Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a long-acting oil control composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the acceleration of work and life rhythm of people, various pressures are increased, and in addition, the situation that multiple external factors such as air pollution, screen radiation, ultraviolet rays and the like destroy the skin all the year round, more and more people are troubled by the problems of dry, rough, dark, fine lines and the like of the skin, along with the improvement of the living standard, the consciousness of people on skin protection and repair is gradually improved, and the demand of repair cosmetics such as anti-aging and anti-inflammation is also continuously improved. However, the existing cosmetics for controlling skin oil secretion comprise an oil absorption type, a skin astringing type and an oil secretion inhibiting type, wherein the oil absorption type such as silica, starch, PMMA and the like is weak in oil absorption capability of materials, oil control is difficult to realize for a long time, and long-term oil control is required to be achieved and the use feeling is influenced; astringent skin type such as plant extract containing tannins (tannins); the lipid secretion inhibiting type such as Vb6, Vb3 (nicotinamide, such as olay), VA, salvia miltiorrhiza, rhizoma anemarrhenae, dalbergia odorifera and the like can inhibit the activity of 5 alpha-reductase and reduce the generation of DHT, so that the lipid secretion is reduced, but in actual application, the acting concentration can be reduced only by improving the acting efficiency; cleaning grease and keratotic plug, dredging capillary hole, inhibiting microorganism growth, diminishing inflammation and resisting bacteria. The three types of cosmetics can play a certain role, but have single efficacy and are difficult to play a role in controlling oil from inside to outside.
The final composition contains 1% of schizophyllan, 50% of Norway spruce (Picea EXCELSA) leaf extract, and 45% of Hamamelis virginiana (HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA) extract.
The yield after final treatment is 75%, the content of caprylyl glycine in the composition is 13.3%, the content of caprylyl salicylic acid is 13.3%, and the content of hydroxy pinacolone retinoic acid ester is 6.7%.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a long-acting oil control composition which effectively plays a role in controlling oil from inside to outside through acting on different approaches for controlling skin oil secretion and synergistic action.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the long-acting oil-control composition, which has simple steps, is suitable for industrial large-scale preparation and can keep the activity.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the long-acting oil control composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
6603 oil control powder: the lauryl alcohol methacrylate/ethylene glycol dimethacrylate crosslinked polymer has a sponge-like structure and super-strong adsorption performance, can adsorb active substances in a body, and releases the active substances according to osmotic concentration difference when the environment is changed.
Witch hazel extract: contains various tannins, such as Ellagtannin and Hamamelanin, and has effects of regulating sebum secretion, keeping moisture, whitening skin, relieving, astringing, resisting bacteria, and resisting aging, and has remarkable therapeutic effects of astringing, controlling oil, and killing bacteria. For adolescents or skin with severe oil production, the hamamelis virginiana can help to adjust the water-oil balance of the skin, effectively improve the water content of the skin, balance the pH value and shrink pores.
Zinc salt: for example, zinc gluconate and zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate are essential micronutrients for human, and the importance of the zinc gluconate and zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate is measured by the main components, more than 300 metalloenzymes are involved in regulating lipid, protein and nucleic acid metabolism, and transcription factors necessary for gene transcription and the like, and all levels of gene transcription can be involved by the factors involved in histone deacetylation reaction and possessed by zinc finger structures. Zinc also plays an important role in maintaining proper reproductive function, immune status and wound repair by regulating DNA and RNA polymerases, thymidine kinases and ribonucleases. It can maintain macrophage and neutrophil functions, natural killer cells and complement activity. Zinc utilization by keratinocytes inhibits integrin expression, regulates TNF and IL-6 synthesis, and slows the production of inflammatory mediators such as nitric oxide. Zinc also has antioxidant properties and can prevent ultraviolet rays which induce damage. It has also been shown to have antiandrogenic properties, modulating the activity of 5-reductase type 1 and type 2.
The black spruce contains monoterpene with high proportion, mainly terpineol, has the effects of cortisone-like, relieving pain, diminishing inflammation, tranquilizing, strengthening and toughening skin, decomposing sebum, resisting bacteria, softening and tendering skin, effectively removing dirt in pores, improving blackhead acne and enabling oily skin easy to block to be fresh and bright.
Octanoyl salicylic acid: is a lipidated derivative of salicylic acid, is an exfoliating, anti-inflammatory, anti-infective drug, and is used to treat the appearance of dry damaged skin, reduce dry plaques/scaling, and restore skin flexibility. This means that it can not only peel off the surface layer of the skin but also penetrate into the epidermis to peel off dead skin cells and excess oil accumulated in pores, and thus caprylyl salicylic acid is frequently used for the treatment of blackheads, whiteheads and pimples, and is used in various cosmetics because it requires a very low concentration to remove dead skin cells, remove deposits in pores, condition the skin, and calm inflamed skin.
The caprylyl glycine has good antibacterial effect, has strong inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus, propionibacterium acnes and the like, can inhibit excessive sebum secretion, and has obvious effect on preventing and treating acne.
Retinol and derivatives: is helpful for relieving inflammation, protecting epidermal mucosa from bacteria, improving pore wall morphology, and recovering pore function.
Schizophyllan: is dextran secreted by Schizophyllum commune (Schizophyllum commune) culture, and has effects in activating Tc cell, NK cell, and macrophage activity, promoting secretion of various lymphokines such as IL-1, IL-2, IL-3, and IFN, and enhancing immunity. Schizophyllan promotes the production of interleukin IL-12, shows an immune function, and is useful as an anti-inflammatory agent. Schizophyllan is a water-soluble mushroom polysaccharide capable of improving human immunity, and the schizophyllan can form a stable three-spiral rigid rod-shaped structure in an aqueous solution, can be recognized and combined by receptors on immune cells of a human body, activates biological expression of the immune cells of the human body, regulates and improves immunity of a tissue system, and enhances resistance to various adverse factors of the internal and external world. It is now used in a large number of skin care cosmetics, because it rapidly penetrates into the skin at the skin surface and binds to skin tissue cells and receptors on immune cells. When the schizophyllan is used in skin care cosmetics, the schizophyllan can rapidly permeate into the skin, molecules are recognized and combined by immune cells in the skin and receptors on epidermal and dermal tissue cells, the activity of the skin immune cells and other tissue cells is activated, and the resistance and the repair capacity of the whole skin tissue are improved. The schizophyllan is used in the hair washing and caring product formula, can act on hair follicle cells and immune cells, and integrally regulates and enhances the health level of the hair follicle cells and the whole tissue cells, so that the immunity of the hair follicle cells and various tissue cells is enhanced, the nutrition of the scalp and the hair is fully supplied, the health level of the hair and the scalp is also improved, the repaired hair follicle can grow hair again, and the problems of dryness, pruritus and scurf of the scalp can be thoroughly improved.
Further, the zinc salt is one or two of zinc gluconate and zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate.
Further, the pore cleaning factor is one or a combination of more than two of a black spruce extract, caprylyl salicylic acid, retinol and derivatives thereof.
Further, the long-acting oil control composition also comprises 0.1-1% of preservative, 0.1-4% of thickening agent, 0.05-5.2% of pH regulator, 0.01-0.1% of chelating agent and 0.1-2% of humectant.

Experimental example 1: testing of oil control effect of human body
The experimental principle is as follows: based on the principle of a photometer, a special adhesive tape absorbs grease on the skin of a human body and then becomes a semitransparent adhesive tape, the light transmittance of the semitransparent adhesive tape changes, and therefore the grease content on the surface of the skin is measured. The greater the transparency of the tape, the more oil is absorbed on the skin surface.
An experimental instrument: sebumeter SM815(CK, germany).
Measuring parameters: sebum index T (μ g/cm) 2 )。
Subject: oily skin (sebum index is more than or equal to 150 mu g/cm) 2 ) Volunteers, age 18-50 years, with 100 people in each group of 10 people and 10 groups in total.
The parameter testing method comprises the following steps: room temperature below 20 + -2 deg.C, Relative Humidity (RH) below 50 + -5%; the testees first cleaned their faces 1 hour before the test using the specified cleaning product, then entered the test environment to wait for one hour quietly, the tape was applied to the forehead of the volunteer and allowed to contact the skin for one minute, and then the frontal sebum index T was measured with SM 815.
