When hair follicles are blocked, sebaceous glands cannot normally discharge sebum, the reduction of oxygen content causes anaerobic propionibacterium to excessively breed, when water and oil of scalp are unbalanced, the pH value of a sebaceous membrane is changed, scalp oil is exuberant to secrete, bacteria are bred and metabolized to generate free fatty acid, scalp stimulation is caused, excessive proliferation of scalp cuticle is promoted, and dandruff is increased, so that the market demand of the dandruff removing shampoo is increased, but the effect of the oil-control dandruff removing shampoo on the market at present is not ideal.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further understood by reference to the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention and the examples included therein. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. To the extent that a definition of a particular term disclosed in the prior art is inconsistent with any definitions provided herein, the definition of the term provided herein controls.
The invention provides an oil-control and dandruff-removing hair care composition which comprises, by weight, 0.3-0.8% of phytosterol ester, 0.01-0.1% of hexamidine di (isethionate), 0.01-0.15% of monohydric alcohol, 0.5-0.8% of an auxiliary agent, 0.05-0.2% of a chelating agent, 12-19% of an anionic surfactant, 1-5% of a zwitterionic surfactant, 1.5-2% of a cationic surfactant, 1-2% of a viscosity regulator, 0.01-0.05% of a pH regulator, 0.2-0.7% of a conditioner and the balance of water.

The inventor finds that when the weight ratio of the hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to the polyquaternium-7 is 1: 5-10, the product has good foam property and strong cleaning force. The inventors speculate that: the anionic surfactant and the cationic surfactant are subjected to charge interaction to generate flocculation rapidly, the water-insoluble flocculent gel is easy to adsorb on hair in the hair washing process, the anionic surfactant in the flocculent gel is washed away, and the hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimonium chloride and the polyquaternium-7 effectively help active ingredients in the hair washing water to be adsorbed and deposited on hair fibers, so that the cleaning power is improved.
In a preferred embodiment, the phytosterol ester is phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate.
In a preferred embodiment, the monohydric alcohol is selected from at least one of ethanol, isopropanol, dichlorobenzyl alcohol.
In a preferred embodiment, the monohydric alcohol is selected from dichlorobenzyl alcohols.
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the polyquaternium to the monohydric alcohol is 10-20: 1.
the quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant has surface activity, and can make hair care composition gather on the surface of thallus to influence the metabolism of thallus, change the permeability of thallus membrane and kill thallus after being added into the system. However, quaternary ammonium salts generally take a long time to act, and when the shampoo products are formulated, if calcium and magnesium ions are contained in water, the quaternary ammonium salts are sensitive to the calcium and magnesium ions, and low-solubility compounds are formed, which affect the activity of the surfactant. The inventor finds that the hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and the quaternary ammonium salt are compounded, so that the synergistic bactericidal effect is achieved, and the weight ratio of the quaternary ammonium salt to the alcohol compound is 10-20: 1, the effect is best. The inventors speculate that the combination of the alcohol and the quaternary ammonium salt shortens the action time of the quaternary ammonium salt and the cell surface, reduces the influence of the water on the action of the quaternary ammonium salt, and prolongs the action time of the alcohol on the sterilization.
In a preferred embodiment, the auxiliary agent is selected from one or more of phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol and benzoic acid.

The phytosterol/octyl dodecanol lauroyl glutamate increases foaming performance of the cleaning product, reduces potential irritation of the product, and improves use effect of the product. The inventor finds that the foaming performance of the composition is improved by compounding the phytosterol/octyl dodecanol lauroyl glutamate with the auxiliary agent, and the inventor supposes that the auxiliary agent improves the dispersibility of the phytosterol/octyl dodecanol lauroyl glutamate in a system to form a more stable dispersed solution.

(2) Adding sodium laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, heating to 80 deg.C, stirring for 20min for dissolving completely, cooling
(3) Cooling to below 38 deg.C, adding hexamidine di (hydroxyethyl sulfonate) salt, polyquaternary ammonium salt-7, avocado oil PEG-11 esters, phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, essence, and dichlorobenzyl alcohol, stirring for 10min
(4) The pH value is adjusted to 6.7 by using a citric acid aqueous solution with the mass fraction of 10%, and the viscosity is adjusted to 5500 mPa.S by using cocoamide methyl MEA.
Performance testing
1. The shampoos of the examples and comparative examples were subjected to the performance test, and the results are shown in table 1.
