Abstract
The invention discloses an antiviral compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation for pigs and a preparation method thereof. The compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared from 2-5 parts of mulberry leaves, 2-5 parts of spanishneedles herb, 1-2 parts of liquorice, 1-5 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla and 5-10 parts of soybean meal, composite bacteria consisting of bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, lactobacillus and saccharomycetes, and composite enzyme consisting of neutral protease and acid protease, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared by mixing and fermenting the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the composite bacteria and the composite enzyme. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation is added into the feed to feed pigs, so that the infection and incidence ratio of the virus diseases of the swinery can be reduced, the death rate of the pigs suffering from the diseases can be controlled, the production performance of the pigs and the vaccine immunity effect can be improved, the diarrhea rate can be reduced, and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of antiviral diseases in the breeding industry, and particularly relates to an antiviral compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation for pigs and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the pig industry, when suffering from virus infection or invasion of swine fever, porcine pseudorabies, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, porcine circovirus and other virus diseases, the pig is easy to cause higher mortality rate of pigs and even death of all pigs. At present, the vaccine is mainly controlled through vaccine immunity prevention, the high immune serum can be injected during the disease occurrence, the death rate is controlled through emergency immunity, the pigs can be healed or endured and possibly carry toxin for life, the immune function is reduced, and the economic value is lost.
In addition, the high immune serum is expensive, the utilization rate of the pig farm is low, and the epidemic diseases are mainly prevented by means of vaccine immunization, but some diseases such as pig breeding and respiratory syndrome, pig ring disease and the like can cause immunosuppression so that pig groups are infected with other diseases or have immune failure and the like; or some viral diseases have different serotypes, genotypes, etc., while the injected vaccine may not have cross-protection between different serotypes, genotypes; during the evolution process, the virus may have variation to cause virulence enhancement, and may cause poor vaccine immunity effect or even immunity failure.
In the aspect of treatment, the conventional method is to prevent secondary bacterial infection by symptomatic treatment, such as high fever symptoms caused by virus infection, by adopting antipyretic analgesic drugs such as intramuscular analgin, aminopyrine and the like and combining antibiotics, wherein the drugs only have the effects of simply relieving fever, resisting inflammation and easing pain, have no antiviral effect, only can be controlled temporarily and are easy to relapse, and the death rate can be reduced to a certain extent, but the growth performance of pigs is greatly influenced, and the economic benefit is reduced.
Many Chinese herbal medicines have natural antibacterial and antiviral effects and can regulate animal organism immunity, and different from western medicines, the antibacterial and antiviral effects of the Chinese herbal medicines are multi-target, and are not easy to generate drug resistance, virus and bacteria variation and the like; meanwhile, the Chinese herbal medicines are used for preventing and treating animal diseases generally without side effects and drug residues, and the requirements of 'food safety', 'no-resistance cultivation', 'animal welfare' and the like are met. Therefore, the development of the antiviral compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation for pigs has important significance.

Example 6
The compound Chinese medicinal preparation obtained in the example 3 is divided into three dosages of low dosage, medium dosage and high dosage, wherein the dosage is calculated as low dosage 10g/kg, medium dosage 20g/kg and high dosage 40g/kg (calculated as the amount of Chinese medicaments) according to the weight of Chinese medicaments/mice; the pseudorabies virus is challenged and the administration is continued after one week of administration, and the clinical symptoms, the onset time, the onset to death time and the death rate of the mice after the challenge are observed and recorded.
Experimental results show that the death rate of the mice without toxin attack reaches 100% in the third day after toxin attack, obvious pruritus symptoms appear, toxin attack parts drop due to biting hair, drinking water is wasted, and the weight drops sharply. The death rate of the mice in the group of the drug administration is only 25% in the fifth day, the pruritus symptom of the mice in the control group does not appear, the weight rises rapidly after the mice are slightly reduced in the third day, the time for onset is delayed, and the time for onset to death is prolonged.
TABLE 1
Example 7
The compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation obtained in the example 3 is mixed with basic feed according to the proportion of 0.25%, 0.5% and 1% (calculated by the amount of Chinese medicine), and the mixture is fed to weaned piglets growing during 'Du growth' for 28 days. Recording data such as feeding weight gain diarrhea of piglets during an experiment, collecting blood after 28d, separating serum, measuring the total IgG content in the piglet serum, and detecting the virulence condition of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) in a pig group.
The total serum IgG content of the piglets after the compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation is administrated for 28d is shown in figure 2, the diarrhea rate of the piglets in the test period 28d is shown in figure 3, and the feed for the piglets in the test period 28d is shown in figure 4.
Experimental results show that compared with the method without adding medicines, the method has the advantages that the feed-to-weight ratio is obviously reduced, the detection rate of PRRSV in serum is reduced, the diarrhea rate of piglets is obviously reduced, and the total IgG content in serum is obviously improved.
