2. The cooking oil temperature reminding method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the current corrected oil temperature value in the pan comprises:
detecting the current temperature value of the bottom of the pot after the edible oil is put into the pot;
and correcting the temperature by using the current pot bottom temperature value to obtain a corrected oil temperature value in the pot.
3. The method for reminding cooking oil temperature according to claim 2, wherein the step of performing temperature correction by using the current pot bottom temperature value to obtain a current pot corrected oil temperature value comprises the following steps:
acquiring a temperature value of the oil in the pot and a temperature value of the bottom of the pot at the same moment;
calculating the absolute difference value of the temperature value of the oil in the pot and the temperature value of the bottom of the pot at the same moment and storing the absolute difference value as an error value;
and calling the error value, calculating an absolute difference value between the error value and the current pot bottom temperature value obtained in real time, and taking the absolute difference value as the current corrected pot temperature value updated in real time.
4. The cooking oil temperature reminding method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining of the temperature value of the oil in the pot at the same time comprises:
detecting the viscosity information of the edible oil in the pan at present;
and acquiring an oil temperature value corresponding to the viscosity information of the current edible oil in the pot according to the preset relation between the viscosity of the edible oil and the oil temperature, and taking the oil temperature value as the oil temperature value in the pot at the same moment.
5. The cooking oil temperature reminding method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining of the temperature value of the oil in the pot at the same time comprises:
detecting temperature values of a plurality of detection points arranged in the current pot;
and calculating the average temperature value of the plurality of detection points, and taking the average temperature value as the temperature value of the oil in the pot at the same moment.
6. The cooking oil temperature reminding method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining of the pot bottom temperature value at the same time comprises:
the pot bottom temperature detection module which is arranged on the stove and abutted against the middle position of the pot bottom detects the temperature value of the middle position of the pot bottom in real time and serves as the pot bottom temperature value at the same moment.
7. A cooking oil temperature reminding system, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the edible oil types read in or input by a user;
the feedback unit is used for acquiring the healthy oil temperature value range corresponding to the edible oil type and performing voice feedback and/or display feedback;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a current corrected oil temperature value in the pot after the edible oil is put into the pot;
and the reminding unit is used for carrying out voice reminding and/or display reminding on a user when the current corrected oil temperature value in the pan reaches or exceeds the healthy oil temperature value range and a food material taking-in signal is not received.
8. The cooking oil temperature reminder system of claim 7, wherein: the detection unit includes:
the first detection unit is used for detecting the current pot bottom temperature value after the edible oil is put into the pot;
and the correction unit is used for correcting the temperature by using the current pot bottom temperature value to obtain a current corrected oil temperature value in the pot.
9. The cooking oil temperature reminder system of claim 8, wherein: the correction unit includes:
the temperature acquisition unit is used for acquiring the temperature value of the oil in the pot and the temperature value of the bottom of the pot at the same moment;
the error calculation unit is used for calculating the absolute difference value of the temperature value of the oil in the pot and the temperature value of the bottom of the pot at the same moment and storing the absolute difference value as an error value;
and the target unit is used for calling the error value, calculating the absolute difference value between the error value and the current pot bottom temperature value obtained in real time, and taking the absolute difference value as the current corrected pot temperature value updated in real time.

the controller is used for acquiring a healthy oil temperature value range corresponding to the edible oil and sending a prompt signal to the prompt module when the current corrected oil temperature value in the pan reaches or exceeds the healthy oil temperature value range and a food material taking-in signal is not received;
and the prompting module is used for carrying out voice feedback and/or display feedback according to the prompting signal and carrying out voice prompting and/or display prompting on a user.
11. The cooktop apparatus of claim 10, the temperature detection module comprising:
the pot bottom temperature detection module is used for detecting the current pot bottom temperature value after the edible oil is put into the pot;
and the in-pot oil temperature detection module is used for detecting the current in-pot oil temperature value after the edible oil is put into the pot.
12. The cooktop apparatus of claim 11, the in-pot oil temperature detection module comprising:
the viscosity detection module is used for detecting the current viscosity information of the edible oil in the pot;
and the first calculation module is used for acquiring an oil temperature value corresponding to the viscosity information of the edible oil in the current pot according to a preset relationship between the viscosity of the edible oil and the oil temperature, and taking the oil temperature value as the current oil temperature value in the pot.
13. The cooktop apparatus of claim 11, the in-pot oil temperature detection module comprising:
the multipoint temperature measuring module is used for detecting temperature values of a plurality of detection points arranged in the current pot;
and the second calculation module is used for calculating the average temperature value of the plurality of detection points and taking the average temperature value as the current temperature value of the oil in the pot.
