Abstract
一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,矿物油:40‑60%、合成脂肪酸脂:15‑35%、非离子表血活性剂:10‑30%、抗静电剂:3‑5%、抗氧剂:0.5‑1%、防粘剂:0.5%,以上各组分的重量之和为百分之百;本发明能够避免粘胶连续纺长丝油剂在使用过程中污染纺丝烘缸问题,使毛丝、断头等困扰多年的难题彻底得到了解决,大大提高了生产效率和产品优等品率。

技术领域
本发明涉及化纤纺丝助剂领域,尤其涉及一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法。
背景技术
目前,现有的粘胶连续纺长丝油剂使用过程中存在污染纺丝烘缸问题,严重时导致毛丝、断头,影响正常生产和产品质量,怎样避免粘胶连续纺长丝油剂污染纺丝烘缸,提高产品质量和生产效率,成为长期以来难以解决的技术难题。
鉴于上述原因,现研发出一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,能够避免粘胶连续纺长丝油剂在使用过程中污染纺丝烘缸问题,使毛丝、断头等困扰多年的难题彻底得到了解决,大大提高了生产效率和产品优等品率。
本发明为了实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,矿物油:40-60%、合成脂肪酸脂:15-35%、非离子表血活性剂:10-30%、抗静电剂:3-5%、抗氧剂:0.5-1%、防粘剂:0.5%,以上各组分的重量之和为百分之百。
所述的矿物油为粘度5-200。
所述的合成脂肪酸脂为季戊四醇酯、三羟甲基丙烷酯、聚氧乙烯油酸酯新戊基多元醇酯、聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯其中一种或一种以上的组合。
所述的非离子表血活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯丙烯醚、EL系列其中一种或一种以上的组合。
所述的抗静电剂为脂肪醇磷酸酯及其钾盐、酚醚磷酸酯钾盐、AC1201、MOA3B其中一种或一种以上的组合。
所述的抗氧剂为245、AO-80。
所述的防粘剂为聚醚改性硅油。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够避免粘胶连续纺长丝油剂在使用过程中污染纺丝烘缸问题,使毛丝、断头等困扰多年的难题彻底得到了解决,大大提高了生产效率和产品优等品率。

下面结合实施例与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明:
实施例1
矿物油7#:60%、季戊四醇酯:25%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:10%、脂肪醇磷酸酯:4%、抗氧剂245:0.5%、聚醚改性硅油:0.5%,以上各组分的重量之和为百分之百。
实施例2
矿物油10#:50%、三羟甲基丙烷酯:30%、脂肪醇聚氧丙烯醚或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯丙烯醚:15%、酚醚磷酸酯钾盐:4%、抗氧剂245:0.5%、聚醚改性硅油:0.5%,以上各组分的重量之和为百分之百。
实施例3
矿物油5#:60%、聚氧乙烯油酸酯新戊基多元醇酯:25%、EL-20:10%、AC1201:4%、抗氧剂245:0.5%、聚醚改性硅油:0.5%,以上各组分的重量之和为百分之百。
实施例4
矿物油15#:60%、聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯:15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:20%、AC1201:4%、抗氧剂AO-80:0.5%、聚醚改性硅油:0.5%,以上各组分的重量之和为百分之百。
实施例5
矿物油20#:50%、聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯:30%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与EL-40之和:15%、MOA3B:3.5%、抗氧剂AO-80:1%、聚醚改性硅油:0.5%,以上各组分的重量之和为百分之百。

1.一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,其特征在于:矿物油:40-60%、合成脂肪酸脂:15-35%、非离子表血活性剂:10-30%、抗静电剂:3-5%、抗氧剂:0.5-1%、防粘剂:0.5%,以上各组分的重量之和为百分之百。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,其特征在于:所述的矿物油为粘度5-200。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,其特征在于:所述的合成脂肪酸脂为季戊四醇酯、三羟甲基丙烷酯、聚氧乙烯油酸酯新戊基多元醇酯、聚氧乙烯月桂酸酯其中一种或一种以上的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,其特征在于:所述的非离子表血活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯丙烯醚、EL系列其中一种或一种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,其特征在于:所述的抗静电剂为脂肪醇磷酸酯及其钾盐、酚醚磷酸酯钾盐、AC1201、MOA3B其中一种或一种以上的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为245、AO-80。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种粘胶连续纺长丝油剂的组配方法,其特征在于:所述的防粘剂为聚醚改性硅油。
