本发明公开一种玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液,涉及硬化液制备及其涂布领域,包括光引发剂184、TPO、稀释剂MIBK、9官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、F改性9官丙烯酸酯、3μm四氟乙烯蜡、DMAA(二甲基丙烯酰胺)、乙烯基偶联剂、聚酯改性有机硅和AF助剂,其成分配比为2.50%、0.05%、10.00%、56.75%、13.50%、2.20%、7.50%、6.00%、1.00%和0.50%。该玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液,通过加入硬化液新成分,调整配比,乙烯基与UV化液中的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯反应,水解形成Si‑OH,后者再与玻纤表面的Si‑OH缩合,实现玻纤与硅烷的共价键结合实现在特定玻纤塑胶基材上的强附着力性能,提高手机后壳的耐磨性及硬度。

技术领域
本发明涉及硬化液制备及其涂布技术领域,具体为一种玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液。
背景技术
目前手机后壳厚度制造标准一般不超过0.65mm,且多为普通塑胶材质,但普通塑胶后壳因为模量低,材料的刚性不够,易变形,所以目前最小的厚度仅能做到0.5mm。追求更轻薄更高质量的手机后壳也是手机生产行业重要技术革新之一。
据研究,玻纤塑胶具有非常优越的综合性能,优良的机械强度、优异的耐磨性等,使用玻纤塑胶作为优质手机外壳的基材将成为一种未来的重要趋势之一。
市面上绝大部分的手机后壳涂料在玻纤等特殊塑胶材质上表现的效果不理想,附着力较差,难以通过严格的非常规性测试。且手机后壳涂层耐磨性较差,使得手机后壳容易受损,涂层不够细腻,纹路质感不够立体,易留指纹,严重影响手机外观。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,提供纹理更优质,漫反射、抗指纹效果好,手感好新型硬化液。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液,包括光引发剂184、TPO、稀释剂MIBK、9官聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、F改性9官丙烯酸酯、3μm四氟乙烯蜡、DMAA(二甲基丙烯酰胺)、乙烯基偶联剂、聚酯改性有机硅和AF助剂,其成分配比为2.50%、0.05%、10.00%、56.75%、13.50%、2.20%、7.50%、6.00%、1.00%和0.50%。
优选的,所述引入乙烯基硅烷偶联剂,提高涂料对玻纤基材的附着力。

优选的,玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液的涂布方法,主要包括如下步骤:
S1:选取玻纤基材,选取合适的玻纤基材;
S2:硬化液均匀涂布,采用带凹槽的涂布器,硬化液分子在基材上均匀涂布进而控制涂布厚度;
S3:子模(真空拓印),采用真空拓印;
S4:UV光固化,通过光照射实现固话效果定型;
S5:撕掉子模,呈现3D纹理效果。
本发明公开了一种玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液,其具备的有益效果如下:
1、该玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液,通过加入硬化液新成分,调整配比,乙烯基与UV化液中的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯反应,水解形成Si-OH,后者再与玻纤表面的Si-OH缩合,实现玻纤与硅烷的共价键结合实现在特定玻纤塑胶基材上的强附着力性能,提高手机后壳的耐磨性及硬度。
2、该玻纤塑胶手机后壳的硬化液,调整涂布工艺方法,使硬化液分子在基材上均匀涂布,达到更有纹路质感的涂布效果,手感更好,抗指纹。
