The piroctone olamine salt has high-efficiency sterilization effect, and is particularly directed to malassezia; and has low irritation, no risk of alopecia or hair breakage. The main cause of dandruff is that malassezia produces dandruff by decomposing and consuming fatty acids (triglycerides) in sebum, and the decomposition of triglycerides generates irritating unsaturated fatty acids and generates excessive free radicals, which leads to hyperproliferation of keratinocytes. Therefore, the piroctone olamine salt can effectively sterilize and remove dandruff. The myristamide propyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate is bionic phosphate, has excellent conditioning performance and improved skin feel, is extremely mild to skin and eyes, and has certain antibacterial capacity. In the present application, it is used as an antidandruff synergist in combination with piroctone olamine. Experiments show that the anti-dandruff agent piroctone olamine and the anti-dandruff synergist myristamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate can form excellent anti-dandruff and anti-itching capacity and can enhance an antiseptic system. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the bacteriostatic effect of piroctone olamine salts with different concentration percentages on malassezia, and the larger the bacteriostatic zone, the better the bacteriostatic effect. Referring to fig. 2, it can be seen that the bacteriostatic effect increases with the increase of the concentration of piroctone olamine. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the bacteriostatic effect of piroctone olamine salt with different concentrations in combination with myristamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate on malassezia, and the larger the bacteriostatic zone, the better the bacteriostatic effect. As shown in figure 3, the bacteriostatic effect of the compound is obviously improved after the myristamidopropyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate is matched under the condition that the concentration of the piroctone olamine is the same. For example, a represents the zone of inhibition of 0.125% concentration of piroctone olamine salt with 0.5% concentration of myristamidopropyl PG-dimethylammonium chloride phosphate; b represents the zone of inhibition of 0.0625% concentration of piroctone olamine salt with 0.5% concentration of myristamidopropyl PG-dimethylammonium chloride phosphate, C represents the zone of inhibition of 0.03% concentration of piroctone olamine salt with 0.5% concentration of myristamidopropyl PG-dimethylammonium chloride phosphate, and D represents the zone of inhibition of 0.015% concentration of 0.5% concentration of piroctone olamine salt with 0.5% concentration of myristamidopropyl PG-dimethylammonium chloride phosphate.
