.,@5,000Hz)は0.48以下である、不織布を含む自動車アンダーカバー。 - 融点が250℃以上のポリエステルでもって+字またはY字形状の異形断面第1フィラメントを製造する段階と、
融点が180℃以下のポリエステルでもって第2フィラメントを製造する段階と、
前記第2フィラメントの含有量が10〜50重量%となるように、前記の第1フィラメントと第2フィラメントとを混合し、このように混合された混合物でもって不織布ウェブを製造する段階と、
アンダーカバー用プレートにおけるアンダーカバーを構成する層同士を貼り合わせる温度、および、アンダーカバーを成形する温度よりも低い温度で、前記不織布ウェブを熱風処理する段階と、を含み、
前記異形断面の異形度([フィラメント断面の最外郭線を結ぶ円の直径]÷[フィラメント断面の中心の円の直径])が2.0〜3.0である、剛性および吸音性が向上した不織布の製造方法。 - 融点が250℃以上のポリエステルでもって+字またはY字の形状の異形断面第1フィラメントを製造する段階と、
融点が180℃以下のポリエステルでもって第2フィラメントを製造する段階と、
前記第2フィラメントの含有量が10〜50重量%となるように前記の第1フィラメントと第2フィラメントとを混合し、このように混合された混合物でもって不織布ウェブを製造する段階と、
アンダーカバー用プレートにおけるアンダーカバーを構成する層を貼り合わせる温度、および、アンダーカバーを成形する温度よりも低い温度で、前記不織布ウェブを熱風処理して剛性および吸音性が向上した不織布を得る段階と、
ポリエチレンテレフタレート不織布、ポリプロピレンフィルム、前記の剛性および吸音性が向上した不織布、および、ポリエチレンテレフタレート不織布を、順次積層し、貼り合わせてプレートを製造する段階と、
前記プレートを成形金型に投入して所望の形態のアンダーカバー成形物を製作する段階と、を含み、
前記異形断面の異形度([フィラメント断面の最外郭線を結ぶ円の直径]÷[フィラメント断面の中心の円の直径])が2.0〜3.0である、自動車アンダーカバーの製造方法。
