Claims (10)

1. A sheet sorting apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a top rail (1), a ground rail (2), a stand column (3), an outer moving frame (4), an inner moving frame (5), a driving device and a rotating device;
the upright post (3) is respectively connected with the sky rail (1) and the ground rail (2) in a sliding manner, the outer moving frame (4) is connected with the upright post (3) in a sliding manner through a pulley (6), the inner moving frame (5) is fixedly arranged in the outer moving frame (4), the rotating device is arranged in the inner moving frame (5), and the driving device is arranged on the upright post (3);
the driving device is used for driving the outer moving frame (4) to do lifting motion along the vertical rod;
the rotating device is used for controlling the rotating direction of the telescopic fork (13);
the rotating device comprises a platform (7), a main rotating part (8), a secondary rotating part (9) and a motor;
the platform (7) is fixedly arranged in the inner moving frame (5), a groove (10) is formed in the platform (7), the main rotating piece (8) and the auxiliary rotating piece (9) are rotatably arranged in the groove (10), and the output end of the motor is connected with the main rotating piece (8);
the main rotating piece (8) is fixedly provided with a bulge (11), the driven rotating piece (9) is provided with four openings (12), and the bulge (11) is matched with the openings (12).
2. A sheet sorting device according to claim 1, characterised in that the driven rotating member (9) is provided with a telescopic fork (13), and that the telescopic fork (13) is provided with a collector and a plurality of suction cups.
3. A sheet sorting apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that the drive means comprise a drive motor (14), a spindle (15), a take-up reel (16) and a draw cord (17);
the driving motor (14) is arranged on the upright post (3), the rotating shaft (15) is rotationally connected with the upright post (3), the winding roll (16) is arranged on the rotating shaft (15), one end of the pull rope (17) is wound on the winding roll (16), and the other end of the pull rope (17) is fixedly connected with the outer moving frame (4).

an upper limit switch (19), a lower limit switch (20), a rope break sensor (21) and a stall sensor (22) are arranged on the upright post (3).
5. A sheet sorting apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising a revolution counter for detecting the number of revolutions of the main rotor (8) and a controller for controlling the start and stop of the motor when the value of the revolution counter reaches a predetermined value;
the revolution counter is electrically connected with the controller.
6. The board sorting method is characterized by comprising the board sorting equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, a bin to be sorted, a storage bin and an upper computer;
a plurality of plates are stacked in the bin to be sorted, and an attribute information label is pasted on each plate;
a plurality of partition plates are arranged in the storage bin, the storage bin is divided into a plurality of sub storage bins, and the sub storage bins are used for storing plates with different sizes;
s101, the collector collects the attribute information labels on the plates in the to-be-sorted bin and sends the attribute information labels to the upper computer, so that the upper computer can obtain size information and weight information of the plates;
s102, the upper computer determines a first result according to the size information by using a first preset rule;
s103, the upper computer determines a second result according to the weight information by using a second preset rule;
s104, after the plate sorting equipment receives the first result and the second result, the corresponding quantity of suckers are started, and the telescopic fork (13) takes out the plates from the to-be-sorted bin and transfers the plates to the corresponding sub-storage bins.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first predetermined rule is: comparing the size information with preset size information, and determining the number of the sub storage bin corresponding to the preset size information which is the same as the size information, namely a first result;
or comparing the size information with preset size information, and determining the number of the sub storage bin corresponding to the preset size information closest to the size information, namely the first result.

The method for sorting sheets according to claim 7, wherein the second predetermined rule is: comparing the weight information with preset weight information, and determining the quantity of the suckers corresponding to the preset weight information which is the same as the weight information, namely determining a second result;
or comparing the weight information with the preset weight information, and determining the number of the sub storage bin corresponding to the preset weight information which is more than the weight information and is closest to the weight information, namely the second result.
9. The method for sorting the plates according to claim 8, wherein the upper computer is internally pre-stored with sub-storage bin numbers and preset size information, and the sub-storage bin numbers correspond to the preset size information one by one;
the upper computer is also internally prestored with the quantity of the suckers and preset weight information, and the quantity of the suckers corresponds to the preset weight information one to one.
10. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step S104 specifically includes:
after the controller controls the telescopic fork (13) to take the plates in the to-be-sorted bin, the driving motor (14) is controlled to rotate, the numerical value of the counter reaches a preset value, the controller controls the driving motor (14) to stop rotating, and the plates are transferred into the storage bin through the telescopic fork (13).
