Description

Nidus Collocaliae mild moisturizing face-cleaning gel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a nidus Collocaliae mild moisturizing face-cleaning gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The face cleaning product is one of the fastest growing categories in the daily chemical industry. The skin is cleaned, so that a better foundation can be provided for subsequent skin care, and the face cleaning is particularly important as the first step of facial care. The various forms of cleansing products, including foam, emulsion, cream, gel, solid soap, etc., and the wide variety of products offer consumers more options. On the other hand, consumers have increasingly high demands on the quality of the cleansing products, including mildness, detergency, moisturization, and the like of the cleansing products. This allows for the cleansing products to be updated from step to step, from the original sulfate system, to the later amino acid system, to the subsequent PEG-containing thickener system, to the now natural thickener system, and from step to step. However, the existing facial cleanser has the following defects: it is difficult to achieve both appearance, mildness and cleaning ability.

Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that: the thickener "Chondrus crispus extract" was replaced with "carbomer", the carbomer was used in an amount of 2%, and the remainder was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that: the surfactant "sodium lauroyl ampholytic acetate" was replaced with "dodecyl ethoxy sulfobetaine" in an amount of 15% and the remainder was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 is different from example 1 in that the skin conditioner "tremella (TREMELLA FUCIFORMIS) extract" was omitted, the amount of small rainbird nest extract was adjusted to 1.2%, and the rest was the same as example 3.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 was different from example 1 in that the skin conditioner "lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate" was omitted, the amount of the raw material for skin conditioner No. 10 was adjusted to 0.8%, and the rest was the same as in example 4.
Performance verification
1. Patch test
The test of the patch for skin closure was carried out according to the method of cosmetic safety Specification 2015. 70 sensitive skin volunteers 25-30 years old were selected and equally divided into 7 groups of 10 volunteers each, and the cleansing gel samples of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 were tried out, respectively. When testing, the volunteer applies the patch sample to the forearm flexor side of the volunteer after cleaning the arm, and after 24 hours of application, the patch residue is removed, and after 30 minutes of rest, the skin reaction is observed. The grading criteria are shown in Table 2 and the test results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 2 closed Patch skin reaction grading criteria
Table 3 table of test results for patch
As can be seen from the record in table 3, the cleansing gel samples of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 3-4 all showed negative reactions in the patch test, grade 0, and no erythema and edema in the volunteers. In contrast, comparative example 1 had a suspicious reaction in 1 volunteer, because the thickener of comparative example 1 was changed, carbomer was used as the thickener, and the carbomer had 52-68% of acid groups in its molecular structure and had a certain acidity, which resulted in the decrease of mildness of the cleansing gel of comparative example 1, and the user of sensitive skin might be allergic and other uncomfortable phenomena. While comparative example 2 showed a suspected reaction in 2 volunteers, because comparative example 2 used dodecyl ethoxy sulfobetaine as a surfactant, although dodecyl ethoxy sulfobetaine was also an amphoteric surfactant, the application in the cleansing gel system of the present invention showed a suspected allergy in sensitive skin volunteers, and the mildness of the product was reduced. Therefore, the invention adopts the glucomannan from food sources and the degradable carrageenan extract from plant sources as the thickening agent, and the mild amphoteric surfactant sodium lauroyl ampholytic acetate and the natural surfactant decyl glucoside are matched, so that the face-cleaning gel is mild and has no stimulation to skin.
2. Moisture retention and water lock test
70 sensitive skin volunteers 25-30 years old were selected and equally divided into 7 groups of 10 volunteers each, and the cleansing gel samples of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 were tried out, respectively. The volunteers were tested in an environment with a temperature of 25.+ -. 1 ℃ and a humidity of (55.+ -. 5)%, and the skin moisture content of the volunteers was measured before, after 0h, after 1h and after 2h of the cleansing gel sample using a skin moisture tester testtheskinstar, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 4, in which the results are the average of the group of 10 volunteers.
Table 4 moisture retention and water lock result record table
Before use After using for 0h After 1h of use After 2 hours of use
Example 1 36.2% 78.9% 70.6% 59.8%
Example 2 37.5% 75.6% 69.8% 56.4%
Example 3 37.9% 76.9% 70.1% 57.3%
Comparative example 1 36.8% 73.6% 65.1% 43.1%
Comparative example 2 38.3% 69.8% 58.3% 41.2%
Comparative example 3 38.6% 68.9% 55.2% 40.6%
Comparative example 4 37.8% 72.1% 59.6% 44.3%
As can be seen from the records in table 4, the cleansing gels of examples 1-3 of the present invention have good moisturizing effect, can rapidly increase the moisture content of the facial skin of volunteers, and the moisture content of the skin remains at a higher level for a longer period of time after use, demonstrating that the cleansing gels of examples 1-3 have better moisturizing effect. The skin moisture content of the volunteers is reduced to different degrees compared with the skin moisture content of the volunteers in the comparative examples 1-4, which shows that the moisture retention capacity of the facial cleansing gel is reduced no matter the thickening agent, the surfactant or the skin conditioning agent is changed, and the components of the facial cleansing gel in the embodiment of the invention are synergistically effective, so that the product can exert the moisture retention effect. In particular to comparative example 3, the combination of the small-rain bird nest extract and the tremella extract is absent, and the moisturizing and water locking effects are the worst.
3. Antiallergic soothing test
70 volunteers with pimples, redness, inflammation, etc. on the face between the ages of 20 and 30 were recruited. 70 volunteers were equally divided into 7 groups of 10 volunteers each, and the cleansing gel samples of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4 were tested, respectively. The volunteers used 1 time each day in the morning and evening, each time with the dosage of 5g, and the volunteers used for 28 days continuously. After the trial period was completed, the volunteer was counted for improvement of facial pimples, redness, inflammation, etc., and the results are shown in Table 5 below.

As can be seen from the records in Table 5, the antiallergic relief effects of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were good, and the phenomena of pimple, red swelling, inflammation, etc. could be well improved, and most volunteers reached the recovery level. The comparative examples 1-4 show different reduction in the recovery degree of facial skin of volunteers, which indicates that the reduction in antiallergic and soothing ability of the cleansing gel can be caused by the change of the thickener, the surfactant and the skin conditioner, and the synergistic effect of the components of the cleansing gel in the embodiment of the invention is beneficial to the product to exert the antiallergic and soothing effect. In particular, comparative example 4 lacks lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, and has the worst antiallergic and soothing effects.
4. Foaming ability test
Foaming ability test was carried out according to standard GB/T13173.6-91 at 25℃and the mass fraction of the cleansing gel sample was 0.5%, 3 samples were each run in parallel, the foam height at foaming was recorded, and the results were averaged over 3 runs as shown in Table 6 below.
TABLE 6 Table of results of foaming ability test
As can be seen from the results in table 6, the cleansing gel sample of the embodiment of the present invention has a good foaming ability, and can generate abundant foam during use, enhance the use experience, and have a good cleansing ability. Whereas the thickener of comparative example 1 became and the surfactant of comparative example 2 became, which directly affected the foaming ability of the cleansing gel.
The bird nest-shaped mild moisturizing face-cleaning gel provided by the embodiment of the invention does not contain a chemical polymer thickener, and the glucomannan from food sources and the degradable carrageenan extract from plant sources are used as the thickener, so that the face-cleaning gel is mild and moisturizing, and has a slight frosty feel, and the skin has a compact feel after being used, and can reduce the reaction of the skin to external stimulus. The cleansing cream uses mild amphoteric surfactant sodium lauroyl amphoacetate and natural surfactant decyl glucoside as main cleaning raw materials, and does not bring any burden to skin. Meanwhile, the compound small-rain bird's nest extract has bird's nest-like appearance, and is novel and unique. In addition, the moisture retention capacity of the face-cleaning gel is improved by adopting the small-rain bird nest extract and the tremella extract, long-acting water shrinkage and moisture retention are realized, and the lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate and Lin Lanrun are simultaneously in double pipes, so that a good antiallergic and soothing effect is achieved.
The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, but any insubstantial changes and substitutions made by those skilled in the art on the basis of the present invention are intended to be within the scope of the present invention as claimed.
