技术领域
本发明属于滚子轴承技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨损的圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
圆锥滚子轴承属于分离型轴承,轴承的内、外圈均具有锥形滚道。该类轴承按所装滚子的列数分为单列、双列和四列圆锥滚子轴承等不同的结构型式。单列圆锥滚子轴承可以承受径向负荷和单一方向轴向负荷。当轴承承受径向负荷时,将会产生一个轴向分力,所以当需要另一个可承受反方向轴向力的轴承来加以平衡。
现有的圆锥滚子轴承在日常使用中,需要进行润滑来延长使用寿命,现有的润滑方式操作繁琐,存在简化润滑的可能,同时现有轴承的内圈与滚子的限位安装中,紧固度不够,以及后期运行中的径向荷载较大时,滚子与保持架大面积接触,影响滚子的传动效率,以及现有圆锥滚子轴承的耐磨损性能较差,因此存在可改进的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨损的圆锥滚子轴承,以解决上述背景技术中提出的圆锥滚子轴承在润滑方式、限位安装中操作较为不便,以及在负荷较大时,会影响正常滚子传动效率的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐磨损的圆锥滚子轴承,包括内圈、保持架、外圈以及滚子,所述保持架的表面等角度开设有面槽,所述滚子嵌入在面槽的内侧,所述内圈处于保持架的内部,用于对滚子压紧,且内圈的外侧面与滚子贴合,所述外圈套设在保持架的外部,且滚子与外圈的内壁滚动贴合,所述保持架的顶端面内壁开设有环槽,在所述环槽的内部放置有环盖,所述环槽的底端面开设有竖直状的注油孔,用于注入润滑油进行润滑,所述注油孔的数量与面槽的数量相适配,且每个注油孔均处于单个面槽的一侧,所述注油孔的侧边与面槽的一侧内壁之间贯通开设有导向孔,实现润滑。
优选的,所述面槽的内部底端面上开设有球孔,所述球孔的内部嵌入有滚珠,用于对滚子进行支撑,所述球孔的内部还设置有橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫与滚珠贴合连接,所述滚珠与滚子的端面滚动贴合。
优选的,所述内圈的外壁顶部形成有贴合面,所述贴合面与滚子的顶端面贴合,所述内圈的外壁中部形成有导向面,用于插入时的导向,插入完成后,能够通过贴合面实现限位卡止,所述导向面的底端与滚子的侧边接触。
优选的,所述贴合面的倾斜角度为∠b,而导向面的倾斜角度为∠a,其中∠a的倾斜角度大于∠b。
优选的,所述外圈由氮化钛涂层、高碳铬轴承钢、钼金属层构成,具有耐磨损的特性,其中高碳铬轴承钢与钼金属层分别设置在氮化钛涂层的内外壁处。

本实施例中,优选的,内圈1的外壁顶部形成有贴合面5,贴合面5与滚子4的顶端面贴合,内圈1的外壁中部形成有导向面6,通过设计的贴合面5和导向面6,能够在使用中,快速实现紧密贴合,保证安装稳固性,导向面6的底端与滚子4的侧边接触,贴合面5的倾斜角度为∠b,而导向面6的倾斜角度为∠a,其中∠a的倾斜角度大于∠b。
本实施例中,优选的,外圈3由氮化钛涂层15、高碳铬轴承钢16、钼金属层17构成,通过设计的氮化钛涂层15,能够提升外圈3的耐磨损能力,延长外圈3以及整个轴承的使用寿命,其中高碳铬轴承钢16与钼金属层17分别设置在氮化钛涂层15的内外壁处,内圈1、保持架2、外圈3以及滚子4的材质相同,内圈1、保持架2、外圈3以及滚子4的倾斜度相等,滚子4的纵截面呈等腰梯形结构。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明在安装中,先将滚子4放置在保持架2内,并使得滚子4的一部分处于面槽9的内侧,随后再将内圈1从保持架2的内部卡入,通过外部压合设备将内圈1朝向保持架2的底部压合,在压合中,导向面6底端内侧会先一步与滚子4的侧边接触,在持续压合中,贴合面5会与滚子4的顶部侧边贴合,此时滚子4被挤压至面槽9的内部,再将环盖7放置在环槽10的内部后,通过螺栓将环盖7与环槽10固定,最后再将上述组成好的成品放置在外圈3的内部即可;在需要润滑时,将环盖7分离,再将润滑油倒入至环槽10的内部,此时润滑油通过注油孔11流入至导向孔8内,并从导向孔8流入至滚子4的表面,在后期滚子4的旋转中,实现均匀涂抹,在传动中,当滚子4受到较大的径向荷载时,会在面槽9的内侧移动,并挤压滚珠12,滚珠12挤压橡胶垫14实现高度调节以及对滚子4的支撑,且滚珠12可以转动,能够保证传动不受影响,在使用中,可以通过氮化钛涂层15提升轴承的耐磨损能力,而通过钼金属层17提升整体强度。
