Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a carvacrol-containing pesticide composition, a preparation and application thereof.
Background
Many plant pathogens can cause serious diseases to crops, and plant diseases are one of the main factors affecting agricultural yield. The infection sources causing plant diseases mainly include viral diseases, bacterial diseases, fungal diseases, nematode diseases, parasitic plants and the like. Crop diseases and insect pests are one of main agricultural disasters in China, and have the characteristics of multiple types, large influence and frequent outbreaks of disasters. The following kinds of plant diseases and insect pests are common for crops in China: rice planthoppers, powdery mildew, corn borers, cotton bollworms, wheat rust, cotton aphids, rice sheath blight, rice blast, wheat aphids, wheat red spiders, locust, wheat scab and the like.
The carvacrol is a green bactericide, can prevent gray mold, powdery mildew, brown spot, virus diseases and the like in vegetables and fruit trees, has good safety, no drug resistance and synergistic effect with various plant source active ingredients, and is a plant source active ingredient meeting the production standard of green pesticides. Carvacrol is mainly present in Labiatae plants such as thyme, rosemary thyme, moldavica dragonhead, oregano and the like, and has good biological activities such as sterilization, deinsectization, disinfection, corrosion prevention and the like. The use of conventional chemical pesticides often results in pesticide residues that are out of standard and have serious biological and environmental toxicity. The development of the current plant source carvacrol pesticide is limited by the problems of slow drug effect, short duration period and the like. Therefore, the development of the environment-friendly pesticide which has the advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum, no pollution, quick effect, and capability of remarkably improving the lasting effect of the effect and further enhancing the action period is of great significance.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of slow effect and short action period of the existing carvacrol pesticide, the invention provides a pesticide composition containing carvacrol.
The invention also provides a preparation of the pesticide composition containing the carvacrol.
The invention also provides an application of the carvacrol-containing pesticide composition.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a pesticide composition containing carvacrol, which comprises the following active ingredients: carvacrol, rhamnolipid and soapberry extract.
Compared with the prior art, the pesticide composition containing carvacrol provided by the invention takes plant source carvacrol, high-efficiency targeting biological source auxiliary agent rhamnolipid and high-efficiency biological source surfactant soapberry extract as main active ingredients, and all the components have obvious synergistic effect. The carvacrol has better antibacterial activity and can kill bacteria and fungi well; the rhamnolipid is used as an environment-friendly biosurfactant, can promote the penetrability of carvacrol to fungus and bacterial cell walls, damage zoospore membranes of the fungus and effectively block the development of various fungal diseases; the soapberry extract is added, so that sterilization is thorough and efficient, the cost is low, and the burden of farmers can be reduced. The compound medicament is a plant source, so that the problem of pesticide residue is avoided, and the risk of generating phytotoxicity is greatly reduced. The pesticide composition containing carvacrol has the advantages of quick effect, long action period, greenness and no residue when applied to crops, and does not harm the bodies of the crops while killing insects and bacteria.
Carvacrol, english name: the carvacrol is a plant pesticide prepared by extracting and processing Chinese herbal medicine origanum vulgare, and is mainly used for preparing spices, bactericides and disinfectants and also used as edible essence. The carvacrol serving as a bactericide has a strong antibacterial effect, can act on the membrane structure of cells, can quickly improve the permeability and osmotic pressure of bacterial cell membranes, causes the leakage of intracellular substances, and phenolic substances entering the interior of the cells can change bacterial enzyme systems to cause the death of microorganisms. In vitro bacteriostasis tests of escherichia coli, salmonella, pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus, carvacrol can lead to cell membrane rupture and intracellular material leakage, thereby killing pathogenic bacteria.
The rhamnolipid serving as a glycolipid anionic biosurfactant has stronger surface and interface activity, low toxicity and biodegradability and is widely applied to petroleum exploitation, environmental protection, pharmaceutical chemical industry, food and agriculture.
The soapberry extract mainly contains soapberry saponin, wherein the soapberry saponin is a natural nonionic surfactant, can reduce the surface tension of water, has the characteristics of antibiosis, environmental protection, no public hazard and the like, can be used as a pesticide emulsifier, and has good killing effect on cotton aphids, red spiders, sweet potato golden hua worms and the like.
Further, the pesticide composition containing carvacrol consists of carvacrol, rhamnolipid, soapberry extract, an auxiliary agent and a solvent.
Preferably, the pesticide composition containing carvacrol comprises, by weight, 3% -6% of carvacrol, 2% -8% of rhamnolipid, 2% -10% of soapberry extract, 12% -20% of an auxiliary agent and solvent compensation to 100%.
Preferably, the pesticide composition containing carvacrol, the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of wetting agent, defoamer or stabilizer.
Wherein the wetting agent is at least one of sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose or styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
The defoaming agent is at least one of polydimethylsiloxane, methanol or silicone oil.
The stabilizer is at least one of propylene oxide, butyl glycidyl ether, isopropanol, n-butanol or polyethylene glycol.
Preferably, the pesticide composition containing carvacrol, and the solvent is at least one of water or ethanol.
Furthermore, the pesticide composition is in the form of an aqueous solution or a concentrated solvent.
The invention also provides application of the pesticide composition containing carvacrol in controlling gray mold or powdery mildew.
Preferably, the pesticide composition containing carvacrol is applied to preventing and treating gray mold or powdery mildew of plants, wherein the plants are peppers, grapes, tomatoes, pumpkins and eggplants.
Of course, the pesticide composition of the invention is not limited to the treatment of gray mold and powdery mildew, and simultaneously, the plants to be acted are not limited to peppers, grapes, tomatoes, pumpkins and eggplants; the composition also has good control effects on oomycete diseases, fungal diseases, bacterial diseases, viral diseases, mites, pests and the like of other plants.
The pesticide composition containing carvacrol can be applied according to a common method, such as pouring, spraying or spraying, and the application amount of the pesticide composition changes with weather conditions or crop states. When in use, the liquid is diluted according to the need. The medicine is applied before the onset of disease or when the disease spots are seen, and constant spraying (i.e. a layer of water film appears on the leaf surface, and the medicine liquid is suitable for not dropping). Generally, the dosage is: 30-200 mL/mu, and the drug application mode is as follows: the water consumption per mu is 15-30L, the spraying is carried out, and the application times are as follows: 3 times, each application interval is 7-10 days.
