Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PCB spot welding, in particular to a spot welding device for a PCB circuit board.
Background
Pcb (printed circuit board), also called printed circuit board, is an important electronic component, which is a support for electronic components and a carrier for electrical connection of electronic components. It is called a "printed" circuit board because it is made using electronic printing.
However, the existing spot welding device for the PCB circuit board has the following problems: the efficiency is low in the process of spot welding of the PCB, and the doped tin is wiped by the soldering iron head of the spot welding machine which cannot be timely processed after the spot welding is finished, so that the soldering iron head is oxidized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the efficiency is low in the process of spot welding of a PCB in the prior art, and the problem that the soldering iron head of a spot welding machine cannot be timely treated to wipe doped tin after the spot welding is finished, so that the soldering iron head is oxidized.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the embodiment of the invention provides a spot welding device for a PCB (printed circuit board), which comprises a workbench, a conveying belt, a switching device, a fixing device, a protecting device, a spot welding device, a discharging device, a clamping device and a collecting box, wherein the workbench is placed on the ground, the conveying belt is installed at the top of the workbench, the switching device is installed at the top of the workbench and located beside the conveying belt, the fixing device is installed on the switching device, the protecting device is installed on the switching device, the spot welding device is installed at the top of the workbench, the discharging device is installed at the top of the workbench, the clamping device is installed on the discharging device, and the collecting box is installed at the top of the workbench.
Further, the switching device comprises a clamping seat, a clamping block, a driving motor, a driving rod, a driving gear, a driving belt, a first driving rack and a second driving rack, the clamping seat is installed at the top of the workbench, a clamping groove is formed in the clamping seat, the driving motor is installed in the clamping groove in the clamping seat, the clamping block is placed in the clamping groove in the clamping seat, the driving rod is installed on the clamping block, the driving gear is installed on the driving rod and is in running fit with the driving rod, the driving belt is sleeved on a main shaft and the driving rod of the driving motor, symmetrical sliding grooves are formed in the clamping seat, the first driving rack and the second driving rack are respectively placed on the sliding grooves on the two sides of the clamping seat and are in sliding fit with the sliding grooves, and the first driving rack and the second driving.
Further, the fixing device comprises a driving electric cylinder, a connecting frame, a rotating rod, a diamond-shaped plate, two fixing rods, two hinged frames, two bearing seats and two fixing plates, wherein the two bearing seats are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the top of the first driving rack, the two ends of the two fixing rods are respectively arranged on the two bearing seats, the two fixing plates are symmetrically arranged on the two fixing rods and are in sliding fit with the two fixing rods, the connecting frame is arranged on the two fixing rods and is fixedly connected with the fixing rods, the rotating rod is arranged on the connecting frame and is in rotating fit with the connecting frame, the diamond-shaped plate is arranged on the rotating rod and is in rotating fit with the rotating rod, the two ends of the two hinged frames are respectively in hinged fit with the two fixing plates, the other ends of the two hinged frames are respectively arranged on the diamond-shaped plate and are in hinged connection with the diamond-shaped plate, and the telescopic end of the driving electric cylinder is connected with the connecting frame.

Further, the spot welding device comprises a bearing seat, a positioning seat, a spot welding machine, a first moving assembly, a second moving assembly and a third moving assembly, the bearing seat is arranged at the top of the workbench, the second moving assembly and the third moving assembly are of the same structure and are arranged on the bearing seat in a triangular shape, the first moving assembly comprises a lead screw sliding table, a positioning block, a first oscillating rod, a second oscillating rod and two moving frames, the lead screw sliding table is arranged at the top of the bearing seat, the positioning block is arranged on the sliding table of the lead screw sliding table, the first oscillating rod is arranged on the positioning block and is rotatably connected with the positioning block, one ends of the two moving frames are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the first oscillating rod and are fixedly connected with the first oscillating rod, the second oscillating rod is arranged at the other ends of the two moving frames and is fixedly connected with the two moving frames, the positioning seat is installed on the second swing rod and is in running fit with the second swing rod, and the spot welding machine is installed at the bottom of the positioning seat.

one of them, when carrying out the spot welding operation to the PCB board, driving motor rotates and drives the driving band and make the actuating lever rotate, the actuating lever rotates and drives drive gear rotatory, when drive gear clockwise rotation, drive first drive rack forward movement to the below of spot welding device, carry out the spot welding operation to the PCB board of fixing on fixing device, make first drive rack backward movement when drive gear anticlockwise rotation, second drive rack forward movement makes the spot welder clean the operation and accomplish the switching, the practicality of the overall device and the smoothness performance of operation have been improved.
When the conveying belt conveys the PCB circuit board to the two fixing plates, the driving electric cylinder operates to drive one of the fixing plates to slide on the two fixing rods, the moving of one of the fixing plates drives the two hinged frames to move, the hinged frames move to drive the diamond plate to rotate on the rotating rods, the diamond plate rotates to drive the other fixing plate to move to clamp the PCB circuit board, and the PCB circuit boards with different sizes can be clamped to complete work.
Thirdly, after the spot welder spot-welds the PCB circuit board and accomplishes work, make protection device move to the below of spot welding device through auto-change over device's removal, rotate the motor and rotate and drive the cover tape and make the dwang rotate, the dwang rotates and drives the rotatory operation of wiping of tin on the spot welder of sponge, prevents that the soldering iron from producing the oxidation because of handling improperly.

Sixthly, when the PCB circuit board is clamped, the clamping electric cylinder is operated to push the pushing plate downwards to enable the two hinging blocks to move on the two supporting rods, and the two hinging blocks move to drive the two clamping frames to operate on the two limiting rods to clamp the PCB circuit board to complete the operation.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a PCB spot welding device, including a workbench 1, a conveyor belt 2, a switching device 3, a fixing device 4, a protecting device 5, a spot welding device 6, a blanking device 7, a clamping device 8, and a collecting box 9, where the workbench 1 is placed on the ground, the conveyor belt 2 is installed on the top of the workbench 1, the switching device 3 is installed on the top of the workbench 1 and located beside the conveyor belt 2, the fixing device 4 is installed on the switching device 3, the protecting device 5 is installed on the switching device 3, the spot welding device 6 is installed on the top of the workbench 1, the blanking device 7 is installed on the top of the workbench 1, the clamping device 8 is installed on the blanking device 7, and the collecting box 9 is installed on the top of the workbench 1.
The switching device 3 comprises a clamping seat 31, a clamping block 32, a driving motor 33, a driving rod 34, a driving gear 35, a driving belt 36, a first driving rack 37 and a second driving rack 38, the clamping seat 31 is arranged at the top of the workbench 1, a clamping groove is arranged on the clamping seat 31, the driving motor 33 is arranged in the clamping groove on the clamping seat 31, the clamping block 32 is placed in the clamping groove of the clamping seat 31, the driving rod 34 is installed on the clamping block 32, the driving gear 35 is installed on the driving rod 34 and is in rotating fit with the driving rod 34, the driving belt 36 is sleeved on the main shaft of the driving motor 33 and the driving rod 34, symmetrical sliding grooves are formed in the clamping seat 31, the first driving rack 37 and the second driving rack 38 are respectively placed on the sliding grooves on the two sides of the clamping seat 31 and are in sliding fit with the sliding grooves, and the first driving rack 37 and the second driving rack 38 are meshed with the driving gear 35; when carrying out the spot welding operation to the PCB board, driving motor 33 rotates and drives driving band 36 and make actuating lever 34 rotate, actuating lever 34 rotates and drives drive gear 35 rotatory, when drive gear 35 clockwise turning, drive first drive rack 37 and move forward to the below of spot welding device 6, carry out the spot welding operation to the PCB board of fixing on fixing device 4, make first drive rack 37 and move backward when drive gear 35 anticlockwise rotation, second drive rack 38 moves forward makes spot welder 63 wipe the operation and accomplish the switching, the practicality of the overall device and the smooth performance of operation have been improved.
Fixing device 4 includes driving electric cylinder 41, link 42, rotary rod 43, diamond plate 44, two dead levers 45, two articulated framves 46, two bearing seats 47 and two fixed plates 48, two bearing seats 47 respectively the symmetry install at the top of first drive rack 37, two the both ends of dead lever 45 are installed respectively on two bearing seats 47, two fixed plates 48 symmetry install on two dead levers 45 and with two dead lever 45 sliding fit, link 42 install on two dead levers 45 and with dead lever 45 fixed connection, rotary rod 43 install on link 42 and with link 42 normal running fit, diamond plate 44 install on rotary rod 43 and with rotary rod 43 normal running fit, two the both ends of articulated frame 46 are articulated the cooperation with two fixed plates 48 respectively, two the other end of articulated frame 46 is installed respectively on diamond plate 44 and is articulated with diamond plate 44, the driving electric cylinder 41 is arranged at the bottom of one of the fixed plates 48, and the telescopic end of the driving electric cylinder 41 is connected with the connecting frame 42; when the conveyer belt 2 conveys the PCB circuit board to two fixed plates 48, the driving electric cylinder 41 operates to drive one of the fixed plates 48 to slide on the two fixed rods 45, the movement of one of the fixed plates 48 drives the two hinge brackets 46 to move, the hinge brackets 46 move to drive the diamond plate 44 to rotate on the rotating rod 43, the diamond plate 44 rotates to drive the other fixed plate 48 to move to clamp the PCB circuit board, and the PCB circuit boards with different sizes can be clamped to complete the work.
The protection device 5 comprises a rotating motor 51, a fixed block 52, a rotating rod 53, a sleeve belt 54 and a sponge 55, wherein the rotating motor 51 is installed on a second driving rack 38, the fixed block 52 is placed on the second driving rack 38, the rotating rod 53 is installed on the fixed block 52 and is in running fit with the fixed block 52, the sleeve belt 54 is sleeved on a main shaft of the rotating motor 51 and the rotating rod 53, and the sponge 55 is installed on the rotating rod 53 and is in running fit with the rotating rod 53; after the spot welder 63 performs spot welding on the PCB, the protection device 5 is moved to the lower side of the spot welding device 6 by the movement of the switching device 3, the rotating motor 51 rotates to drive the sleeve belt 54 to rotate the rotating rod 53, the rotating rod 53 rotates to drive the sponge 55 to rotate to wipe off the tin on the spot welder 63, so as to prevent the solder tip from being oxidized due to improper treatment.
The spot welding device 6 comprises a bearing seat 61, a positioning seat 62, a spot welding machine 63, a first moving assembly 64, a second moving assembly 65 and a third moving assembly 66, wherein the bearing seat 61 is installed at the top of the workbench 1, the first moving assembly 64, the second moving assembly 65 and the third moving assembly 66 are arranged on the bearing seat 61 in a triangular shape with the same structure, the first moving assembly 64 comprises a screw rod sliding table 641, a positioning block 642, a first swinging rod 643, a second swinging rod 644 and two moving frames 645, the screw rod sliding table 641 is installed at the top of the bearing seat 61, the positioning block 642 is installed on the sliding table of the screw rod sliding table 641, the first swinging rod 643 is installed on the positioning block 642 and rotatably connected with the positioning block 642, one ends of the two moving frames 645 are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the first swinging rod 643 and fixedly connected with the first swinging rod 643, the second swinging rod 644 is installed at the other ends of the two moving frames 645 and fixedly connected with the two moving frames 645, the positioning seat 62 is mounted on a second swinging rod 644 and is in running fit with the second swinging rod 644, and the spot welding machine 63 is mounted at the bottom of the positioning seat 62; when the spot welding operation is performed on the PCB circuit board fixed by the fixing device 4, the screw rod sliding table 641 operates to drive the positioning block 642 to move, the positioning block 642 moves to drive the two moving frames 645 to move, the two moving frames 645 move to make the first oscillating rod 643 and the second oscillating rod 644 rotate on the positioning block 642 and the positioning seat 62, the positioning seat 62 moves to drive the spot welding machine 63 to move, the moving spot welding operation is performed on the PCB by the single operation of the screw sliding table 641 on the first moving assembly 64, the second moving assembly 65 and the third moving assembly 66, the overall spot welding work efficiency on the PCB is improved, the spot welding machine 63 is pressed down to the protecting device 5 to clean the spot welding machine 63 through the simultaneous operation of the wire rod sliding table 641 on the first moving assembly 64, the second moving assembly 65 and the third moving assembly 66, and the service life of the spot welding machine 63 is prolonged.
The blanking device 7 comprises a blanking motor 71, a working rod 72, a transmission belt 73, a first rotating gear 74, a second rotating gear 75, a rotating disc 76, an electric pushing cylinder 77 and a blanking seat 78, the blanking motor 71 is arranged at the top of the workbench 1, the first rotating gear 74 is arranged at the top of the workbench 1 and is positioned beside the blanking motor 71, the operating rod 72 is mounted on the first rotation gear 74 and is in rotational engagement with the first rotation gear 74, the transmission belt 73 is sleeved on the main shaft of the blanking motor 71 and the working rod 72, the second rotating gear 75 is arranged on the worktable 1 and meshed with the first rotating gear 74, the rotary disc 76 is mounted on the second rotary gear 75 and is in rotary engagement with the second rotary gear 75, the electric pushing cylinder 77 is arranged on the top of the rotating disc 76, and the blanking seat 78 is arranged on the telescopic end of the electric pushing cylinder 77; after completing the spot welding operation on the PCB circuit board, the electric cylinder 77 is pushed to operate to drive the blanking seat 78 to move forward to cooperate with the clamping device 8 to clamp the processed PCB circuit board, the blanking motor 71 operates to drive the transmission belt 73 to rotate the working rod 72, the working rod 72 rotates to drive the first rotating gear 74 to rotate, the first rotating gear 74 rotates to drive the second rotating gear 75 to rotate, the second rotating gear 75 rotates to drive the rotating disc 76 to rotate, the rotating disc 76 rotates to move the clamping device 8 on the blanking seat 78 to the collecting box 9, the PCB circuit board is collected to complete the operation, and the work efficiency of the whole PCB circuit board spot welding collection is improved.
The clamping device 8 comprises a clamping electric cylinder 81, a pushing plate 82, two connecting plates 83, two hinged blocks 84, two connecting rods 85, two clamping frames 86, two supporting rods 87 and two limiting rods 88, the clamping electric cylinder 81 is mounted at the top of the blanking seat 78, the pushing plate 82 is mounted at the telescopic end of the clamping electric cylinder 81, the two connecting plates 83 are symmetrically mounted on the two side walls of the clamping electric cylinder 81, the two supporting rods 87 are symmetrically mounted on the two connecting plates 83, the two hinged blocks 84 are respectively mounted on the two supporting rods 87, the two clamping frames 86 are respectively mounted on the two hinged blocks 84, the two connecting rods 85 are respectively mounted on the two hinged blocks 84, and the two limiting rods 88 are mounted on the two connecting plates 83; when the PCB circuit board is clamped, the clamping electric cylinder 81 operates to push the pushing plate 82 downwards to enable the two hinged blocks 84 to move on the two supporting rods 87, and the two hinged blocks 84 move to drive the two clamping frames 86 to operate on the two limiting rods 88 to clamp the PCB circuit board.
The working principle is as follows: when the conveyer belt 2 conveys the PCB circuit board to the fixing device 4, the driving electric cylinder 41 operates to drive one of the fixing plates 48 to slide on the two fixing rods 45, the movement of one of the fixing plates 48 drives the two hinge brackets 46 to move, the hinge brackets 46 moves to drive the diamond plate 44 to rotate on the rotating rod 43, the diamond plate 44 rotates to drive the other fixing plate 48 to move to clamp the PCB circuit board, the switching device 3 operates, the driving motor 33 rotates to drive the driving belt 36 to rotate the driving rod 34, the driving rod 34 rotates to drive the driving gear 35 to rotate, when the driving gear 35 rotates clockwise, the first driving rack 37 is driven to move forward to the position below the spot welding device 6, the spot welding device 6 operates the screw rod sliding table 641 to drive the positioning block 642 to move, the positioning block 642 moves to drive the two moving brackets 645 to move, the two moving brackets 645 move to enable the first swinging rod 643 and the second swinging rod 644 to rotate on the positioning block 642 and the, the positioning seat 62 moves to drive the spot welding machine 63 to move, the spot welding operation is performed on the PCB by the single operation of the wire rod sliding tables 641 on the first moving assembly 64, the second moving assembly 65 and the third moving assembly 66, after the spot welding operation is completed, the switching device 3 operates the driving gear 35 to rotate counterclockwise to move the first driving rack 37 backward, the protection device 5 is moved to the lower side of the spot welding machine 63, the spot welding machine 63 is pressed down onto the protection device 5 by the simultaneous operation of the wire rod sliding tables 641 on the first moving assembly 64, the second moving assembly 65 and the third moving assembly 66, the rotating motor 51 rotates to drive the sleeve belt 54 to rotate the rotating rod 53, the rotating rod 53 rotates to drive the sponge 55 to rotate to wipe the tin on the spot welding machine 63, the clamping device operates, the clamping electric cylinder 81 operates to push the pushing plate 82 downward to move the two hinge blocks 84 on the two supporting rods 87, the two hinged blocks 84 move to drive the two clamping frames 86 to operate on the two limiting rods 88 to clamp the PCB, when the PCB is clamped, the blanking motor 71 operates to drive the transmission belt 73 to enable the working rod 72 to rotate, the working rod 72 rotates to drive the first rotating gear 74 to rotate, the first rotating gear 74 rotates to drive the second rotating gear 75 to rotate, the second rotating gear 75 rotates to drive the rotating disc 76 to rotate, the rotating disc 76 rotates to move the clamping device 8 on the blanking seat 78 to the collecting box 9, and the PCB is collected to finish operation.
