随着现代化进程的迅猛发展,各种类型的建筑也伴随着发展而迅速的拔地而起,而不论何种类型的建筑,都需要选择合适的地板。为了提升质量以及方便安装,市面上出现了许多的木塑地板,木塑地板在生产线生产出来后,都需要在其表面辊涂料液,辊涂是以转辊作涂料的载体,涂料在转辊表面形成一定厚度的湿膜,然后借助转辊在转动过程中与被涂物接触,将涂料涂敷在被涂物的表面。水性油漆对人体无害,不污染环境,漆膜丰满、晶莹透亮、柔韧性好并且具有耐水、耐磨、耐老化、耐黄变、干燥快、使用方便等特点。在木塑地板表面涂覆水性油漆是现在木塑地板加工的一个重要工艺,木塑地板表面涂覆水性油漆的质量能影响木塑地板的粘结力、拉伸强度等性能,然而市面上各种的涂布机仍存在各种各样的问题,例如:没有合适的干燥机构,导致涂覆的油漆面需要放置晾干,干燥耗时长,特别是在多层涂覆的情况下,严重影响生产效率,没有预涂覆面处理机构,导致涂覆面粘合不牢易起包脱落,没有涂覆面检测机构,导致瑕疵涂覆面继续流入下道工序,最终造成不良成品,严重浪费生产材料,提高了生产成本,影响产品的品质稳定性。

本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种木塑地板表面涂层多功能涂布机,能够使涂布机对地板表面进行清理固化预处理,保证后续涂层粘附牢固不易起包脱落,通过涂覆面检测机构配合喷涂刮平机构可以对滚涂后的涂覆面进行补涂平整,保证涂层均匀平整,采用加热风冷以及红外线烘干可以提升涂覆面的干燥效率,进而提升生产效率,稳定产品的品质,利于生产中推广应用。

1.一种木塑地板表面涂层多功能涂布机,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、输送导轨(2)、电动行程滑块(3)、板材固定板(4)、表面打磨机构(5)、升降工作台(6)、旋转打磨器(7)、吸尘器(8)、表面喷胶定型机构(9)、喷胶板(10)、高压喷胶头(11)、胶液滚涂辊(12)、风干罩壳(13)、电热风扇(14)、漆层滚涂机构(15)、漆液滚涂辊(16)、漆面检测板(17)、平移导轨(18)、电动滑块(19)、补漆喷头(20)、漆面刮平压板(21)、红外线烘干机构(22)、防护罩壳(23)、红外线加热器(24)、吸湿器(25)、温度感应器(26)、平板覆膜机构(27)和控制中枢(28),所述机架(1)顶部设置有输送导轨(2),所述输送导轨(2)上通过电动行程滑块(3)安装有板材固定板(4),所述输送导轨(2)的右侧上方设置有表面打磨机构(5),所述表面打磨机构(5)包括升降工作台(6)、旋转打磨器(7)和吸尘器(8),所述升降工作台(6)竖直向下设置,所述升降工作台(6)的底部设置有旋转打磨器(7),所述旋转打磨器(7)的侧面设置有吸尘器(8),所述表面打磨机构(5)的左侧设置有表面喷胶定型机构(9),所述表面喷胶定型机构(9)包括喷胶板(10)、高压喷胶头(11)、胶液滚涂辊(12)、风干罩壳(13)和电热风扇(14),所述喷胶板(10)的底部均匀并排设置有若干高压喷胶头(11),所述喷胶板(10)的左侧设置有胶液滚涂辊(12),所述胶液滚涂辊(12)的左侧设置有风干罩壳(13),所述风干罩壳(13)内设置有若干电热风扇(14),所述表面喷胶定型机构(9)的左侧设置有漆层滚涂机构(15),所述漆层滚涂机构(15)包括漆液滚涂辊(16)、漆面检测板(17)、平移导轨(18)、电动滑块(19)、补漆喷头(20)和漆面刮平压板(21),所述漆液滚涂辊(16)通过压力调节弹簧柱安装在机架(1)上,所述漆液滚涂辊(16)的左侧上方设置有漆面检测板(17),所述漆面检测板(17)的左侧平行设置有平移导轨(18),所述平移导轨(18)上通过电动滑块(19)安装有若干补漆喷头(20),所述平移导轨(18)的左侧下方设置有与板材固定板(4)平行的漆面刮平压板(21),漆层滚涂机构(15)的左侧设置有红外线烘干机构(22),所述红外线烘干机构(22)包括防护罩壳(23)、红外线加热器(24)、吸湿器(25)和温度感应器(26),所述防护罩壳(23)包覆设置在输送导轨(2)外部,所述红外线加热器(24)均匀环绕设置在防护罩壳(23)的内侧壁上,所述防护罩壳(23)的顶部分别设置有吸湿器(25)和温度感应器(26),所述红外线烘干机构(22)的左侧设置有平板覆膜机构(27),所述机架(1)内部设置有控制中枢(28),所述控制中枢(28)分别与电动行程滑块(3)、板材固定板(4)、表面打磨机构(5)、升降工作台(6)、旋转打磨器(7)、吸尘器(8)、表面喷胶定型机构(9)、高压喷胶头(11)、胶液滚涂辊(12)、电热风扇(14)、漆层滚涂机构(15)、漆液滚涂辊(16)、漆面检测板(17)、电动滑块(19)、补漆喷头(20)、漆面刮平压板(21)、红外线烘干机构(22)、红外线加热器(24)、吸湿器(25)、温度感应器(26)和平板覆膜机构(27)一一相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种木塑地板表面涂层多功能涂布机,其特征在于:所述旋转打磨器(7)在板材固定板(4)的板材上表面打磨出粗糙粘附面,所述吸尘器(8)负压吸附去除旋转打磨器(7)周围的粉尘。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种木塑地板表面涂层多功能涂布机,其特征在于:所述风干罩壳(13)包覆设置在输送导轨(2)外部,所述风干罩壳(13)的尺寸大于板材固定板(4)的尺寸,所述风干罩壳(13)内左右错位均匀设置有多个电热风扇(14),所述电热风扇(14)的加热温度和风速可调,所述风干罩壳(13)的顶部设置有排气百叶窗。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种木塑地板表面涂层多功能涂布机,其特征在于:所述漆面检测板(17)的底部均匀设置有多个高清摄像头,所述补漆喷头(20)的喷涂漆量大于漆面检测板(17)的漆面缺损漆量,所述漆面刮平压板(21)的角度高度可调。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种木塑地板表面涂层多功能涂布机,其特征在于:所述平板覆膜机构(27)为透明覆膜热压复合机构,平板覆膜机构(27)的热压板底部设置有凹凸装饰花纹。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种木塑地板表面涂层多功能涂布机,其特征在于:所述风干罩壳(13)和防护罩壳(23)均为保温隔热透明罩壳。
