The specific process of the invention is as follows:
placing the PCB and the electrical accessories in the detection device 30, identifying the type of the PCB by the PCB detection component 33, identifying the type of the electrical accessories by the electrical accessories detection component 34, uploading the type of the electrical accessories to the controller, and triggering the transmission device 80 by the controller to transmit the PCB and the electrical accessories;
when the PCB detection part 33 works, the PCB fixer 333 fixes the PCB, and when the PCB is fixed, the sliding spring 3334 provides a certain force to the limiting plate 3331 and the PCB fixing plate 3332 to clamp the PCB, and meanwhile, the third telescopic cylinder 331 drives the PCB detection camera 332 to move in the Z-axis direction, so as to detect the information of the PCB and upload the information to the controller;
when the electrical accessory detection component 34 works, pins of the electrical accessory are inserted into the electrical accessory pin box 341, and the electrical accessory detector 342 is electrified to detect the current, voltage and resistance data of the electrical accessory, so that the model of the electrical accessory is obtained and uploaded to the controller;
the controller triggers the transmission device 80 to work, the PCB transmission component 82 clamps the PCB and adjusts the surface of the welding spot to be upward, and simultaneously transports the PCB to the positioning device 40, the lifting type electric appliance accessory transmission component 81 clamps the electric appliance accessory and adjusts the electric appliance accessory to be upward, and simultaneously transports the PCB to the positioning device 40;
when the PCB transmission part 82 works, the third X-axis movable sliding rail 823 drives the seventh telescopic cylinder 824 to move along the Y-axis direction, the seventh telescopic cylinder 824 drives the second rotating motor 825 to move along the X-axis direction, the second rotating motor 825 drives the PCB clamp plate 826 to rotate, according to a processor signal, the PCB transmission part 82 clamps the PCB and adjusts the orientation of the PCB to enable one side of a welding spot to face upwards, and moves the PCB into the positioning device 40, and after the positioning is completed, the PCB is moved into the spot welding device 50 to assist the spot welding device 50 to complete spot welding to obtain a processed workpiece, and the workpiece is moved into the welding spot inspection device 60;
when the lifting type electric appliance accessory transmission component 81 works, the plurality of pneumatic cylinders 811 drive the lifting plate 812 to do linear motion along the Z-axis direction, the second X-axis guide rail 813 on the lifting plate 812 follows the lifting plate 812 to do linear motion along the Z-axis direction, the second X-axis guide rail 813 drives the sixth telescopic cylinder 814 to do linear motion along the X-axis, the sixth telescopic cylinder 814 drives the first rotating motor 815 to do linear motion along the Y-axis, the first rotating motor 815 drives the electric appliance accessory clamping plate 816 to do rotating motion, according to a processor signal, the lifting type electric appliance accessory transmission component 81 clamps an electric appliance accessory and rotates until the spot welding pins of the electric appliance accessory face upwards, and the electric appliance accessory is moved into the positioning device 40;
the positioning device 40 accurately positions the welding spot position of the PCB and uploads the positioning information to the controller, and the controller triggers the lifting type electric appliance accessory transmission component 81 to move an electric appliance accessory and accurately insert the electric appliance accessory into a welding spot hole;
when the positioning device 40 works, the first Y-axis linear guide rail 41 drives the first telescopic cylinder 42 to do linear motion along the Y-axis, the first telescopic cylinder 42 drives the positioning light source emitter 43 to do linear motion along the Z-axis, the positioning light source emitter 43 emits linear light to irradiate the light source receiving board 44 through the PCB, and the light source receiving board 44 determines the position of a welding spot hole according to the light transmission condition and uploads the welding spot hole to the controller;
after the embedding of the PCB and the electrical fittings is completed, the transmission device 80 transmits the embedded PCB and the electrical fittings to the spot welding device 50, and the spot welding head 54 starts spot welding on the connecting positions of the PCB and the electrical fittings according to the signals of the controller;
when the spot welding device 50 works, according to a controller signal, the first X-axis linear guide rail 51 drives the second Y-axis linear guide rail 52 to make linear motion along the X-axis direction, the second Y-axis linear guide rail 52 drives the second telescopic cylinder 53 to make linear motion along the Y-axis direction, and the second telescopic cylinder 53 drives the spot welding head 54 to make linear motion along the Z-axis direction, so as to realize accurate spot welding on a welding spot;
the workpiece after spot welding is transmitted to the spot welding inspection device 60 by the transmission device 80, the spot welding inspection light source emitter 63 emits linear light to pass through the workpiece after spot welding to the spot welding inspection light source receiving plate 64, whether the workpiece is welded in a missing mode, in a false mode, in a wrong mode and the like is inspected according to optical information received by the spot welding inspection light source receiving plate 64, and the information is uploaded to the controller;
when the welding spot inspection device 60 works, the third Y-axis linear guide rail 61 drives the fourth telescopic cylinder 62 to do linear motion along the Y axis according to a controller signal, the fourth telescopic cylinder 62 drives the welding spot inspection light source emitter 63 to do linear motion along the Z axis, and the welding spot inspection light source emitter 63 emits a linear light beam which penetrates through a workpiece and irradiates to the welding spot inspection light source receiving plate 64;
the controller triggers the sorting device 70 according to the signal of the welding spot inspection device 60, and the sorting claw 73 clamps the workpiece according to the signal of the controller and places the workpiece on one side of the finished product or one side of the defective product of the sorting box 74;
when the sorting device 70 works, according to a signal of the controller, the fourth Y-axis linear guide rail 71 drives the fifth telescopic cylinder 72 to make linear motion along the Y-axis direction, the fifth telescopic cylinder 72 drives the sorting claws 73 to make linear motion along the Z-axis direction, the motor 731 drives the claws 732 to rotate, and the hydraulic cylinder 733 drives the two claws 732 to make approaching or separating actions with each other, so as to grab or put down a workpiece, and distinguish a finished product from a defective product with the processed workpiece.

Claims (10)

1. A small spot welding device for processing electrical accessories comprises a workbench (10) and a top plate (20) connected with the upper surface of the workbench (10) through a vertical plate, and is characterized in that a detection device (30), a positioning device (40), a spot welding device (50), a welding spot inspection device (60) and a sorting device (70) are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the top plate (20), a transmission device (80) is arranged on the workbench (10), and the transmission device (80) comprises a PCB transmission part (82) arranged on the workbench (10) and a lifting electrical accessory transmission part (81) arranged on the workbench (10) and positioned at the lower part of the PCB transmission part (82);
the positioning device (40) comprises a first Y-axis linear guide rail (41) arranged at the bottom of the top plate (20), a first telescopic cylinder (42) arranged at an execution end of the first Y-axis linear guide rail (41), a positioning light source emitter (43) arranged at the execution end of the first telescopic cylinder (42), and a light source receiving plate (44) arranged on the workbench (10) and positioned at the lower part of the positioning light source emitter (43), and the positioning device (40) is used for detecting the position of a welding hole of a PCB (printed circuit board) so as to enable the lifting type electric appliance accessory transmission component (81) to accurately move an electric appliance accessory to a welding position;
the spot welding device (50) comprises a first X-axis linear guide rail (51) symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the top plate (20), a second Y-axis linear guide rail (52) with two ends respectively connected with an execution end of the first X-axis linear guide rail (51), a second telescopic cylinder (53) arranged at an execution end of the second Y-axis linear guide rail (52), and a spot welding head (54) arranged at an execution end of the second telescopic cylinder (53).

The small spot welding device for processing electrical accessories according to claim 1, wherein the detecting device (30) comprises a first pad (31) and a second pad (32) which are arranged in sequence from top to bottom and connected with the upper surface of the workbench (10) through a supporting column, a PCB detecting part (33) arranged on the first pad (31), and an electrical accessory detecting part (34) arranged on the second pad (32).

The small spot welding device for processing the electric appliance accessories is characterized in that the PCB detection component (33) comprises a third telescopic cylinder (331) arranged at the bottom of the top plate (20), a PCB detection camera (332) arranged at an execution end of the third telescopic cylinder (331), and a PCB fixing device (333) arranged on the first backing plate (31), wherein the PCB detection component (33) is used for detecting the type and the front and back of a PCB.

The spot welding device of claim 3, wherein the PCB fixer (333) comprises two symmetrical limiting plates (3331) disposed on the first pad (31), two symmetrical PCB fixing plates (3332) disposed between the two limiting plates (3331), two sliding shafts (3333) disposed between the two limiting plates (3331) and penetrating through the PCB fixing plates (3332), and a sliding spring (3334) sleeved on the outer wall of the sliding shaft (3333) and located between the limiting plates (3331) and the PCB fixing plates (3332).

The small spot welding device for electrical accessory machining according to claim 2, wherein the electrical accessory detection part (34) comprises an electrical accessory pin box (341) arranged on the second base plate (32), and an electrical accessory detector (342) connected with the electrical accessory pin box (341), and the electrical accessory detection part (34) is used for detecting the voltage, rated current and resistance information of the electrical accessory so as to obtain the model of the electrical accessory.

The small spot welding device for processing electrical accessories is characterized in that the sorting claw (73) comprises a motor (731) arranged at the execution end of the fifth telescopic cylinder (72), two claws (732) symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the motor (731), and a hydraulic cylinder (733) arranged on the outer wall of one claw (732) and hinged to the outer wall of the other claw (732) at the execution end.
