Abstract

提供了一种ZnSe量子点的制备方法、ZnSe量子点、ZnSe结构以及显示装置。该方法包括以下步骤:制备第一锌前驱体溶液、第二锌前驱体溶液、第一硒前驱体溶液以及反应活性小于所述第一硒前驱体溶液的第二硒前驱体溶液;将所述第一硒前驱体溶液加入到所述第二锌前驱体溶液中,形成所述ZnSe量子点的中间体;执行以下步骤至少一次以形成所述ZnSe量子点:将所述第一锌前驱体溶液和所述第二硒前驱体溶液先后加入到所述ZnSe量子点的中间体中并进行反应。
