背景技术
浸渍纸具有耐磨、款式丰富、抗冲击、抗变形、耐污染、阻燃、防潮、环保、不褪色、安装简便、易打理的优点,进而广泛应用于橱柜、衣柜、复合地板、桌子等的装饰贴面。
而银粉浸渍纸是指印刷原纸表面带有珠光粉(银粉),并通过浸胶压贴后,表面形成均匀的银粉金属质感层的银粉浸渍纸,该银粉浸渍纸广泛应用于家具行业,且用银粉浸渍纸通过压贴后形成的人造板非常美观,因此广泛受到人们的喜爱。
但是带有银粉的原纸渗透性非常差,使得浸渍的胶水不易渗透,并且原纸经过胶槽后银粉原纸上的银粉很容易掉落,使原纸表面的银粉易跑位,导致得到的银粉浸渍纸表面出现发白、银粉不均、起泡等现象,降低银粉浸渍纸的品质。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种银粉浸渍纸及其生产工艺。
本申请提供的一种银粉浸渍纸,采用如下的技术方案:
一种银粉浸渍纸,银粉浸渍纸从上表面至下表面依次为第一涂布层、第一浸胶层、银粉纸层、第二浸胶层以及第二涂布层,所述第一浸胶层和所述第二浸胶层通过浸胶胶水浸胶固化得到,所述第一涂布层和第二涂布层由涂布胶水涂布固化得到,所述涂布胶水由以下原料制得:
三聚氰胺胶液90-100份
环保增塑剂3-5份
柔软剂1.5-2.5份
银粉固定乳液5-8份。
上述方案的原料组成和原料的重量份范围均为本申请较佳原料组成和原料的重量份范围,其中三聚氰胺胶液由以下重量份的原料制得:质量分数为30-35%的甲醛溶液70-80 份、三聚氰胺65-75份、二甘醇25-35份、水25-35份;采用三聚氰胺胶液具有固化时短、粘附性好的优点,环保增塑剂提高银粉浸渍纸的环保性,同时起到增塑效果,能够提高涂布胶水的加工性和粘附性,进而减少银粉浸渍纸容易发白的现象,柔软剂具有剪切稳定性好、相容性好、柔软平滑性的优点,便于银粉浸渍纸剪切;且柔软剂为聚酯型柔软剂,该柔软剂优选选用蓖麻油(羟基含量为160-168MgKOH/gm;蓖麻油酸值为87-89%;比重为0.958-0.969g/mm3;皂化值为177-187MgKOH/gm)。而银粉固定乳液具有较好的固定银粉的效果,能够减少银粉原纸上的银粉跑动或者防止银粉掉落至涂布胶水中。
本申请的涂布胶水,通过采用三聚氰胺胶液、环保增塑剂、柔软剂、粉固定乳液进行复合,得到的涂布胶水在涂布过程中,能够更好涂布,并且银粉不会掉落或者跑动,减少得到的银粉浸渍纸表面出现发白、银粉不均、起泡等现象,提高银粉浸渍纸的品质。
优选的,所述浸胶胶水由以下重量份的原料得到:
脲醛树脂胶液60-80份
脂肪酸聚乙烯醚0.3-0.5份
六亚甲基四胺0.1-0.3份
银粉固定乳液3-5份。
选用上述的浸胶胶水的原料组成和原料的重量份范围,具有较好的浸胶效果,并且该浸胶胶水容易渗透银粉原纸(所谓银粉原纸为原纸表面带有银粉),其中,采用脲醛树脂胶液具有快干和粘附性好的优点,且能够使得浸胶原纸与其他产品粘接稳定;而银粉固定乳液具有固定银粉的效果,能够减少银粉原纸上的银粉跑动或者防止银粉掉落至浸胶胶水中,因此,通过脲醛树脂胶液、脂肪酸聚乙烯醚(皂化值为145-155MgKOH/gm;HLB值为9~10)、六亚甲基四胺、银粉固定乳液得到浸胶胶水,用于浸胶后,使制得的银粉浸渍纸表面出现发白、银粉不均、起泡等可能性,提高银粉浸渍纸的品质。
优选的,所述脲醛树脂胶液固体含量为45-50%,水溶水数为1:1.5-2.0,粘度10-20s,甲醛含量≤0.5%;所述三聚氰胺胶液的固含量为56-60%。
选用上述脲醛树脂胶液的粘度范围、水溶水数范围、固含量范围以及三聚氰胺胶液的固含量范围,为本申请较佳范围,进而得到的银粉浸渍纸具有较好品质。
优选的,所述银粉固定乳液由以下重量份的原料制得:
APW:3-8份
APEO:1-5份
防流挂助剂:50-70份
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:20-30份。
APEO是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类化合物的简称,本申请的APEO优选采用的是烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,HLB值13.5;相对密度0.93g/cm3,APEO是一种应用广泛的非离子表面活性剂,具有良好的润湿、渗透、乳化、分散、增溶和洗涤作用;使浸渍浆液更好地润湿银粉原纸,使银粉原纸更容易浸胶;丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯是一种具有多官能团的非公害溶剂,对极性和非极性的物质均有很强的溶解能力,进而能够提高银粉浸渍纸的环保性;防流挂助剂具有抗沉降,防流挂的作用,进而能够减少银粉浸渍纸上的银粉脱落,并且对涂料光泽的影响极小,进而不影响银粉浸渍纸的涂布效果。
APW是一种防掉银剂,其中,品牌为SUNFOR,型号为APW,APW的有效成分为特殊改性聚酯化合物,有效成分含量为55-65%;选用该APW能够有效增进银粉与涂料中基体树脂的粘附性,防止银粉脱落、漂浮,有效增进铝粉与涂料及油墨中基体树脂的粘附性,防止银粉脱落、漂浮,起到较好的防掉银效果,同时与APEO、防流挂助剂、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯复合使用,能起到更佳的防掉银效果,同时不会影响涂布胶水的涂布效果/浸渍浆液的浸渍效果,还可以使银粉原纸更容易浸胶,使得到的银粉浸渍纸更佳美观。
优选的,防流挂助剂为含胺基及酸基的高分子聚合物溶液,防流挂助剂的固含量为 35-45%,密度为0.98-1.0g/cm3,粘度240-260mPa.s。
选用以上的固含量范围、密度范围以及粘度范围的防流挂助剂具有较好的防流挂效果,且防沉淀及防浮色性能,还能放防止无机颜填料的沉降,进而能够减少银粉原纸中的银离子脱落,同时,不影响浸胶胶水/涂布胶水的浸胶/涂布效果,减少银粉浸渍纸的次品量,提高银粉浸渍纸的生产效率,同时使得的银粉浸渍纸更佳美观。
本申请的防流挂助剂优先选择的品牌为lubrizol;型号为Solthix 250。
优选的,所述银粉固定乳液的制备,包括以下步骤:
称取丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、APEO搅拌均匀,再加入APW混合均匀,得到混合浆液,将混合浆液加入防流挂助剂中,搅拌15-30min,得到银粉固定乳液。
优选的,所述环保增塑剂为柠檬酸酯类增塑剂和/或环氧类增塑剂。
柠檬酸酯类增塑剂(本申请优先选择为乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯)和环氧类增塑剂(本申请优先选择为环氧大豆油)均为环保型增塑剂,提高银粉原纸的环保性,同时进而能够起到增塑作用,提高涂布层的柔韧性。进而使得到的银粉浸渍纸更容易附着于基板上,且不容易出现露白、楼底等现象。
优选的,所述银粉浸渍纸的总上胶量为150-200%、挥发份为5.58.5%,预固化度为 55-65%。
总上胶量表示的是银粉浸胶纸的总重量减少银粉原纸的总重量后,再除以银粉原纸的总重量,最后乘以100%;以上总上胶量范围、挥发份以及预固化度为本申请较佳的银粉浸渍纸范围,得到的银粉浸渍纸用于装饰人造板富有美观。
优选的,所述涂布胶水的涂布量为120-150g/m2,所述浸胶胶水的浸胶量为100-120g/m2。
以上涂布量范围和浸胶量范围均为本申请的较佳范围,且得到的银粉浸渍纸不仅富有美观,而且用于装饰人造板后不容易出现发白的现象。
第二方面,本申请提供一种银粉浸渍纸的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:
一种银粉浸渍纸的制备方法由以下步骤制得:
涂布胶水:称取三聚氰胺胶液、环保增塑剂、软化剂,加热至55-65℃,混合均匀得到混合物A,调节混合物A的pH至8.5-10.5,升温至113-123℃,恒温反应1.5-2.5h,降温至50- 60℃,再加入银粉固定乳液,混合20-30min,再降温至30-40℃,得到涂布胶水。
浸胶胶水:按重量份计,称取60-80份脲醛树脂胶液、0.3-0.5份脂肪酸聚乙烯醚、0.1-0.3份六亚甲基四胺,加热至55-65℃,搅拌1-2h,再加入3-5份银粉固定乳液,搅拌1-2h,再加入银粉固定乳液,搅拌35-45min,得到浸胶胶水;
将银粉原纸完全浸渍在浸胶胶水中,取出,烘干,烘干温度115-125℃,烘干时间10-20s,得到浸胶银粉原纸;再将涂布胶水涂布于浸胶银粉原纸的两面,烘干,烘干温度120-130℃,烘干时间8-15s,得到银粉浸胶纸。
以上制备方法具有操作简单、生产效率高,通过以上制备方法得到的浸胶银粉原纸表面银粉均匀、品质较好,且不会出现发白或者气泡的现象。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请的涂布胶水,通过采用三聚氰胺胶液、环保增塑剂、柔软剂、粉固定乳液进行复合,得到的涂布胶水在涂布过程中,能够更好涂布,并且银粉不会掉落或者跑动,减少得到的银粉浸渍纸表面出现发白、银粉不均、起泡等现象,提高银粉浸渍纸的品质。
2、本申请中优选采用APW、APEO、防流挂助剂、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯复合使用,能起到更佳的防掉银效果,同时不会影响涂布胶水的涂布效果/浸渍浆液的浸渍效果,还可以使银粉原纸更容易浸胶,减少浸胶原纸出现发白、银粉分布不均匀的现象,使得到的银粉浸渍纸更佳美观。
具体实施方式
以下结合制备例和实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
改性银粉固定乳液的制备例
制备例1
称取20Kg丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、1KgAPEO搅拌均匀,再加入3KgAPW混合均匀,得到混合浆液,将混合浆液加入50Kg防流挂助剂中,搅拌15min,得到银粉固定乳液。
其中,防流挂助剂的固含量为35%,密度为0.98g/cm3,粘度240mPa.s;APW的有效成分含量为60%。
制备例2-3
制备例2-3与制备例1的不同之处在于:原料的用量和搅拌时间不同,具体如表1所示;

实施例
实施例1
一种银粉浸渍纸,银粉浸渍纸从上表面至下表面依次为第一涂布层、第一浸胶层、银粉纸层、第二浸胶层以及第二涂布层,第一浸胶层和所述第二浸胶层通过浸胶胶水浸胶固化得到,第一涂布层和第二涂布层由涂布胶水涂布固化得到,该银粉浸渍纸的制备,包括以下步骤:涂布胶水:配置三聚氰胺胶液,称取质量分数为30%的甲醛溶液70Kg、三聚氰胺65Kg、二甘醇25Kg、水25Kg,混合均匀,得到三聚氰胺胶液;
称取90Kg三聚氰胺胶液、3Kg环保增塑剂、1.5Kg柔软剂(柔软剂为聚酯型柔软剂)放入反应釜中,加热至60℃,混合均匀得到混合物A,用于氢氧化钠调节混合物A的pH至9.5,升温至120℃,恒温反应2h,降温至55℃,再加入制备例1得到的5Kg银粉固定乳液,混合25min,再降温至35℃,得到涂布胶水。
浸胶胶水:称取60Kg脲醛树脂胶液、0.3Kg脂肪酸聚乙烯醚、0.1Kg六亚甲基四胺放入反应釜中,加热至60℃,搅拌1h,再加入3Kg制备例1得到的银粉固定乳液,搅拌 35min,得到浸胶胶水;
将银粉原纸传送至浸胶装置中,使银粉原纸进行浸胶胶水进行浸胶,再进入烘箱中烘干,其中,烘干温度120℃,烘干时间15s,得到浸胶银粉原纸;传送至滚轮涂布机中,使涂布胶水涂布于浸胶银粉原纸的两面,再进入烘箱中进行烘干,其中,烘干温度125℃,烘干时间 12s,得到银粉浸胶纸。
上述中,涂布胶水的涂布量为120g/m2,所述浸胶胶水的浸胶量为100g/m2;银粉浸渍纸的总上胶量为150%、挥发份为5.5%,预固化度为55%。
实施例2-3
实施例2-3与实施例的不同之处在于:原料的用量不同,具体表2所示;

性能检测试验
将实施例1-7和对比例1-3得到银粉浸渍纸进行以下实验,具体数据如表4所示。
检测方法/试验方法
1.应用测试
实施例1-7和对比例1-3得到的银粉浸渍纸应用于夹板上:将银粉浸渍纸与无纺布通过连续热压制成的连续层得到装饰板,热压温度185℃,压力为15MPa,压合时间为35s。观察银粉浸渍纸表面是否出现发白、起泡等现象,并记录。
2、掉粉测试
将实施例1-7和对比例1-3得到涂布胶水和浸胶胶水用于以下测试,具体测试步骤如下;取 2m*1m的银粉原纸,通过浸胶装置进入浸胶胶水进行浸胶,浸胶时间为10s,取出银粉原纸后,将含有银色的浸胶胶液全部取出,并进行过滤,过滤过程中用质量分数为40%的甲醛溶液冲洗,至得到银白色的固体A,再用水冲洗,放入250℃的进行烘干3h,称量固体A,记录重量;再用,而浸胶得到的原纸进行烘干,其烘干温度为120℃,时间为15s,再通过辊轮涂布机进行涂布涂布胶水,涂布量为130g/m2,将涂布胶水的胶水槽中含有的银色涂布胶水打捞全部出来,并进行过滤,过滤过程中用质量分数为40%的甲醛溶液冲洗,至得到银白色的固体B,再用水冲洗,放入250℃的进行烘干3h,称量(采用精确度为0.0001的电子称进行称量)固体B,记录重量;具体实验数据如表4所示;

结合实施例1和对比例1-3并结合表4可以看出,当不加银粉固定乳液时,掉银的重量明显提高,例如实施例1的掉银量(固体A)为0.0035g,而对比例3的掉银量(固体A)高达0.1963g,相差0.1928g,可见加入银粉固定乳液能够明显减少掉银的量,并且制得的银粉浸渍纸富有美观,不出现发白或气泡的现象。
结合实施例1和实施例6-7并结合表4可以看出,当不加APW或防流挂助剂时,掉银的重量明显提高,进而说明书采用APW、防流挂助剂进行复合时,放掉银的效果更好。

Claims (8)
1.一种银粉浸渍纸,其特征在于,银粉浸渍纸从上表面至下表面依次为第一涂布层、第一浸胶层、银粉纸层、第二浸胶层以及第二涂布层,所述第一浸胶层和所述第二浸胶层通过浸胶胶水浸胶固化得到,所述第一涂布层和第二涂布层由涂布胶水涂布固化得到,所述涂布胶水由以下原料制得:
三聚氰胺胶液90-100份
环保增塑剂3-5份
柔软剂1.5-2.5份
银粉固定乳液5-8份;
所述浸胶胶水由以下重量份的原料得到:
脲醛树脂胶液60-80份
脂肪酸聚乙烯醚0.3-0.5份
六亚甲基四胺0.1-0.3份
银粉固定乳液3-5份;
所述银粉固定乳液由以下重量份的原料制得:
APW:3-8份
APEO:1-5份
防流挂助剂:50-70份
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯:20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种银粉浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述脲醛树脂胶液固体含量为45-50%,水溶水数为1:1.5-2.0,粘度10-20s,甲醛含量≤0.5%;所述三聚氰胺胶液的固含量为56-60%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种银粉浸渍纸,其特征在于:防流挂助剂为含胺基及酸基的高分子聚合物溶液,防流挂助剂的固含量为35-45%,密度为0.98-1.0g/cm3,粘度240-260mPa.s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种银粉浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述银粉固定乳液的制备,包括以下步骤:
称取丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、APEO搅拌均匀,再加入APW混合均匀,得到混合浆液,将混合浆液加入防流挂助剂中,搅拌15-30min,得到银粉固定乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种银粉浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述环保增塑剂为柠檬酸酯类增塑剂和/或环氧类增塑剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种银粉浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述银粉浸渍纸的总上胶量为150-200%、挥发份为5.58.5%,预固化度为55-65%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种银粉浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述涂布胶水的涂布量为120-150g/m2,所述浸胶胶水的浸胶量为100-120g/m2。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的银粉浸渍纸的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制得:
涂布胶水:称取三聚氰胺胶液、环保增塑剂、软化剂,加热至55-65℃,混合均匀得到混合物A,调节混合物A的pH至8.5-10.5,升温至113-123℃,恒温反应1.5-2.5h,降温至50-60℃,再加入银粉固定乳液,混合20-30min,再降温至30-40℃,得到涂布胶水;
浸胶胶水:按重量份计,称取60-80份脲醛树脂胶液、0.3-0.5份脂肪酸聚乙烯醚、0.1-0.3份六亚甲基四胺,加热至55-65℃,搅拌1-2h,再加入3-5份银粉固定乳液,搅拌35-45min,得到浸胶胶水;
将银粉原纸完全浸渍在浸胶胶水中,取出,烘干,烘干温度115-125℃,烘干时间10-20s,得到浸胶银粉原纸;再将涂布胶水涂布于浸胶银粉原纸的两面,烘干,烘干温度120-130℃,烘干时间8-15s,得到银粉浸胶纸。
