本发明公开了一种二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物及其染整方法,该二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物是由二醋酸纤维与阳离子改性粘胶纤维混纺得到,其染整方法具有以下步骤:①前处理;②酸中和;③分散染料染色;④酸中和;⑤活性染料染色;⑥室温水洗;⑦酸中和;⑧热水洗;⑨吸水柔软处理;⑩柔软处理以及焙烘定型。本发明的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物弥补了纺织领域的空白,而采用本发明的染整方法,能够得到各项色牢度均较高的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物。

二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物及其染整方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物及其染整方法。
背景技术
二醋酸纤维在湿加工过程中对碱性条件比较敏感,如果将二醋酸纱线与棉或者其他纤维素类纤维组合搭配,染色过程不可避免要使用碱剂,则会导致二醋酸纤维发生不可逆的变化,也即皂化成为纤维素。
阳离子改性粘胶纤维可使用活性染料无盐无碱染色工艺,避免在染色过程中二醋酸纤维出现皂化,保证二醋酸的纤维特性。
目前尚未发现涉及二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的文献报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物,以弥补本领域的空白。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种针对二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法,由该染整方法得到的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物各项色牢度均较高。
实现本发明目的之一的技术方案是:一种二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物,它是由二醋酸纤维与阳离子改性粘胶纤维混纺得到。
进一步地,所述二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物含有5~10%的氨纶。
实现本发明目的之二的技术方案是:一种二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法,具有以下步骤:
①前处理;将二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于前处理液中,在70~80℃的温度下进行前处理20min~60min;
②酸中和;温度为50~70℃,时间为5min~15min;
③分散染料染色;将步骤②酸中和后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于含有分散染料的染液中,在95~110℃的温度下染色20min~60min;
④酸中和;温度为50~70℃,时间为5min~15min;
⑤活性染料染色;将步骤④酸中和后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于含有活性染料的染液中,在55~80℃的温度下染色15min~60min;
⑥室温水洗;温度为20~40℃,时间为5min~15min;
⑦酸中和;温度为50~70℃,时间为5min~15min;
⑧热水洗;温度为50~80℃,时间为5min~15min;
⑨吸水柔软处理;将步骤⑧热水洗后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于含有吸水柔软剂的处理液中,在40~60℃的温度下进行吸水柔软处理15min~30min;
⑩柔软处理及焙烘定型;将步骤⑨吸水柔软处理后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物脱水后,浸轧含有柔软剂的处理液中,然后在130~140℃的温度下以18~25码/min的速度进行焙烘定型。
上述步骤①的前处理液配方是本申请的染整方法能够取得各项色牢度较高的关键因素之一。
上述步骤①的前处理液为含有0.3~1.0g/L精练渗透剂、1.0~3.0g/L精练乳化剂、2.0~4.0g/L双氧水以及0.12~0.24g/L双氧水安定剂的水溶液,并用纯碱调节pH为9.2~9.5。
所述精练渗透剂的主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠;所述的精练乳化剂的主要成分为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚;所述的双氧水安定剂优选为有机系安定剂。
上述步骤③中所述含有分散染料的染液为含有0.001~5.0g/L分散染料以及0.5~2.0g/L高温分散剂的水溶液,并用冰醋酸调节pH为5~6。
其中,分散染料的选择是本申请的染整方法能够取得各项色牢度较高的另一关键因素,申请人经过大量实验最终发现:采用分散黄Neocron Flavine HXF BS、分散蓝BOAODisperse Turquoise Blue S-GL 200% BS以及分散蓝Mekicron Blue HS-B能够获得较高的色牢度。
上述步骤⑤中所述含有活性染料的染液为含有0.001~5.0g/L活性染料的水溶液。
其中,活性染料的选择是本申请的染整方法能够取得各项色牢度较高的另一关键因素,申请人经过大量实验最终发现:采用活性黄Neozol Yellow V-4GL BS,活性蓝Reactive Turquoise Blue ST-G,活性蓝Levafix Brilliant Blue BB能够获得较高的色牢度。
上述步骤⑨中所述含有吸水柔软剂的处理液为含有3.0~7.0g/L吸水柔软剂的水溶液,并用冰醋酸调节pH为5~6.5。
所述吸水柔软剂的主要成分为特殊的表面活性剂。
上述步骤⑩中所述含有柔软剂的处理液为含有15.0~35.0g/L柔软剂的水溶液,并用AC酸调节pH为5~7。
所述柔软剂的主要成分为硅油。
所述AC酸的主要成分为一水柠檬酸、马来酸以及2-丁烯二酸均聚物。
本发明具有的积极效果:本发明的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物弥补了纺织领域的空白,而采用本发明的染整方法,能够得到各项色牢度均较高的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法具有以下步骤:
①前处理。
将二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于前处理液中,在75℃的温度下进行前处理40min。
本实施例的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物为30%二醋酸纤维与70%阳离子改性粘胶纤维混纺的织物。
本实施例的前处理液为含有0.6g/L精练渗透剂、2.0g/L精练乳化剂、3.0g/L双氧水以及0.18g/L双氧水安定剂的水溶液,并纯碱调节pH为9.42。其中:
精练渗透剂采用的是苏州联胜化学有限公司生产的无磷精练渗透剂A-118A,产品链接为http://www.lshx.cn/product/detail/cid1/3/cid2/13/cid3/45/cid4/48/id/237.html,其主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
精练乳化剂采用的是信守化工股份有限公司生产的SEM-35N精练乳化剂,其主要成分为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
双氧水安定剂采用的是昆山洺家助剂有限公司生产的Sinstabicol PB new,产品链接为http://www.ksmjzj.com.cn/prod_view.aspx TypeId=12&Id=272&FId=t3:12:3,属于有机系安定剂。
②60℃酸中和10min。
③分散染料染色。
将步骤②酸中和后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于第一染液中,在98℃的温度下染色30min。
该第一染液为含有0.057g/L分散染料以及1.0g/L高温分散剂的水溶液,并用冰醋酸调节pH为5.5,其中:分散染料的总重量为织物重量的0.057%。
具体包括:为织物重量0.004%的来源于台湾和义贸易股份有限公司生产的分散黄Neocron Flavine HXF BS;为织物重量0.038%的来源于浙江博澳新材料股份有限公司生产的分散蓝BOAO Disperse Turquoise Blue S-GL 200% BS;为织物重量0.015%的来源于江苏德旺数码科技有限公司【曾用名江苏德旺化工工业有限公司】生产的分散蓝MekicronBlue HS-B。
高温分散剂采用的是苏州合秦贸易有限公司生产的高温分散剂Goldenaux HPliq,其主要成分为萘酸性硫酸基铵盐。
④60℃酸中和10min。
⑤活性染料染色。
将步骤④酸中和后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于第二染液中,在60℃的温度下染色30min。
第二染液为含有0.1357g/L活性染料的水溶液,并且活性染料的总重量为织物重量的0.1357%。
具体包括:为织物重量0.025%的来源于台湾和义贸易股份有限公司生产的活性黄Neozol Yellow V-4GL BS;为织物重量0.0367%的来源于无锡金景化工产品有限公司生产的活性蓝Reactive Turquoise Blue ST-G;为织物重量0.074%的来源于德司达(上海)管理有限公司生产的活性蓝Levafix Brilliant Blue BB。
⑥30℃室温水洗10min。
⑦60℃酸中和10min。
⑧80℃热水洗10min。
⑨将步骤⑧热水洗后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于第一处理液中,在50℃的温度下处理20min。
该第一处理液为含有5.0g/L吸水柔软剂的水溶液,并用冰醋酸调节pH为5.0。
该吸水柔软剂采用的是无锡市开来生物科技有限公司生产的HS-320吸水柔软剂,其主要成分是特殊的表面活性剂。
⑩将步骤⑨吸水柔软处理后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物脱水后,浸轧第二处理液,然后在130℃的温度下以20码/min的速度进行焙烘定型。
该第二处理液为含有30.0g/L柔软剂的水溶液,并用AC酸调节pH为5。
其中,柔软剂采用的是日华化学(中国)有限公司生产的Nicca Silicone AQ-166高剪切吸水硅油柔软剂,其主要成分为硅油。
AC酸采用的是亨斯迈化工贸易(上海)有限公司生产的INVATEX® AC中和酸,其主要成分为一水柠檬酸、马来酸以及2-丁烯二酸均聚物。
(实施例2~实施例4)
各实施例的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处见表1。

干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度的测试方法参照国家标准《GB/T 3920-2008 纺织品 色牢度试验 耐摩擦色牢度》。

酸汗渍牢度和碱汗渍牢度的测试方法参照国家标准《GB/T 3922-2013 纺织品 色牢度试验 耐汗渍色牢度》。
耐水色牢度的测试方法参照国家标准《GB/T 5713-2013 纺织品 色牢度试验 耐水色牢度》。
(对比例1~对比例3)
各对比例的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于步骤①的前处理液配方,具体见表2。

对比例4的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:分散染料采用的是德司达(南京)染料有限公司生产的分散黄HXF、分散翠兰S-BG以及苏州合秦贸易有限公司生产的分散蓝TU/B-CC,用量与实施例1相同,也即分别为0.004%、0.038%以及0.015%。
(对比例5)
对比例5的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:活性染料采用的是德旺化工工业有限公司生产的活性黄Y-4GL、德司达公司生产的活性蓝TU/B-GX以及上海德一工贸有限公司生产的活性蓝B-RN,用量均与实施例1相同,也即分别是0.025%、0.0367%以及0.074%。
(对比例6)
对比例6的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:分散染料采用的是德司达(南京)染料有限公司生产的分散黄HXF、分散翠兰S-BG以及苏州合秦贸易有限公司生产的分散蓝TU/B-CC,用量与实施例1相同,也即分别为0.004%、0.038%以及0.015%;活性染料采用的是德旺化工工业有限公司生产的活性黄Y-4GL、德司达公司生产的活性蓝TU/B-GX以及上海德一工贸有限公司生产的活性蓝B-RN,用量均与实施例1相同,也即分别是0.025%、0.0367%以及0.074%。

Claims (6)

1.一种二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法,其特征在于具有以下步骤:
①前处理;将二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于前处理液中,在70~80℃的温度下进行前处理20min~60min;所述二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物是由二醋酸纤维与阳离子改性粘胶纤维混纺得到;所述前处理液为含有0.3~1.0g/L精练渗透剂、1.0~3.0g/L精练乳化剂、2.0~4.0g/L双氧水以及0.12~0.24g/L双氧水安定剂的水溶液,并用纯碱调节pH为9.2~9.5;
②酸中和;温度为50~70℃,时间为5min~15min;
③分散染料染色;将步骤②酸中和后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于含有分散染料的染液中,在95~110℃的温度下染色20min~60min;所述分散染料为分散黄NeocronFlavine HXF BS、分散蓝BOAO Disperse Turquoise Blue S-GL 200% BS以及分散蓝Mekicron Blue HS-B;
④酸中和;温度为50~70℃,时间为5min~15min;
⑤活性染料染色;将步骤④酸中和后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于含有活性染料的染液中,在55~80℃的温度下染色15min~60min;所述活性染料为活性黄NeozolYellow V-4GL BS、活性蓝Reactive Turquoise Blue ST-G以及活性蓝Levafix BrilliantBlue BB;
⑥室温水洗;温度为20~40℃,时间为5min~15min;
⑦酸中和;温度为50~70℃,时间为5min~15min;
⑧热水洗;温度为50~80℃,时间为5min~15min;
⑨吸水柔软处理;将步骤⑧热水洗后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物置于含有吸水柔软剂的处理液中,在40~60℃的温度下进行吸水柔软处理15min~30min;
⑩柔软处理及焙烘定型;将步骤⑨吸水柔软处理后的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物脱水后,浸轧含有柔软剂的处理液中,然后在130~140℃的温度下以18~25码/min的速度进行焙烘定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法,其特征在于:上述步骤③中所述含有分散染料的染液为含有0.001~5.0g/L分散染料以及0.5~2.0g/L高温分散剂的水溶液,并用冰醋酸调节pH为5~6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法,其特征在于:上述步骤⑤中所述含有活性染料的染液为含有0.001~5.0g/L活性染料的水溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物的染整方法,其特征在于:上述步骤⑨中所述含有吸水柔软剂的处理液为含有3.0~7.0g/L吸水柔软剂的水溶液,并用冰醋酸调节pH为5~6.5;上述步骤⑩中所述含有柔软剂的处理液为含有15.0~35.0g/L柔软剂的水溶液,并用AC酸调节pH为5~7。
5.一种由权利要求1至4之一所述方法得到的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物,其特征在于:所述二醋酸/阳离子改性粘胶织物含有5~10%的氨纶。
