5. A cooking control system is characterized in that the cooking control system comprises an identification unit, a weighing unit and a control unit, wherein
The identification unit is used for identifying the type of food materials and transmitting the acquired information of the type of the food materials added into the cooking appliance to the control unit;
the weighing unit is used for identifying the weight of the food material and transmitting the obtained weight information of the food material added into the cooking appliance to the control unit;
the control unit is used for selecting the matched optimal fire curve according to the received type information and weight information added into the cooking appliance, so that the food materials are cooked under the optimal fire curve.
6. The cooking control system of claim 5, further comprising a display unit connected to the control unit for displaying food material type information, weight information, cooking method and operation prompt.

The cooking control system of claim 6, further comprising a recommending unit, wherein the recommending unit is respectively connected with the identifying unit, the weighing unit and the control unit, so that the recommending unit recommends cooking of dishes with the food material as the raw material according to the type and weight of the food.
8. The cooking control system of claim 5, wherein the control unit is further configured to adjust the fire power according to the optimal fire power curve.
9. The cooking control system according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the identification unit is a camera for acquiring an image of the food material to be processed, the weighing unit is an electronic scale, and the display unit is a display screen.
