s4: cooling the mixed emulsion to 45 ℃, adding lactobacillus fermentation lysate, yeast extract, tea extract, pomegranate extract, small fruit coffee seed extract, madecassoside and glycerophosphate inositol choline salt, mixing, uniformly stirring essence and preservative at the speed of 300rpm/min, cooling to room temperature, grinding under aseptic condition, and filtering to obtain the required powder base solution.

s2: mixing aluminum oxide, boron nitride, an emollient, an emulsifier and a colorant, heating to 80 ℃ and uniformly stirring to obtain a phase B;
s3: dropwise adding the phase A in the step S1 into the phase B in the step S2 at the speed of 4g/min at the temperature of 75 ℃ and the rotating speed of 1200rpm/min, and homogenizing at the rotating speed of 300rpm/min to obtain a mixed solution;
s4: cooling the mixed emulsion to 45 ℃, adding lactobacillus fermentation lysate, yeast extract, tea extract, pomegranate extract, small fruit coffee seed extract, madecassoside and glycerophosphate inositol choline salt, mixing, uniformly stirring essence and preservative at the speed of 200-rpm/min, cooling to room temperature, grinding and filtering under aseptic condition, and finally obtaining the required powder base solution.

Some commercial foundation solution.
Performance test
120 volunteers 20-50 years old were recruited and all of them were randomly divided into 6 groups of 20 people each, the first group using an existing product which was a ground fluid purchased on the market. The foundation solutions of examples 1-5 were used in the second to sixth groups, respectively, 1 time per day on the face and 28 days in succession. The test results after 28 days are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the first group has better concealing effect than the second to sixth groups, but the first group has insufficient water-wettability after makeup, is easy to dry and form skin, and is dark after 2 hours after makeup, and is easy to be blocked and cause skin problems after long-term use.
In summary, the oat extract, the tea extract, the pomegranate extract and the madecassoside in the invention have natural and plant components, so that the safety and the environmental protection of the foundation liquid are improved, meanwhile, the components are very high antioxidants and skin conditioning agents, are rich in nutrient substances, have the functions of nourishing skin, delaying skin aging and the like, and simultaneously, effectively slow down the darkness of the foundation liquid after being used, wherein the madecassoside has a promotion effect on the activity of scar fibroblast cells, has a very good scar removing effect, and has a very good skin care and maintenance effect on the skin after being used for a long time, so that the skin is more moist and smooth.
The lactobacillus fermentation lysate contains peptidoglycan, teichoic acid, protein, phospholipid, sterol, fatty acid, various enzymes, peptide, amino acid, nucleotide, extracellular polysaccharide and the like, can further provide rich nutrition for skin, and has good anti-aging effect.
The yeast extract contains various nutrient components in rich natural amino acids, and can inhibit tyrosinase activity, so as to inhibit melanin, and achieve the effects of whitening, long-acting moisturizing and accelerating regeneration of aged horny layer cells.
The skin-care cream has the advantages that the skin-care cream has good effects of relieving, helping smooth and moistening skin, and is light, thin and natural in make-up and fine and smooth in skin.

0.09-0.15 part of essence
0.03-0.08 part of small fruit coffee seed extract

2. The foundation solution of claim 1, wherein said emollient comprises isohexadecane, phytosterol oleate, polymethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethicone, jojoba seed oil, dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone cross polymer, and glyceryl caprylate.
3. The powder base fluid of claim 1, wherein the humectant comprises butylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, and 1, 2-hexanediol.
4. The base fluid of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier comprises octyldodecanol, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, polyglycerol-2 oleate, hydroxystearic acid, and hydrogenated lecithin.
5. The foundation solution of claim 1, wherein the colorant comprises CI77891, CI77492, and CI77491.
6. The base fluid of claim 1, wherein the preservative comprises p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-pentanediol, leuconostoc/radish root fermentation product filtrate, octanoyl hydroxamic acid, and ethylhexyl glycerol.
7. The foundation solution of claim 6, wherein the essence is one or more of lemon essence, rose essence, peppermint essence, and papaya essence.
8. A method of making a powder base solution according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1: heating deionized water, a humectant, magnesium sulfate, oat extract to 80-90 ℃ for homogenizing and dispersing uniformly to obtain a phase A;
s2: mixing aluminum oxide, boron nitride, an emollient, an emulsifier and a colorant, heating to 80-90 ℃ and uniformly stirring to obtain a phase B;
s3: dropwise adding the phase A in the step S1 into the phase B in the step S2 at the speed of 4-6 g/min at the temperature of 75-80 ℃ and the rotating speed of 900-1200 rpm/min, and homogenizing at the rotating speed of 200-400 rpm/min to obtain a mixed solution;
s4: and cooling the mixed emulsion to 40-45 ℃, adding lactobacillus fermentation lysate, yeast extract, tea extract, pomegranate extract, small fruit coffee seed extract, madecassoside and glycerophosphate inositol choline salt, mixing, uniformly stirring essence and preservative at the speed of 200-300 rpm/min, cooling to room temperature, grinding and filtering under aseptic conditions, and finally obtaining the required powder base solution.
