Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a cooker provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the cooker includes a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is disposed on the cooker and is used for sensing a temperature of a bottom of the cooker.
For example, the pot needs to be placed above the gas stove during cooking, and a temperature sensor can be arranged at the contact part of the bottom of the pot and the gas stove to acquire the bottom temperature of the bottom of the pot.
Illustratively, the temperature sensor is arranged on the gas stove to obtain the temperature of the bottom of the cooker, so that the design requirement of the cooker can be reduced, and the gas stove is suitable for various cookers without rigid requirement.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a cooker provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a cooker to enable the cooker to automatically recognize a cooking manner and intelligently adjust a temperature of a pot bottom, and it can be understood that the cooker may be an electronic device or an electrical device that can be used for cooking, such as a natural gas stove, an artificial gas stove, a liquefied petroleum gas stove, an electromagnetic stove, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the hob may include steps S101 to S105.
S101, acquiring the pot bottom temperature of the pot through the temperature sensor.
The pot bottom temperature at each moment of the pot is obtained through the temperature sensor and is used for generating a pot bottom temperature change curve, wherein the moment can be 1s or 2s, and the moment is not limited specifically herein.
S102, generating a pot bottom temperature change curve according to the pot bottom temperature of the pot.
And automatically fitting according to the pot bottom temperature at each moment to generate a pot bottom temperature change curve for determining the corresponding cooking mode of the pot.
Illustratively, a pot bottom temperature change curve of the pot can be generated according to the pot bottom temperatures of the pot at different moments, so that the corresponding cooking mode of the pot can be determined by analyzing the temperature change of the pot bottom at different moments.
S103, determining a cooking mode corresponding to the pot according to the pot bottom temperature change curve.
Specifically, different preset pot bottom temperature change curves correspond to different cooking modes, so that the cooking mode corresponding to the pot bottom temperature change curve is determined.
And determining cooking parameters according to the pot bottom temperature change curve, and determining a corresponding cooking mode according to the cooking parameters, wherein the cooking parameters at least comprise an initial pot bottom temperature value and a slope value.
Illustratively, an initial value of the pot bottom temperature is determined according to the pot bottom temperature change curve generated by fitting, and a slope value is automatically calculated.
In some embodiments, a similar pot bottom temperature change curve is determined in the temperature change curve library according to the cooking parameters, and the cooking mode corresponding to the similar pot bottom temperature change curve is determined as the cooking mode of the pot.
The temperature change curve base stores a plurality of pot bottom temperature change curves and the corresponding cooking modes of the pot bottom temperature change curves.
Illustratively, the temperature change curve storage stores corresponding pot bottom temperature change curves of cooking modes such as frying, stir-frying, soup cooking, deep-frying, stewing and the like.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, determining a similar pan bottom temperature variation curve in the temperature variation curve library according to the cooking parameters includes the following steps S1031 to S1032:
s1031, determining whether the difference value between the cooking parameter of the pot bottom temperature change curve and the cooking parameter of the pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library is within a preset range;
and S1032, if the difference value of the cooking parameters of the pot bottom temperature change curve and the cooking parameters of the pot bottom temperature change curves in the temperature change curve library is within the preset range, taking the pot bottom temperature change curve as a similar pot bottom temperature change curve.
Detecting whether the difference value of the cooking parameters of the pot bottom temperature change curve and the cooking parameters of the pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library is within a preset range or not; if the difference value between the cooking parameter of the pot bottom temperature change curve and the cooking parameter of the pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library is within the preset range, taking the pot bottom temperature change curve as a similar pot bottom temperature change curve; and if the difference value between the cooking parameter of the pot bottom temperature change curve and the cooking parameter of the pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library is not in the preset range, searching a similar pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library again.
Illustratively, a similar pan bottom temperature profile is determined in the temperature profile library based on cooking parameters such as initial pan bottom temperature values and slope values.
For example, detecting whether a difference value between an initial pot bottom temperature value of the pot bottom temperature change curve and an initial pot bottom temperature value of the pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library is within a preset range; if the difference value between the initial pot bottom temperature value of the pot bottom temperature change curve and the initial pot bottom temperature value of the pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library is within the preset range, taking the pot bottom temperature change curve as a similar pot bottom temperature change curve; if the difference value between the initial pot bottom temperature value of the pot bottom temperature change curve and the initial pot bottom temperature value of the pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library is not within the preset range, searching a similar pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library again.
The initial value of the pot bottom temperature is taken as an example, the preset range can be 2 ℃, the slope value is taken as an example, the preset range can be 0.01, the preset range can be any value, and the method is not particularly limited herein.
It will be appreciated that the approximate pan bottom temperature profile may be determined based on a cooking parameter or a plurality of cooking parameters.
For example, taking an example that a plurality of cooking parameters such as initial values of the pot bottom temperature and slope values jointly determine a similar pot bottom temperature change curve, when a difference between a cooking parameter of any one pot bottom temperature change curve and a cooking parameter of a pot bottom temperature change curve in the temperature change curve library is within the preset range, the pot bottom temperature change curve is taken as the similar pot bottom temperature change curve.
In some embodiments, the cooking mode corresponding to the similar temperature variation curve of the pot bottom is determined as the cooking mode of the pot.
For example, if the similar pot bottom temperature change curve is determined to be a pot bottom temperature change curve of a steaming mode, the cooking mode is determined to be the steaming mode.
After the cooking mode is determined according to the temperature of the bottom of the pot, the correctness of the determined cooking mode can be verified according to the temperature in the pot.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a method for verifying correctness of a determined cooking manner provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a kitchen range, or to a household appliance communicatively connected to the kitchen range, such as a range hood, to verify correctness of the determined cooking manner.
As shown in fig. 4, the method of verifying the correctness of the determined cooking manner may include steps S201 to S203.
S201, acquiring the temperature in the pot of the pot;
s202, generating a change curve of the temperature in the pot according to the temperature in the pot of the pot;
s203, verifying whether the generated in-pot temperature change curve is the in-pot temperature change curve corresponding to the cooking mode according to the determined cooking mode.
In some embodiments, the temperature in the pot of the pot is obtained through an infrared sensor, and the infrared sensor can be installed on the stove or an oil smoke exhaust ventilator in communication connection with the stove.
In some embodiments, a pan-in temperature change curve is automatically fitted according to the pan-in temperature at each moment, and is used for determining the corresponding cooking mode of the pan.
Illustratively, a pan temperature change curve is generated according to the acquired pan temperature of the pan.
In some embodiments, the pan-in temperature variation curve is compared with the pan-in temperature variation curve of the determined cooking manner, and whether the generated pan-in temperature variation curve is the pan-in temperature variation curve corresponding to the cooking manner is verified.
Exemplarily, detecting whether a difference value between a cooking parameter of the pan temperature change curve and a cooking parameter of the pan temperature change curve of the determined cooking mode is within a preset range; if the difference value of the cooking parameter of the temperature change curve in the pot and the cooking parameter of the temperature change curve at the bottom of the pot in the determined cooking mode is within the preset range, generating verification success feedback; and if the difference value of the cooking parameter of the temperature change curve in the cooker and the cooking parameter of the temperature change curve at the bottom of the cooker in the determined cooking mode is not in the preset range, generating verification failure feedback.
Illustratively, if the feedback of successful verification is received, the cooking mode is sent to a user and used for determining a standard pot bottom temperature change curve of the cooking mode.
Illustratively, if the verification failure feedback is received, the pot bottom temperature of the pot is obtained again, a new pot bottom temperature change curve is generated according to the pot bottom temperature of the pot, and the cooking mode corresponding to the pot is determined according to the new pot bottom temperature change curve, so that the cooking mode after re-determination is verified.
By obtaining the temperature in the pot of the pot, comparing the temperature change curve in the pot with the determined temperature change curve in the pot, and verifying whether the determined cooking mode is correct or not by using another method, the accuracy of identifying the cooking mode can be improved.
In some embodiments, the belonging cooker can also output prompt information that the cooking mode is determined.
The prompting information may specifically include application program (APP) or Email, short message, chat tool such as WeChat, qq, and other means.
In some embodiments, when the cooker sends a prompt signal that the cooking manner has been determined, the cooker Application (APP) may emit a pop-up window to remind the user of the prompt information that the cooking manner has been determined, and the user may also view the prompt information on the cooker Application (APP).
It can be understood that the user can set the reminding mode by himself, for example, the reminding mode can be set as application program (APP) and WeChat reminding, and then the reminding information can be sent to the user through the two reminding modes.
And S104, determining a standard pot bottom temperature change curve of the cooking mode.
And searching a standard pot bottom temperature change curve corresponding to the determined cooking mode in a temperature change curve library according to the determined cooking mode.
In some embodiments, the cooking modes include a first cooking mode in which no intermediate cooking medium is present, such as frying, stir-frying, and the like, and a second cooking mode in which an intermediate cooking medium is present, such as soup making, frying, stew, and the like.
Illustratively, a standard pot bottom temperature change curve corresponding to the first cooking mode or the second cooking mode is searched in the temperature change curve library.
And S105, adjusting the temperature of the pot bottom according to the standard pot bottom temperature change curve.
And determining the temperature value of the standard pot bottom temperature change curve at each moment, and adjusting the pot bottom temperature according to the temperature value.
In some embodiments, the cooking manner is determined to be a first cooking manner or a second cooking manner.
Illustratively, the cooking mode is a first cooking mode such as frying and stir-frying, and since no intermediate cooking medium exists, the pan is in direct contact with food materials for heat transfer, and heat loss is low, the pan bottom temperature is dynamically adjusted according to the temperature value of the standard pan bottom temperature change curve at each moment, and the pan bottom temperature is dynamically controlled to be the standard pan bottom temperature, so that intelligent temperature adjustment is realized, and the phenomenon that dishes are burnt due to unsatisfied dishes or forgetting to turn off the fire due to overhigh cooking temperature is effectively prevented.
For example, the cooking manner is a second cooking manner such as soup making, frying and stewing, since an intermediate cooking medium exists, the heat transfer between the pot and the food needs to be performed through the intermediate cooking medium, and the heat loss is high, the pot bottom temperature at each moment is determined according to the temperature value at each moment of the standard pot bottom temperature change curve, and a compensation temperature is determined to compensate for the heat loss during the heat transfer, so that the temperature of the intermediate cooking medium can be considered as the sum of the pot bottom temperature and the compensation temperature, so that the temperature of the intermediate cooking medium reaches the required temperature, and the dynamic control of the temperature of the intermediate cooking medium is realized through the pot bottom temperature and the compensation temperature.
For example, the compensation temperature may be determined according to the category, capacity, and pot characteristic information of the intermediate cooking medium, for example, the intermediate cooking medium may be 1L of water or 0.01L of oil, and their corresponding compensation temperatures are different. Wherein, a gravity sensor can be arranged on the cooker to sense the capacity of the middle cooking medium.
For example, if the intermediate cooking medium is 1L of water, the compensation temperature may be 5 ℃, and if the intermediate cooking medium is 0.5L of water, the compensation temperature may be 2.5 ℃, and the compensation temperature may be any magnitude, which is not particularly limited herein.
For example, the user may modify the compensation temperature on the terminal device himself, for example, the user may modify the compensation temperature to be 4 ℃ when the intermediate cooking medium is water on the APP.
In some embodiments, the compensated temperature may also be determined from characteristic information of the cookware, which may include thickness of the cookware, material of the cookware, and the like.
For example, characteristic information of a cooker input by a user before cooking can be acquired and input into the cooker, so that the cooker acquires the characteristic information of a cooking task.
For example, a user can input characteristic information of a cooker into the cooker according to parameters in a specification attached to the cooker.
In other embodiments, characteristic information of the cookware is determined according to the temperature change curve of the bottom of the cookware.
For example, the characteristic information of the pot can be determined through the temperature change curve of the bottom of the pot.
Exemplarily, when the characteristic information of the cookware is different, the obtained temperature change curves of the bottom of the cookware are different, if the cookware with large heat loss is used, the temperature change is slow, and the temperatures of some cookware at normal temperature are different.
For example, when pots with different thicknesses are used in the cooking process, the heat lost in the heat transfer process is different, and therefore the compensation temperature is different. If the thickness of pan is thicker, the higher the heat that the pan runs off.
Exemplarily, in the cooking process, cookware made of different materials is used, heat lost in the heat transfer process is different, and therefore compensation temperature is different. If the pan is made of an iron pan, the pan has higher heat loss.
In some embodiments, the temperature of the pan bottom may also be adjusted according to a desired temperature provided by a user.
For example, a user may set a desired pot bottom temperature on the APP and send the desired pot bottom temperature to the cooktop, which adjusts the pot bottom temperature to the desired pot bottom temperature.
Illustratively, if the user provides the required intermediate cooking medium temperature, the cooker adjusts the bottom temperature to the required intermediate cooking medium temperature, and intelligently sets a compensation temperature to compensate for heat loss in the heat transfer process, so that the intermediate cooking medium temperature reaches the intermediate cooking medium temperature required by the user.
In some embodiments, the output power of the cooking device is adjusted according to the pan bottom temperature change curve and the standard pan bottom temperature change curve, so that the pan bottom temperature reaches the target cooking temperature in the standard pan bottom temperature change curve, and the purpose of intelligent cooking is achieved.
Illustratively, if the temperature of the bottom of the pot is lower than the target cooking temperature, the output power of the cooking device is increased.
Illustratively, if the temperature of the bottom of the pot is higher than the target cooking temperature, the output power of the cooking device is reduced.
The output power of the cooking equipment is adjusted to adjust the pot bottom temperature of the cookware, and the temperature of the middle cooking medium can be adjusted by combining with the compensation temperature, so that the pot bottom temperature or the middle cooking medium temperature reaches the target cooking temperature, and the purpose of intelligent cooking is achieved.
In some embodiments, different target cooking temperatures may be set according to a cooking process in the cooking manner, if the cooking manner is determined to be steaming, after a preset time, the food material is steamed but the user has not taken out, and the target temperature may be reduced, so that the cooking temperature inside the pot is maintained at a certain temperature, the food material is not cooled, and the food material is prevented from being steamed at a high temperature for a long time, which may cause a result that the food material does not meet the user's expectation.
Acquiring the pot bottom temperature of the pot through the temperature sensor; generating a pot bottom temperature change curve according to the pot bottom temperature of the pot; determining a cooking mode corresponding to the pot according to the pot bottom temperature change curve; determining a standard pot bottom temperature change curve of the cooking mode; and adjusting the temperature of the pot bottom according to the standard pot bottom temperature change curve. The intelligent cooking device has the advantages that the intelligent cooking mode control mode is realized, the cooking mode of the cooker can be intelligently identified, the temperature of the bottom of the cooker can be automatically adjusted according to the cooking mode, the intelligent cooking temperature control is realized, the user does not need manual operation, the convenience of user operation is improved, and the user experience is improved.
