The composite probiotic preparation provided by the embodiment of the invention is a composition of any one or more of bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus reuteri or yeast; the bacillus subtilis is bacillus subtilis ACCC 02136, the lactobacillus reuteri is lactobacillus reuteri ACCC03949, and the yeast is saccharomyces cerevisiae ACCC 21429.
The Bacillus subtilis ACCC 02136 provided by the embodiment of the invention is collected in the agricultural microorganism center of China Committee for culture Collection of microorganisms (ACCC for short, address: No. 12 south China street in Guancun, Haizhou, China academy of agricultural sciences, institute of agricultural resources and agricultural regionalism, postal code 100081) at 20.7.2007, and the strain can be obtained from the agricultural microorganism center of China Committee for culture Collection by the public from the collection date. Bacillus subtilis ACCC 02136 is hereinafter referred to simply as Bacillus subtilis ACCC 02136.
The Lactobacillus reuteri (Lactobacillus reuteri) ACCC03949 provided by the embodiment of the invention is collected in the agricultural microorganism center of China Committee for culture Collection of microorganisms (ACCC for short, address: No. 12 south street of Guancun in Haita district, Beijing, China academy of agricultural sciences, institute of agricultural resources and agricultural divisions, postal code 100081) at 6.15.2008, and the strain can be obtained by the public from the collection date through the agricultural microorganism center of the Committee for culture Collection of microorganisms in China. Lactobacillus reuteri ACCC03949 is hereinafter abbreviated Lactobacillus reuteri ACCC 03949.
The Saccharomyces cerevisiae (ACCC 21429) provided by the embodiment of the invention is collected in the agricultural microorganism center of China Committee for culture Collection of microorganisms (ACCC for short, address: No. 12 south street of Guancun in Haidian lake area of Beijing, institute of agricultural resources and agricultural regionalism, postal code 100081) in 24.2.2017, and the strain can be obtained by the public from the agricultural microorganism center of China Committee for culture Collection of microorganisms from the collection date. Saccharomyces cerevisiae ACCC21429 is hereinafter referred to as Saccharomyces cerevisiae ACCC 21429.
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating diarrhea of animals provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s101, preparing a dandelion extract: cleaning dandelion, crushing, ultrasonically extracting, secondarily extracting and purifying to obtain a dandelion extract; meanwhile, berberine extract is prepared by leaching coptis chinensis, phellodendron amurense and phellodendron amurense, adjusting pH value, filtering and extracting;
s102, removing impurities from honeysuckle, cleaning, drying, performing ultrasonic reflux, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a honeysuckle extract; processing Bulbus Allii, reducing pressure, converting, neutralizing, and deodorizing to obtain Bulbus Allii extract;
s103, weighing dandelion extract, berberine extract, bighead atractylodes rhizome, garlic extract, isatis root, honeysuckle extract, Chinese pulsatilla root, purslane, roxburgh rose root, notopterygium root and hairyvein agrimony according to mass fraction; cleaning weighed rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, radix Isatidis, radix Pulsatillae, herba Portulacae, radix Rosae Normalis, rhizoma Et radix Notopterygii, and herba Erodii seu Geranii, and oven drying;

As shown in fig. 2, in step S101, the preparation of the dandelion extract according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201, removing impurities of the dandelion, and cleaning and drying the dandelion; cutting dried herba Taraxaci into small segments, pulverizing, and sieving with 50-60 mesh sieve to obtain herba Taraxaci powder;
s202, adding the obtained dandelion powder into an ethanol solution with the mass fraction of 85%, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction to obtain a dandelion extracting solution;
s203, adding acetone into the obtained dandelion extracting solution for extraction for 3-4 times to obtain acetone extracting solution, and performing rotary evaporation to remove the acetone to obtain dandelion extract;
s204, separating and purifying the obtained dandelion extract by using a column chromatography method, washing with water, continuously eluting by using ethyl acetate as an eluent, collecting the eluent, and drying to obtain the dandelion extract.

As shown in fig. 3, in step S101, the berberine extract prepared based on the leaching, pH adjustment, filtration and extraction of coptis chinensis, phellodendron amurense and phellodendron amurense provided by the embodiment of the present invention comprises:
s301, respectively sieving coptis chinensis, phellodendron amurense and phellodendron amurense through a 20-mesh sieve, soaking 11-13 times of 0.6% sulfuric acid aqueous solution by weight for 8-10 hours, decocting, filtering, and collecting filtrate;

s304, combining the two filtrates, and adding sulfuric acid into the filtrate to adjust the pH value to 3-4 to obtain the berberine extract.
In step S301, the decoction provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes: heating to 80-90 deg.C, decocting for 2-4 hr.
As shown in fig. 4, in step S102, the honeysuckle extract obtained by removing impurities from honeysuckle, cleaning, drying, performing ultrasonic reflux, and concentrating under reduced pressure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s401, removing impurities from honeysuckle, cleaning and drying, grinding the dried honeysuckle into coarse powder, soaking the coarse powder in 65% methanol 8-9 times of the weight of the medicinal materials for 4-5 hours, performing ultrasonic treatment for 4-5 hours, and filtering to obtain filter residues for later use; recovering methanol from the filtrate until no alcohol smell exists, and obtaining a first concentrated solution for later use;
s402, adding 60-68% of ethanol which is 10-15 times of the weight of the medicinal materials into the filter residue, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 4-5h, filtering, keeping the filter residue for later use, and recovering ethanol from the filtrate until no ethanol smell exists, so as to obtain a second concentrated solution for later use;
s403, adding purified water which is 10 times of the weight of the medicinal materials into the filter residue after the ethanol ultrasonic treatment, heating to 110-120 ℃, reflux extracting for 0.5-1h, and filtering;
s404, mixing the obtained filtrate with the first concentrated solution and the second concentrated solution, uniformly stirring, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a thick paste extract, and performing vacuum drying to obtain the honeysuckle extract.
The decompression concentration provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: setting the vacuum degree at-0.1 to-0.2 MPa and the temperature at 50 to 55 ℃.

Purslane, also called purslane, longevous vegetable, five-element grass and the like, is an annual fleshy herbaceous plant of purslane family, is widely distributed in temperate and tropical regions all over the world, is a plant which is recognized as being homologous to medicine and food in the medical and food industries, has the functions of clearing heat and detoxicating, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, and is used for treating heat toxin bloody dysentery, carbuncle swelling and furuncle, eczema, erysipelas, snake and insect bite, hematochezia, hemorrhoidal bleeding and metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.

Notopterygii rhizoma, Umbelliferae, Notopterygii rhizoma plant, with warm nature and exterior cold dispelling effects; dispelling wind-damp; benefiting the joints. Wind-cold affecting the exterior; headache without sweating; edema due to wind and water; sores and ulcers with pyogenic infections. Can be used for treating sexual impotence, spermatorrhea, frequent micturition, lumbago, gonalgia, asthma due to kidney deficiency, and diarrhea before dawn; it is used externally to treat vitiligo and alopecia areata. Relieve exterior syndrome, dispel cold, expel wind and remove dampness, and alleviate pain.
The extract of herba Erodii seu Geranii contains flavonoid, catechin, and tannin, and can inhibit replication of multiple viruses, wherein the extract has most obvious effect in resisting influenza virus, can reduce infectivity of various influenza virus strains, and also can inhibit growth of in vitro Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, and has antibacterial and sterilizing effects.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the following specific examples.

step one, preparing a dandelion extract: removing impurities of the dandelion, and cleaning and drying the dandelion; cutting dried herba Taraxaci into small segments, pulverizing, and sieving with 50-60 mesh sieve to obtain herba Taraxaci powder; adding the obtained dandelion powder into an ethanol solution with the mass fraction of 85%, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction to obtain a dandelion extracting solution; adding acetone into the obtained dandelion extract for extracting for 3-4 times to obtain acetone extract, and removing the acetone by rotary evaporation to obtain dandelion extract; separating and purifying the obtained herba Taraxaci extract by column chromatography, washing with water, eluting with ethyl acetate as eluent, collecting eluent, and drying to obtain herba Taraxaci extract;
step two, preparing the berberine extract: respectively sieving Coptidis rhizoma, cortex Phellodendri and cortex Phellodendri with 20 mesh sieve, soaking in 11-13 times of 0.6% sulfuric acid water solution for 8-10 hr, decocting, filtering, and collecting filtrate; adjusting pH of the obtained filtrate to 11 with lime milk, filtering, adjusting pH of the filtrate to 4-5 with sulfuric acid, adding 5-20% sodium chloride, stirring to dissolve completely, standing for a period of time, and vacuum filtering to obtain crude berberine; adding purified water 20-30 times the weight of the obtained berberine crude product, heating, refluxing, boiling, rapidly filtering, and collecting filtrate; adding 10-15 times of purified water into the residue, boiling for 30min, and filtering; mixing the filtrates, and adjusting pH to 3-4 with sulfuric acid to obtain berberine extract;
step three, preparing the honeysuckle extract: taking honeysuckle, removing impurities, cleaning, drying, grinding the dried honeysuckle into coarse powder, soaking the coarse powder in 65% methanol 8-9 times of the weight of the medicinal materials for 4-5h, performing ultrasonic treatment for 4-5h, filtering, and keeping filter residues for later use; recovering methanol from the filtrate until no alcohol smell exists, and obtaining a first concentrated solution for later use; adding 60-68% ethanol 10-15 times the weight of the medicinal materials into the filter residue, performing ultrasonic treatment for 4-5h, filtering, collecting the filter residue, and recovering ethanol from the filtrate until no ethanol smell exists to obtain a second concentrated solution; adding purified water 10 times the weight of the medicinal materials into the filter residue after the ethanol ultrasonic treatment, heating to 110-120 ℃, reflux extracting for 0.5-1h, and filtering; mixing the obtained filtrate with the first concentrated solution and the second concentrated solution, stirring, concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain soft extract, and vacuum drying to obtain flos Lonicerae extract; meanwhile, garlic is treated, decompressed, converted, neutralized and deodorized to obtain garlic extract for later use;
