技术领域

背景技术
传统上,普通的空调和加热器用于车辆内部的空气调节。此外,为了方便每个乘员,通风座椅被广泛使用。通风座椅从座椅的就座表面排出气体,从而冷却与乘员直接接触的座椅。
另一方面,当由于乘员使用车辆或车辆的室内外环境而导致车辆内部空气受到微生物、氮氧化物、废气、微尘、异味等污染时,上述污染会对乘员产生不利影响。因此,与车辆内部空气净化相关的技术的重要性最近正在增加。
为了解决上述问题,可以在通风座椅内部设置用于空气净化的过滤器,但由于通风座椅需要以低功率和低噪音驱动的特性,通风座椅中使用的过滤器的类型、过滤器的数量、过滤器的位置等受到限制。因此,有必要开发一种能够最大限度地减少上述问题并具有高空气净化效率的座椅空调系统。

发明内容

为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一方面,提供一种车辆的通风座椅,该通风座椅包括:通风管道组件,安装到车辆的座椅,并且被构造成吸入室内空气并将空气排出到车辆室内或座椅的表面;空气净化组件,设置在通风管道组件的空气流路中,并且被构造成在操作时净化通过空气流路的空气;以及控制器,被配置为在车辆的空气净化模式操作时操作通风管道组件以产生流过座椅的空气流动,并且被配置为操作空气净化组件以通过通风管道组件的空气流动来净化车辆室内空气。

另一方面,当空气净化组件200设置在第一出口(图1,B型)时,虽然将空气排出到车辆座椅的通风座椅的通风性能不受影响,但存在排出到座椅的就座表面的空气没有被净化的缺点。A型、B型可以根据通风座椅结构、通风性能、空气净化组件200的空气阻力以及空气净化效率等进行选择。
此外,根据本发明的实施例,车辆的通风座椅包括设置在通风管道组件100的空气流路中的导热体120。导热体120划分空气流路并且加热或冷却通过每个划分的空气流路的空气。划分的空气流路可以分别连接到车辆室内和座椅的表面。导热体120由热电元件制成,并且控制器300控制导热体120以加热或冷却排出到座椅的就座表面的空气。
由于空气流路被划分,加热和冷却的空气在每个流路中流动。具体地,当排出到座椅的空气被加热时,排出到车辆室内的空气被冷却,并且当排出到座椅的空气被冷却时,排出到车辆室内的空气被加热。控制器300控制导热体120和通风管道组件100以根据坐在座椅上的乘员的请求将加热或冷却的空气排出到座椅。另外,控制器300操作空气净化组件200以排出净化的空气。
同时,根据本发明的实施例,车辆的通风座椅的控制器300通过设置在座椅中的就座传感器感测乘员是否坐在座椅上。当感测到乘员坐在座椅上时,控制器300从乘员接收空气净化模式,并且控制器300可以根据空气净化模式操作通风管道组件100或空气净化组件200。当控制器300没有感测到乘员坐在座椅上时,控制器300可以操作通风管道组件100和空气净化组件200以净化车辆室内空气。
具体地,控制器300可以控制车辆室内空气调节和座椅空气调节。当乘员输入空气净化模式时,控制器300根据空气净化模式通过车辆室内空气调节、座椅空气调节控制空气净化功能。在空气净化模式中,例如,控制器300可以执行:当乘员坐在座椅上并且需要车辆室内空气调节和座椅空气调节时,操作车辆室内空气调节,并且操作所有通风管道组件100、鼓风机110、导热体120和空气净化组件的综合空气调节模式;操作车辆室内空气调节和仅操作通风管道组件100、鼓风机110和空气净化组件200的室内空气净化模式;以及仅操作通风管道组件100、鼓风机110、导热体120和空气净化组件200的座椅空气调节模式。控制器300可以在没有空气净化组件200的情况下执行普通座椅空气调节模式。
此外,当乘员没有坐在座椅上时,座椅空气调节是不必要的,从而控制器300可以仅操作通风管道组件100、鼓风机110和空气净化组件200,因而通过没有乘员的座椅有效且快速地净化室内空气。另外,控制器300通过空气污染传感器测量空气污染水平,当控制器300感测到空气污染高于预定水平时,控制器300通过有乘员的座椅和没有乘员的座椅立即操作空气净化模式,从而执行更智能的车辆室内空气调节功能。
尽管为了说明的目的公开了本发明的优选实施例,但是本领域技术人员将理解的是,在不背离本发明的思想和范围的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加和替换。

Claims (11)

1.一种车辆的通风座椅,包括:
通风管道组件,安装到所述车辆的座椅,并且吸入空气并将所述空气排出到车辆室内或所述座椅的表面;
空气净化组件,设置在所述通风管道组件的空气流路中,并且在操作时净化通过所述空气流路的空气;以及
控制器,被配置为在车辆的空气净化模式操作时操作所述通风管道组件以产生流过所述座椅的空气流动,并且操作所述空气净化组件以通过所述通风管道组件的空气流动来净化所述车辆室内空气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通风座椅,其中,所述通风管道组件包括位于其一端的鼓风机,并且所述控制器控制所述鼓风机,使得所述通风管道组件被操作以吸入所述空气并将所述空气排出到所述车辆室内或所述座椅的表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的通风座椅,其中,所述空气净化组件包括:
催化转化器,当在所述空气流路内部照射光时,净化通过所述空气流路的空气;以及
光源单元,设置在所述空气流路的内壁上以面向所述催化转化器并向所述催化转化器照射光。
4.根据权利要求3所述的通风座椅,其中,在所述催化转化器中放置包含光催化剂的材料,并且当从所述光源单元照射的光到达所述光催化剂时,所述空气被净化。
5.根据权利要求3所述的通风座椅,其中,所述光源单元包括至少一个光源单元,并且所述至少一个光源单元向面向所述光源单元的所述催化转化器的整个表面照射光。
6.根据权利要求3所述的通风座椅,其中,在所述空气净化组件的空气流路中设置扩张部,所述扩张部形成为使得所述空气流路在空气流动的方向上扩张和缩小,并且所述催化转化器设置在所述扩张部中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的通风座椅,其中,所述光源单元包括设置在所述扩张部的内壁上的多个光源单元,并且所述催化转化器设置在所述空气净化组件的空气流路的宽度方向上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的通风座椅,其中,所述通风管道组件包括从所述车辆室内引入所述空气的入口、将所述空气排出到所述车辆室内的第一出口以及将所述空气排出到所述座椅的表面的第二出口,其中所述空气净化组件设置在所述入口或所述第一出口。
9.根据权利要求1所述的通风座椅,其中,导热体设置在所述通风管道组件的空气流路中并划分所述空气流路并加热或冷却通过每个划分的空气流路的空气,并且每个划分的空气流路连接到所述车辆室内或所述座椅的表面。
10.根据权利要求1所述的通风座椅,其中,所述控制器被配置为通过设置在所述座椅中的就座传感器感测乘员是否坐在所述座椅上,并且当感测到所述乘员坐在所述座椅上时,所述控制器从所述乘员接收所述空气净化模式,并且所述控制器根据输入的所述空气净化模式操作所述通风管道组件或所述空气净化组件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的通风座椅,其中,当没有感测到所述乘员坐在所述座椅上时,所述控制器操作所述通风管道组件和所述空气净化组件以净化所述车辆室内空气。
