Abstract
本发明公开了一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水及其制备方法。所述漱口水包括以下质量百分比的成分:绿原酸0.1~0.3%;表没食子儿茶素0.2~0.5%;活性成分稳定剂1~3%;活性成分调节剂0.5~1%;甜味剂0.01~0.5%;香精0.2~0.5%;保湿剂0.5~1%;防腐剂0.05~0.5%;其余为去离子水。本发明消炎漱口水无酒精、无色素、无化学剂,口感柔和,可抑制口腔细菌生长,预防并减少口腔疾病,平衡口腔的菌群和酸碱值,无毒副作用,不会产生依赖性。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活日化品领域,特别涉及一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水及其制备方法。
背景技术
漱口水是科技时代的新型产物,科学家们把多种治疗口腔、咽喉疾病的药物成 份相配合,能直接作用于患病处,有良好的渗透性,在治疗口腔疾病的同时,也能 清除因口疾、吃异味食物(生葱、大蒜、烟、酒等)睡眠不良、精神紧张、消化不良 等造成的口臭。
在我国,各个年龄的人群均不同程度的患有一定的口腔疾病,比如龋病、牙周 炎、牙菌斑、口臭等,因此人们越来越重视口腔护理。保持口腔卫生是预防口腔疾 病的必要条件,人们主要通过刷牙来清洁口腔,但是刷牙容易忽视口腔粘膜、舌 背、舌腹等部位,所以漱口水逐渐被人们使用。
现有的大部分漱口水都是将含有酒精、表面活性剂、化学香精、化学杀菌剂、 色素剂等人工合成的物质进行复配,以能杀灭口腔内导致口臭、蛀牙和溃疡腐烂的 细菌为目标,部分产品为达到理想效果,不惜大量添加化学合成的杀菌剂,如氯已 定、西吡氯铵、度米芬、硫酸盐表面活性剂,以及麝香草酚、桉树油素等,这些都 是最常用的漱口水杀菌和抗菌成分,以至于使得化学类杀菌剂成为漱口水的主要组 成部分,此类漱口液长期使用,会对口腔菌群有一定的破坏作用,而且对口腔粘膜 细胞具有很强的刺激性,带来一些副作用,对使用者来说具有很大的安全隐患。长 期使用会对口腔原有的菌群造成伤害,甚至产生依赖性。
实际上,人们更希望用天然成分的漱口水。使用天然成分的漱口水不但清洁口腔,而且在天然活性因子的助力下修护养护口腔。入口温和不剌激,不损伤口腔黏 膜、不导致口腔菌群失调,安全可靠,大人孩子都能使用,孕妇宝妈也可放心使 用,而且即便是儿童误咽也是安全的。
目前新型的植物精油类漱口水成分天然,具有渗透性强、非特异性杀菌、作用 快,有效作用时间长、副作用小的特点,且在国内口腔护理产品领域已有广泛的应 用。此外天然中药成分具有其他的一些生物活性,能够增强人体免疫力,有预防和 治疗癌症的作用。
目前国内对含天然中草药成分的这类漱口水的研制很少,已有的相关专利,有 些成分过于单一,有些缺乏相应实验,不能保证漱口水的安全性。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题,提供了一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水及其制备方法,其具有杀菌、防龋、消肿、止血、增白、健齿、清新口气的效果,而且安全可 靠、使用方便。
第一方面,本发明提供一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,是采用以下技术方案得以 实现的。
一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,包括以下质量百分比的成分:
绿原酸0.1~0.3%;
表没食子儿茶素0.2~0.5%;
活性成分稳定剂1~3%;
活性成分调节剂0.5~1%;
甜味剂0.01~0.5%;
香精0.2~0.5%;
保湿剂0.5~1%;
防腐剂0.05~0.5%;
其余为去离子水。
进一步的,所述活性成分稳定剂选自辛癸酸甘油酯、辛酸癸酸聚乙二醇甘油酯 中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述活性成分调节剂选自槐糖脂、鼠李糖脂中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述甜味剂选自甜菊糖苷、甜菊糖、甘草、甘草酸二钠、甘草酸三 钠、竹芋甜素中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述香精选自薄荷醇、乙酸薄荷酯中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述保湿剂选自聚季铵盐51、山梨醇中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述防腐剂选自尼泊金乙酯、葡萄柚籽提取物、原花青素、柚苷中 的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述去离子水为经过RO反渗透、EDI电渗析以及UV紫外处理的 高纯水,电导率不大于2μS/cm。
第二方面,本发明提供一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水的制备方法,是采用以下技 术方案得以实现的。
一种上述含绿原酸的消炎漱口水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.配制绿原酸溶液:将规定量的杜仲绿原酸加入到去离子水中,在35~45℃条件下进行均质乳化溶解,制浆乳化,得到质量浓度为1%~5%的绿原酸溶液(母液);
S2.配制表没食子儿茶素溶液:将规定量的表没食子儿茶素加入到去离子水中,在25~35℃条件下加入活性成分调节剂,进行均质乳化溶解并制浆乳化,得到浓度 为1%~2%的表没食子儿茶素溶液(母液);
S3.将规定量的活性成分稳定剂、甜味剂、润湿剂、香精、防腐剂在去离子水中 溶解,进行均质剪切混合并制浆乳化,得到混合溶液;
S4.将步骤S1得到的绿原酸溶液、步骤S2得到的表没食子儿茶素溶液和步骤 S3得到的混合溶液进行混合并乳化制浆,静置并无菌处理后得到成品漱口水。
本申请具有以下有益效果。
1.本发明中的绿原酸对致病细菌和真菌有抑制作用,还具有抗氧化作用和一定的抗癌作用,而且气味独特;表没食子儿茶素的抑菌、抗氧化效果非常好,对口腔 常驻菌中的主要有害菌有很好抑制作用;
2.本发明漱口水中有效成分绿原酸以及表没食子儿茶素的含量达1mg/g以上, 绿原酸与表没食子儿茶素具有很明显的抗炎、镇痛效果,具有多种防治口腔疾病的 功效;
3.本发明将多种成分结合到一起,除具有漱口水的清洁口腔的功能外,在功效 上还可能具有治疗或预防牙周炎、龋齿、口臭、口腔溃疡等口腔疾病,增白、健齿、 清热消肿、预防癌症的功效;
4.本发明漱口水采用天然植物成分,比现有市场上的漱口水有更好的安全性。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本专利申请进行进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水的制备方法,包括以下步骤(以100L的产品生产为例):
1)配制1%绿原酸母液:将1.0kg杜仲绿原酸(25%纯度)粉末加入到25L去离 子水中,加热至45℃,通过三级均质乳化泵进行均质乳化溶解,转移至剪切釜中, 得到质量浓度为1%的绿原酸澄清溶液A;
2)配制表没食子儿茶素溶液:将400g表没食子儿茶素加入到25L去离子水中, 35℃加热,加入500g鼠李糖脂,通过三级均质乳化泵进行均质乳化溶解,转移至剪 切釜中,得到浓度为1.6%的表没食子儿茶素溶液B;
3)将2000g辛癸酸甘油酯、400g甜菊糖苷、400g乙酸薄荷酯、1000g聚季铵 盐51、200g葡萄柚籽提取物在25L去离子水中粗略溶解,通过三级均质乳化泵进行 均质剪切混合,然后转入高速剪切釜中制浆乳化,搅拌至澄清透明分散均匀的水溶 液C;
将上述制备的A、B、C三种溶液与25L去离子水通过三级均质乳化泵输入到剪 切釜中混合在一起高速剪切乳化制浆,过夜静置无菌处理后得到成品漱口水。所得 绿原酸消炎漱口水,按照质量百分含量包括如下成分:绿原酸0.25%,表没食子儿 茶素0.4%,活性成分稳定剂2%,活性成分调节剂0.5%,甜味剂0.4%,香精0.4%, 保湿剂1%,防腐剂0.2%,其余为去离子水。
本发明漱口水的使用方法:取本品适量,约10-20ml,含漱约30s,吐出即可, 无需再用清水漱口。
本发明的漱口水可用于治疗或预防牙周炎、龋齿、口臭、口腔溃疡等口腔疾病, 具有增白、健齿、清热消肿、预防癌症的功效。
性能检测
1.抑菌测试
通过测定细菌的生长曲线来展现漱口水中活性成分的抑菌效果。具体操作为: 在无菌条件下,用实施例1中的绿原酸消炎漱口水配制液体培养基,与去离子水配 制的液体培养基做对照,选取580~660nm的波长进行OD值测定,为了数据的有效 性,进行3组平行实验值测定,最后取平均值。取已培养好的菌液3ml,加入到上 述两组液体培养基中,测600nm波长下的OD值,作为初始时刻0h的OD值,并 且在2h、4h、6h、8h、10h、12h、18h和24h测定OD值,以此来判断漱口水的抑 菌效果。对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果见表1。

2.毒理学指标测试
将实施例1制备的漱口水进行毒理学指标测试,检测项目有:急性经口毒性试 验、一次眼刺激试验测试和多次皮肤刺激试验。
急性经口毒性试验过程:按照国家标准《急性经口毒性试验方法(GB/T 21603-2008)》的操作过程进行操作,受试对象选择健康成年小鼠(18g~22g)和大 鼠(180g~220g),同性别实验动物个体间体重相差不得超过平均体重的20%。采 用最大限量法,用20只动物(雌雄各半),采用5000mg/kg剂量对受试动物进行 急性经口毒性试验。
一次眼刺激试验测试过程:选为家兔为受试动物,每组试验动物4只,采用自 身对照。将施例1制备的漱口水0.1ml滴入(涂入)实验动物一侧结膜囊内,另一侧 眼作为对照。滴药后使眼被动闭合5~10s,记录滴药后6、24、48和72小时眼的局 部反应,第4、7天观察恢复情况。观察时应用荧光素钠检查角膜损害,用裂隙灯检 查角膜透明度、虹膜纹理改变。按分级评价标准评定,测试结果不引起角膜、虹膜 和结膜的炎症变化,该受试物可以安全使用。
多次皮肤刺激试验测试过程:动物选取同一次眼刺激试验;将实验动物背部脊 柱两侧皮肤的毛剪掉或剃掉,去毛范围各为2.5cmX 2.5cm。取受试物0.1~0.5ml(g) 涂抹在一侧皮肤毛,另一侧涂赋形剂作为对照,每天涂抹1~2次,连续涂抹14天每 次涂药前应剪毛,不得损伤皮肤保证受试物与皮肤充分接触,每天观察皮肤反应, 按标准进行评分研判。
测试结果如表2。

从表1可以看出,绿原酸消炎漱口水具有广谱抑菌效果。金黄色葡萄球菌属于 革兰氏阳性菌,大肠杆菌属于革兰氏阴性菌,绿原酸消炎漱口水对这两种细菌的抑 菌效果非常明显。表2的检测结果看出本发明具有安全无毒的特性。
3.效果测试
对本发明绿原酸消炎漱口水的效果进行检测,检测项目包括消炎作用,清洁效果,口感,口气清新效果;对于抗菌消炎作用的测试,选择20名有口腔溃疡的患者 作为测试样本,检测其使用该绿原酸消炎漱口水产品后的炎症康复时间,经过测试, 100%的测试人员第2天症状都缓解,使用第3天症状完全消失。对于非消炎效果选 择100位不同年龄、性别和职业的测试人员作为样本,统计其在使用该产品半个月 之后的使用评价。实验结果见表3。

分析以上实验结果发现,本申请绿原酸消炎漱口水产品的消炎作用得到所有测试者的认可,而清洁效果几乎所有测试者都表示认同,对于产品的口感大部分测试 者表示喜爱,口气清新作用被99%的测试者认同。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明 的保护范围之内。

1.一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比的成分:
绿原酸0.1~0.3%;
表没食子儿茶素0.2~0.5%;
活性成分稳定剂1~3%;
活性成分调节剂0.5~1%;
甜味剂0.01~0.5%;
香精0.2~0.5%;
保湿剂0.5~1%;
防腐剂0.05~0.5%;
其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,其特征在于:所述活性成分稳定剂选自辛癸酸甘油酯、辛酸癸酸聚乙二醇甘油酯中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,其特征在于:所述活性成分调节剂选自槐糖脂、鼠李糖脂中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,其特征在于:所述甜味剂选自甜菊糖苷、甜菊糖、甘草、甘草酸二钠、甘草酸三钠、竹芋甜素中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,其特征在于:所述香精选自薄荷醇、乙酸薄荷酯中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,其特征在于:所述保湿剂选自聚季铵盐51、山梨醇中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含绿原酸的消炎漱口水,其特征在于:所述防腐剂选自尼泊金乙酯、葡萄柚籽提取物、原花青素、柚苷中的一种或多种。

9.一种权利要求1-8任一所述的含绿原酸的消炎漱口水的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
