The embodiment provides an antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2% of hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.1% of EDTA disodium, 17% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.5% of cocamide methyl MEA, 3% of cocamide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine, 71.5% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.5% of avocado oil PEG-11 esters, 0.4% of sodium benzoate, 0.6% of essence, 0.03% of citric acid, 0.1% of allantoin, 3% of hydrolyzed corn starch, 0.05% of hexamidine di (hydroxyethyl sulfonate), 0.8% of preservative, 2% of conditioner and the balance of water. The preservative comprises 83 percent of benzyl alcohol, 15 percent of phenoxyethanol and 2 percent of benzoic acid by weight percentage. The conditioner comprises 40% of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, 30% of butanediol and 30% of 1, 2-pentanediol according to weight percentage.
The preparation method of the antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water and hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stirring for 3min to disperse, adding EDTA disodium, and stirring for 2 min.
(2) Adding sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, and allantoin, heating to 80 deg.C, stirring for 20min while maintaining the temperature until completely dissolved, and cooling.
(3) Cooling to 40 deg.C, adding hexamidine di (hydroxyethyl sulfonate) salt, polyquaternary ammonium salt-7, avocado oil PEG-11 esters, hydrolyzed corn starch, phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, essence, lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, butanediol, and 1, 2-pentanediol, and stirring for 10 min.
(4) Adjusting pH to 5.5 with 10% citric acid aqueous solution, and adjusting viscosity to 5000 mPa.S with cocamide methyl MEA.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides an antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2% of hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.1% of EDTA disodium, 17% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.5% of cocamidomethyl MEA (methyl MEA), 3% of cocamidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine, 71.5% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.5% of avocado oil PEG-11 esters, 0.4% of sodium benzoate, 0.6% of essence, 0.03% of citric acid, 0.1% of allantoin, 3% of hydrolyzed corn starch, 0.6% of preservative, 2% of conditioner and the balance of water. The preservative comprises 84% of benzyl alcohol, 15% of phenoxyethanol and 2% of benzoic acid in percentage by weight. The conditioner comprises 40% of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, 30% of butanediol and 30% of 1, 2-pentanediol according to weight percentage.

The embodiment provides an antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2% of hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.1% of EDTA disodium, 17% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.5% of cocamide methyl MEA, 3% of cocamide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine, 71.5% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.5% of avocado oil PEG-11 esters, 0.4% of sodium benzoate, 0.6% of essence, 0.03% of citric acid, 3% of hydrolyzed corn starch, 0.05% of hexamidine di (hydroxyethyl sulfonic acid) salt, 0.6% of preservative, 2% of conditioner and the balance of water. The preservative comprises 84% of benzyl alcohol, 15% of phenoxyethanol and 2% of benzoic acid in percentage by weight. The conditioner comprises 40% of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, 30% of butanediol and 30% of 1, 2-pentanediol according to weight percentage.
The preparation method of the antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water and hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stirring for 3min to disperse, adding EDTA disodium, and stirring for 2 min.

(3) Cooling to 40 deg.C, adding hexamidine di (hydroxyethyl sulfonate) salt, polyquaternary ammonium salt-7, avocado oil PEG-11 esters, hydrolyzed corn starch, phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, essence, lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, butanediol, and 1, 2-pentanediol, and stirring for 10 min.
(4) Adjusting pH to 6.5 with 10% citric acid aqueous solution, and adjusting viscosity to 5000 mPa.S with cocamide methyl MEA.
Performance testing
1. Malassezia bacteriostasis test-measuring diameter of bacteriostasis zone
The test method comprises the following steps:
and (3) measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone of the antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo on malassezia by adopting a filter paper diffusion method. 100 μ L of overnight-cultured bacterial suspension (1X 10)7CFU/mL) was spread on a culture medium, and sterilized filter paper sheets having a diameter of 6mm were soaked with the antibacterial and antidandruff shampoos of examples and comparative examples, which were diluted 20 times, respectively, and the filter paper sheets were placed on the culture medium, and the culture medium was cultured in an incubator at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, and the diameter of the zone of inhibition was measured with a vernier caliper. The experiment was repeated 3 times and the average was taken. The test results are shown in table 1.

2. The example and comparative shampoos were tested for stability and the results are shown in table 2.

Claims (10)
1. An antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo is characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-0.5% of hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.1-0.4% of disodium EDTA, 15-20% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1-5% of cocamidomethyl MEA, 1-4% of cocamidopropyl hydroxysulfobetaine, 71-3% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.1-0.6% of avocado oil PEG-11 esters, 0.2-0.7% of sodium benzoate, 0.02-0.05% of citric acid, 0.05-0.15% of allantoin, 1-5% of hydrolyzed corn starch, 0.3-0.8% of preservative, 1-5% of conditioner and the balance of water.
2. The antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the preservative is selected from one or more of phenoxyl alcohol compounds, aromatic alcohol and aromatic acid.
3. The antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the preservative comprises 81-85% of benzyl alcohol, 14-16% of phenoxyethanol and 1-3% of benzoic acid in percentage by weight.
4. The antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo further comprises 0.01-0.1 mass percent of hexamidine di (isethionic acid) salt.
5. The antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 4, wherein: the weight ratio of the allantoin to the hexamidine di (isethionic acid) salt is 1-5: 1.
6. the antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 4, wherein: the weight ratio of hexamidine di (isethionate) salt, sodium laureth sulfate and cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine is (0.04-0.07): 17: 3.
7. the antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the conditioning agent is selected from one or more of lactobacillus/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate and polyalcohol.
8. The antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2% of hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.1% of EDTA disodium, 17% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.5% of cocamide methyl MEA, 3% of cocamide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine, 71.5% of polyquaternary ammonium salt, 0.5% of avocado oil PEG-11 esters, 0.4% of sodium benzoate, 0.6% of essence, 0.03% of citric acid, 0.1% of allantoin, 3% of hydrolyzed corn starch, 0.05% of hexamidine di (hydroxyethyl sulfonate), 0.6% of preservative, 2% of conditioner and the balance of water.
9. A method for preparing the antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo as defined in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water and hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stirring, adding EDTA disodium, and continuing stirring;
(2) adding sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, and allantoin, heating, stirring to dissolve completely, and cooling;
(3) adding hexamidine di (hydroxyethyl sulfonate) salt, polyquaternary ammonium salt-7, avocado oil PEG-11 esters, hydrolyzed corn starch, antiseptic, sodium benzoate and conditioner, and stirring;
(4) the pH was adjusted with citric acid and the viscosity was adjusted with cocamide methyl MEA.
10. The method for preparing the antibacterial and anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 9, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (4) adjusting the pH value to 5.0-6.0.
