Abstract
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种密封容器,其能够根据容器内的压力,调整施加至密封容器主体与盖子之间的封闭部件的加压。为了解决上述问题,提供一种密封容器(1),具备:有底筒形的容器主体(2),在上方开口;盖子(3),具有筒部(6),并可开闭地关闭容器主体(2)的上部开口,该筒部嵌入容器主体(2)的上部开口侧的端部;及,环形的封闭部件(4),设置在筒部(6)上,气密地封闭筒部(6)与容器主体(2)之间的间隙。容器主体(2)的接触面(5)是锥形面,该接触面接触封闭部件(4)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封容器。
背景技术
在下述专利文献1中公开了一种用于储存样品的真空容器,防止用于电子显微镜的样品等氧化。该真空容器在使用盖子关闭开口时,O型环被盖子从上方按压在容器上。由此,O型环被挤压发生弹性变形,从而封闭容器与盖子之间的间隙。
在专利文献1公开的真空容器的情况下,由于O型环从上方被挤压,因此,会对O型环施加过度挤压的加压。在该状态下,如果真空容器内的压力发生变化,则O型环保持在施加了加压的状态的位置,同时,发生弹性变形。这样一来,专利文献1公开的真空容器在内部的压力发生变化时,被O型环密封。因此,在专利文献1公开的真空容器中,即使内部的压力发生变化,也仍然对O型环过度地施加加压。因此,希望在真空容器内的压力发生变化时不对O型环施加过度的加压。
另外,如上所述,在开口被O型环密封的容器中,已知一种将盖子拧入中空状容器主体中并固定的构造。此时,在容器主体的外周面形成有螺纹,短圆筒形的盖子的内周面形成有螺纹孔。因此,能够将盖子拧入容器主体并安装。在这种构造的情况下,盖子被拧到底,借此,O型环被盖子从上方按压在容器主体上,由此,O型环被挤压发生弹性变形,从而封闭容器主体与盖子之间的间隙。
在这种构造的情况下,如果盖子拧得比较松,则不能对O型环施加所需的加压,而形成不密封的状态。在该状态下,例如即使对真空容器内进行减压,由于真空容器没有密封,因此,也不能进行适当地减压。

发明内容
[发明所要解决的问题]
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封容器,能够根据容器内的压力,调整施加至密封容器主体与盖子之间的封闭部件的加压。
[解决问题的技术手段]
(1)本发明具备:有底筒形的容器主体,在上方开口;盖子,具有筒部,并可开闭地关闭前述容器主体的上部开口,该筒部嵌入前述容器主体的上部开口侧的端部;及,环形的封闭部件,设置在前述筒部上,气密地封闭前述筒部与前述容器主体之间的间隙。前述容器主体的接触面为锥形面,该接触面接触前述封闭部件。
(2)在本发明中,可选地,在上述(1)中,前述筒部的与前述接触面对向的对向面是向与前述接触面的倾斜方向相反方向倾斜的锥形面。
(3)在本发明中,可选地,在上述(1)或(2)中,前述封闭部件是不发生弹性变形的部件。
(发明的效果)
根据本发明,能够提供一种密封容器,其能够根据容器内的压力,调整施加至密封容器主体与盖子之间的封闭部件的加压。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的具体的实施方式详细地进行说明。
图1是绘示本发明的一实施方式的密封容器的纵剖面图。本实施方式的密封容器1具备:有底筒形的容器主体2,在上方开口;盖子3,可开闭地关闭容器主体2的上部开口;及,环形的封闭部件4,封闭容器主体2与盖子3之间的间隙。
容器主体2是构成密封容器1的底壁和周侧壁的部件。容器主体2是仅在上方开口的有底圆筒形。在容器主体2中,接触面5是锥形面,该接触面5接触后述的封闭部件4。在本实施方式中,容器主体2的上部开口侧的端部的内周面是接触面5。该接触面5是随着朝向上方而直径扩大的锥形形状。
盖子3是在下方开口的短圆筒形。盖子3具有筒部6,该筒部6嵌入容器主体2的上部开口侧的端部。筒部6是轴向沿上下方向的圆筒状,在盖子3的中央部下表面向下方延伸并一体形成。筒部6的外径小于盖子3的周侧壁的内径。因此,在筒部6的外周面与盖子3的周侧壁的内周面之间,形成有圆筒状间隙7。在筒部6的外周面沿圆周方向形成有向径向外侧开口的槽8。
盖子3以关闭容器主体2的上部开口的方式,安装在容器主体2上。具体而言,容器主体2的周侧壁的上端部插入圆筒状间隙7,直到盖子3的下表面抵接至容器主体2的周侧壁的上端面。在该状态下,盖子3的筒部6插入容器主体2的上部开口内。
当盖子3的筒部6插入容器主体2内时,由于容器主体2的接触面5是锥形面,因此,容器主体2的接触面5与形成在筒部6上的槽8的底面9之间的距离在上下位置不同。在本实施方式中,由于接触面5是随着朝向上方而直径增大的锥形形状,因此,容器主体2的接触面5与槽8的底面9之间的距离随着朝向下方而减小。
封闭部件4是纵截面为圆形的O型环,且是能够弹性变形的部件。封闭部件4设置在盖子3的筒部6上。在附图的示例中,封闭部件4装配在盖子3的筒部6的槽8上。在封闭部件4被装配在槽8的状态下,如果如前所述容器主体2的上部开口被盖子3关闭,则筒部6与容器主体2之间的间隙被封闭部件4气密地封闭。在附图的示例中,由于是筒部6插入容器主体2的上部开口内的构造,因此,封闭部件4封闭筒部6的外周面与容器主体2的周侧壁的内周面之间的间隙。在筒部6与容器主体2之间的间隙被封闭部件4封闭的状态下,封闭部件4与容器主体2的接触面5接触,同时,与筒部6的槽8的底面9接触。此外,封闭部件4的纵剖面的直径小于槽8的宽度。
由封闭部件4封闭筒部6与容器主体2之间的间隙,借此,容器1内被密封。在本实施方式中,在该密封状态下,将容器1内的气体向外部吸引并排出,容器1内被减压。利用未图示的真空泵等减压装置,进行容器1内的减压。减压装置经由未图示的排气通道连接于密封容器1。排气通道连接于设置在盖子3上的球阀10。球阀10是开闭排气通道的阀门。因此,打开球阀10的同时运行减压装置,借此,经由排气通道将容器1内的气体向外部吸引并排出,能够对容器1内进行减压。容器1内的压力利用设置在盖子3上的负压计11进行检测。
图2A、图2B、图2C、及图2D是绘示图1的密封容器的主要部分的纵剖面图。具体而言,图2A、图2B、图2C、及图2D是绘示容器主体2与盖子3的封闭部分的概略放大纵剖面图。图2A、图2B、图2C、及图2D中,容器1内的压力各不相同。容器1内的压力按照图2A、图2B、图2C、及图2D的顺序减小。
如图2A、图2B、图2C、及图2D所示,减小容器1内的压力,借此,封闭部件4向下方移动。因此,如果容器1内的压力不同,则封闭部件4的上下位置不同。即,封闭部件4与接触面5的接触位置上下不同。此时,如前所述,由于容器主体2的接触面5与槽8的底面9之间的距离不同,则施加至封闭部件4的加压不同。这样,根据本实施方式的密封容器1,在容器1内的压力发生变化时,能够调整施加至封闭部件4的加压。由此,如果使容器1内的压力形成为某一恒定压力并长时间放置,则对容器1内的压力进行释放等,从而容器1内的压力发生变化,但封闭部件4会根据该变化进行移动,借此,能够调整施加至封闭部件4的加压。此外,预先形成接触面5的倾斜角度,以便对封闭部件4施加与容器1内的压力相对应的加压。因此,根据容器1内的减压状态,能够对封闭部件4施加最合适的加压。
另外,在本实施方式的密封容器1的情况下,与现有的将盖子拧入容器主体的构造不同,不需要螺纹结构。因此,根据本实施方式的密封容器1,能够根据螺纹结构的量而相应地小型化。进而,在本实施方式的密封容器1的情况下,由于容器主体2的接触面5是锥形面,因此,与接触面是垂直的情况相比,在将盖子3安装在容器主体2上时,能够抑制封闭部件4与接触面5的接触引起的封闭部件4的扭曲。而且,在本实施方式的情况下,即使发生了一些扭曲,由于对容器1内进行减压使得封闭部件4移动,因此,也能够消除该扭曲。
图3是绘示本发明的密封容器的变形例的纵剖面。在该图中,仅示出了容器主体2与盖子3的封闭部分。此外,在本变形例中,说明其特征部分,对于在上述实施方式中说明了的事项省略说明。
在本变形例的密封容器1a中,筒部6的与接触面5对向的对向面是锥形面。在本变形例中,槽8的底面9是对向面。该对向面9是向与容器主体2的接触面5的倾斜方向相反的方向倾斜的锥形面。在本变形例中,筒部6的对向面9是随着朝向上方而直径缩小的锥形形状。
在本变形例的情况下,在容器主体2上安装有盖子3,借此,容器主体2与筒部6之间的间隙被封闭部件4封闭。此时,封闭部件4的外周面接触至容器主体2的接触面5,同时,在封闭部件4的内周面已接触至筒部6的对向面9的状态下,容器主体2的内周面与筒部6的外周面之间的间隙被封闭部件4封闭。
此外,本发明不限定于上述实施方式(包括变形例),在能够实现本发明的目的的范围内的变形、改良包含在本发明中。
例如,在上述实施方式中,容器主体2的接触面5形成随着朝向上方而直径增大的锥形面,但也可以与其相反,形成随着朝向上方而直径缩小的锥形面。此时,与上述变形例相反,筒部6的对向面9形成随着朝向上方而直径增大的锥形面。在这种构造中,密封容器用于已经减压的空间内。
另外,在上述实施方式中,封闭部件4形成能够弹性变形的O型环,但也可以是不发生弹性变形的部件。例如,封闭部件也可以是不发生弹性变形的金属材质。此时,封闭部件根据容器内的压力更容易移动。
另外,在上述变形例中,筒部6的对向面9的纵截面形成直线的锥形形状,但也可以是曲线的锥形形状。

Claims (3)
1.一种密封容器,其特征是,具备:
有底筒形的容器主体,在上方开口;
盖子,具有筒部,并可开闭地关闭前述容器主体的上部开口,该筒部嵌入前述容器主体的上部开口侧的端部;
环形的封闭部件,设置在前述筒部上,气密地封闭前述筒部与前述容器主体之间的间隙;
前述容器主体的接触面为锥形面,该接触面接触前述封闭部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封容器,其特征是,
前述筒部的与前述接触面对向的对向面是向与前述接触面的倾斜方向相反的方向倾斜的锥形面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封容器,其特征是,
前述封闭部件是不发生弹性变形的部件。
