Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ruminant feed compositions, and particularly relates to an anti-inflammatory feed composition for ruminants and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The antibiotic is a substance which is obtained by microbial culture or chemical synthesis and has the function of specifically killing microorganisms, mainly comprises a feed antibiotic and a therapeutic antibiotic, the feed antibiotic is added into a premix by a certain technical means and plays a role in epidemic disease prevention and growth promotion in production, the feed antibiotic plays an important contribution in the development process of feed industry of China for 30 years, can play an immune role on ruminants, and effectively reduces diseases such as mastitis, metritis, rumen bloating and the like.
However, in recent years, the emergence of antibiotic residues and superbacteria in animal food has caused concern and apprehension about feed safety and food safety problems worldwide, and long-term use of feed antibiotics can destroy the steady state of microorganisms in the digestive tract, improve the drug resistance of antibiotics of bacterial pathogens and reduce the immunity of organisms, but the antibiotics are remained in ruminant products (meat and milk) and harm human health, so that the antibiotic is announced by the ministry of agricultural rural areas and is prohibited from being used in feed comprehensively in China to 2020, and the search for effective antibiotic substitutes which do not threaten public health is urgent for ensuring food safety and production benefit.
The natural plant resources in China are rich, the pharmacological activity is various, the plant extract has a plurality of health care effects of bacteriostasis, antitoxic property enhancement, stress capability improvement and the like, so the plant extract can be applied to the preparation of feed, for example, patent number 201910864954.X discloses a natural plant extract for a feed additive for poultry, the composite anti-inflammatory active plant extract composition is prepared from a sabina chinensis ethanol extract, a Chinese actinidia root water extract, an allium macrostemon cacumen extract, allium macrostemon volatile oil and cacumen biotae volatile oil according to the proportion of 5-9.
Unlike the animal with hindgut digestion, the rumen of the ruminant forms a unique digestion mode in the long-term selective evolution, can efficiently utilize structural carbohydrates such as cellulose and hemicellulose to generate nutrients required by the body, and is important for reducing the use of antibiotics by developing plant extracts applicable to the ruminant, but the main problems of the prior art are that: the single plant extract has low effect and cannot be compared with antibiotics, so the single plant extract has no applicability; the added plant extract is too acidic, so that the vitamin in the feed is lost; the active ingredients in the plant extract kill beneficial microorganisms while quickly killing pathogenic microorganisms in rumen, so that the decomposition of high cellulose substances is not facilitated, and in addition, the antibiotic has selectivity on the antagonism of the microorganisms, so that the application range of the antibiotic is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation and overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention realizes the dual technical effects of realizing the antagonistic action of pathogenic microorganisms to realize the anti-inflammatory effect and reducing the damage to beneficial microorganisms by using plant extracts rich in various organic acid active ingredients to replace antibiotics according to the plant species of homology of medicine and food specified by the national ministry of health and forming the synergistic effect among the plant extracts, and solves the contradiction problem which is difficult to solve by the prior art that the anti-inflammatory effect is realized (the inflammation is reduced) and the anti-bacterial effect is not realized (the digestion difficulty is avoided); meanwhile, the plant extract containing the alkaloid active substances reduces the absorption of organic acid active ingredients in the plant extract to vitamins before the feed is ingested, so that the loss of the vitamins is reduced; the anti-inflammatory feed composition for the ruminants, provided by the invention, has the characteristics of no residue, no public nuisance, safety and environmental protection, has important economic significance and social benefit for developing green animal husbandry in China, reducing the gap with developed countries, meeting the requirements of people on food safety and improving the international competitiveness of products.
