本发明涉及合成革技术领域,特别涉及一种含有天然乳胶的合成革及其加工方法。
背景技术
作为一种可替代动物皮革的复合材料,合成革优于动物皮革的耐久性和高性价比的特点,使其在消费市场中具有极高的接受度,广泛用于制作鞋、靴、服装、箱包和球类等。传统溶剂型合成革制造过程无法避免有机溶剂污染,其制成品对使用者存在潜在化学品危害。
聚氨酯是制造合成革的主要原料。在目前合成革制造领域,无论是溶剂型聚氨酯树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、有机硅树脂、无溶剂聚氨酯树脂,其基础原材料的初始源头均来自于石油的采掘后的再加工,而石油属于不可再生资源。
中国专利202111373570.1公布了一种天然乳胶超细纤维合成革的制备方法,该工艺采用含浸处理、发泡和磨皮、上油等多道工序,采用了加热发泡形成泡孔,其制成品为超纤贝斯或绒面革;中国专利201610514721.3公布了一种天然乳胶与水性聚氨酯发泡合成革的配方及工艺,采用涂布工艺制作,在基布上涂覆发泡天然乳胶制作合成干法革贝斯,在贝斯上涂覆水性聚氨酯发泡作为面层,最后再进行压花、印刷等后后处理工艺制得成品。

所述天然乳胶面层浆料配置包括以下组分:天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、消泡剂0.2-1份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、润湿剂1-2份、增稠剂0.2-2份
所述天然乳胶发泡层浆料配置包括以下组分:天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、发泡剂3-6份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、填充剂0-60份、增稠剂2-3份;

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种环保型天然乳胶合成革的生产工艺,所述生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:制备天然乳胶面层浆料,按照质量分数将天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、消泡剂0.2-1份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、润湿剂1-2份以400-600r/min转速分散30min,随后添加增稠剂0.2-2份,调整浆料粘度为1000-5000cps,得到天然乳胶面层浆料;
S2:制备天然乳胶发泡层浆料,按照质量分数将天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、发泡剂3-6份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、填充剂0-60份以400-600r/min转速分散30min,随后添加增稠剂2-3份,调整浆料粘度为5000-20000cps,得到天然乳胶发泡层浆料;
S3:制备天然乳胶粘合层浆料,按照质量分数将天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、润湿剂1-2份以400-600r/min转速分散30min后添加增稠剂2-3份,调整浆料粘度为10000-50000cps,得到天然乳胶粘合层浆料;
S4:将基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后进行挤压、烫平、烘干;
S5:将基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后,涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,进行烘干、收卷得到天然乳胶干法贝斯;
S6:在离型纸上涂覆步骤S1得到的天然乳胶面层浆料并烘干,随后涂覆步骤S3得到的天然乳胶粘合层浆料,再贴合基布或步骤S4得到的基布或步骤S5得到天然乳胶干法贝斯,并烘干得到天然乳胶环保合成革;
或者,在离型纸上涂覆步骤S1得到的天然乳胶面层浆料并烘干,随后将步骤S2得到的天然乳胶发泡层浆料通入发泡机,调整空气密度至0.1-1.0kg/L,涂覆于面层上并烘干,随后重复涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,再贴合基布或步骤S4得到的基布或步骤S5得到的天然乳胶干法贝斯,并烘干得到环保型天然乳胶环保合成革;
或者,在离型纸上涂覆步骤S1得到的天然乳胶面层浆料并烘干,随后将步骤S2得到的天然乳胶发泡层浆料通入发泡机,调整空气密度至0.1-1.0kg/L,涂覆于面层上并烘干,随后涂覆天然乳胶粘合层,再贴合基布或步骤S4得到的基布或步骤S5得到的天然乳胶干法贝斯,并烘干得到天然乳胶环保合成革;
优选的,所述步骤S1、S2、S3得到的天然乳胶面层、发泡层、粘合层浆料,需要在15-30摄氏度环境下熟化12-18h。
本发明和现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、相比含浸后通过高温膨胀发泡制作超纤贝斯工艺,其制成品的柔软度随着发泡温度进行变化,且需要再经过干法加工工艺产生花纹。本发明中部分实施例采用机械发泡干法离型纸转移制革工艺,通过离型纸转移产生花纹效果,在恒定干燥温度下通过发泡密度控制成品柔软度,柔软度可控性更高,制作过程简单,产率和能效高;相比在天然乳胶干法合成革贝斯上采用涂覆水性聚氨酯发泡涂层,再进行后处理修饰工艺,本发明通过将水性聚氨酯作为助剂加入天然乳胶涂层中,一是解决了天然乳胶层和水性聚氨酯层作为不同化学结构涂层干燥后的层间剥离问题,使得产品具有稳定的层间剥离,其应用领域变得更加广泛,二是利用阴离子水性聚氨酯树脂遇到特定浸渍液后迅速破乳凝固的原理,针对基布进行浸渍处理,解决了在干法线贴合或制作干法贝斯过程中浆料易渗透布底带来的塑料感强的问题,拓宽了生产线贴合压力或制作干法贝斯的天然乳胶工作浆料粘度的范围,赋予生产线操作人员更大的工艺调整冗余度,更易制得手感更加肉实和丰满的产品,间接提升了批次间的品质稳定性;
2、使用天然乳胶作为制作环保合成革的主要原料,优点之一是此材料可以通过人工种植取得,避免来自于石油的基础原料的合成和合成革主要原料聚氨酯树脂的制备,在产业链上极大的减少了碳排放和各环节生产过程中的水、电资源消耗,优点之二是作为纯天然材料,对于消费者潜在的化学品危害极低。

实施例1:一种天然乳胶环保合成革,由外至内依次包括有面层、中间层和基层;
所述面层由天然乳胶面层浆料涂覆得到;
所述中间层为1层的粘合层;
所述粘合层由天然乳胶粘合层浆料涂覆得到;
所述天然乳胶面层浆料配置包括以下组分:天然乳胶84份、乳胶硫化包6.5份、阴离子水性聚氨酯树脂1份、有机硅消泡剂0.8份、异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂1.6份、邻苯基苯酚钠防霉剂1.2份、氮丙啶交联剂2份、水性有机硅润湿剂1.5份、纤维素增稠剂1.4份;
所述天然乳胶粘合层浆料配置包括以下组分:天然乳胶82份、乳胶硫化包6.0份、阴离子水性聚氨酯树脂6份、异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂1.6份、邻苯基苯酚钠防霉剂1.2份、氮丙啶交联剂1.0份、有机硅润湿剂1.0份、纤维素增稠剂1.2份;
所述基层为基布。
该实施例生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、制备天然乳胶面层浆料;

S2、制备天然乳胶粘合层浆料:
按照质量分数将天然乳胶82份、乳胶硫化包6.0份、阴离子水性聚氨酯树脂6份、异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂1.6份、邻苯基苯酚钠防霉剂1.2份、氮丙啶交联剂1.0份、有机硅润湿剂1.0份以500r/min转速分散30min后添加纤维素增稠剂1.2份,调整浆料粘度为42000cps,得到天然乳胶粘合层浆料;
S3:在离型纸上涂覆步骤S1得到的天然乳胶面层浆料并烘干,涂覆步骤S2得到的天然乳胶粘合层浆料,再贴合基布并烘干得到天然乳胶环保合成革。
实施例2:一种天然乳胶环保合成革,由外至内依次包括有面层、中间层和基层;
所述面层由天然乳胶面层浆料涂覆得到;
所述中间层为2层的发泡层;
所述发泡层由天然乳胶发泡层浆料涂覆得到;
所述天然乳胶面层浆料配置包括以下组分:天然乳胶80份、乳胶硫化包6.2份、阴离子水性聚氨酯树脂5份、有机硅消泡剂0.8份、异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂1.5份、邻苯基苯酚钠防霉剂1.4份、聚碳化二亚胺交联剂2份、有机硅润湿剂1.5份、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂1.6份;

S4:在离型纸上涂覆步骤S1得到的天然乳胶面层浆料并烘干,随后将步骤S2得到的天然乳胶发泡层浆料通入发泡机,调整空气密度0.9kg/L,涂覆于面层上并烘干,随后涂覆天然乳胶粘合层浆料,再贴合基布并烘干得到天然乳胶环保合成革。
实施例4:与实施例1不同之处在于:所述基布为经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后进行挤压、烫平、烘干所得;所述浸渍液为无氟防水剂与2%的磷酸溶液8:2配制;
该实施例与实施例1生产工艺不同之处在于:在实施例1步骤S3前增加步骤:将基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后进行挤压、烫平、烘干。
实施例5:与实施例2不同之处在于:所述基布为经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后进行挤压、烫平、烘干所得;所述浸渍液为无氟防水剂与2%的磷酸溶液8:2配制;
该实施例与实施例2生产工艺不同之处在于:在实施例2步骤S3前增加步骤:将基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后进行挤压、烫平、烘干。
实施例6:与实施例3不同之处在于:所述基布为经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后进行挤压、烫平、烘干所得;所述浸渍液为无氟防水剂与2%的磷酸溶液8:2配制;
该实施例与实施例3生产工艺不同之处在于:在实施例3步骤S4前增加步骤:将基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后进行挤压、烫平、烘干。
实施例7:与实施例1不同之处在于:所述基层为天然乳胶干法贝斯;所述天然乳胶干法贝斯由基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后,涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,进行烘干、收卷所得;所述浸渍液为5%的磷酸溶液;所述天然乳胶发泡层浆料的密度为0.3kg/L;
该实施例与实施例1生产工艺不同之处在于:在实施例1步骤S3前增加步骤:将基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后,涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,进行烘干、收卷得到天然乳胶干法贝斯。步骤S3中,贴合基布改为贴合天然乳胶干法贝斯,并烘干得到天然乳胶环保合成革。
实施例8:与实施例2不同之处在于:所述基层为天然乳胶干法贝斯;所述天然乳胶干法贝斯由基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后,涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,进行烘干、收卷所得;所述浸渍液为5%的磷酸溶液;所述天然乳胶发泡层浆料的密度为0.5kg/L;
该实施例与实施例2生产工艺不同之处在于:在实施例2步骤S3前增加步骤:将基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后,涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,进行烘干、收卷得到天然乳胶干法贝斯。步骤S3中,贴合基布改为贴合天然乳胶干法贝斯,并烘干得到天然乳胶环保合成革。
实施例9:与实施例3不同之处在于:所述基层为天然乳胶干法贝斯;所述天然乳胶干法贝斯由基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后,涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,进行烘干、收卷所得;所述浸渍液为5%的磷酸溶液;所述天然乳胶发泡层浆料的密度为0.9kg/L;
该实施例与实施例3生产工艺不同之处在于:在实施例3步骤S4前增加步骤:将基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后,涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,进行烘干、收卷得到天然乳胶干法贝斯。步骤S4中,贴合基布改为贴合天然乳胶干法贝斯,并烘干得到天然乳胶环保合成革。
本发明的实施例1-9的天然乳胶环保合成革以及对照组(市场销售的溶剂型运动鞋用合成革、水性服装用合成革、无溶剂箱包用合成革)进行测试,测试内容为表面色牢度、马丁代尔耐磨、剥离强度、常温耐曲折、低温耐曲折、恒温恒湿老化,以上测试内容为合成革产品常规性能。
从以上实施例数据可以看出,本发明通过使用天然乳胶作为主要原料制造成合成革,通过不同的配方和工艺调整,其性能可以达到溶剂型合成革、水性合成革和无溶剂合成革同类产品的性能,甚至部分实施例及部分性能指标超过现有的产品。

1.一种天然乳胶环保合成革,由外至内依次包括有面层、中间层和基层;其特征在于:
所述面层由天然乳胶面层浆料涂覆得到;
所述中间层为1层的粘合层或2层的发泡层或1层的发泡层与1层的粘合层;
所述发泡层由天然发泡层涂覆得到;
所述粘合层由天然乳胶粘合层浆料涂覆得到;
所述天然乳胶面层浆料配置包括以下组分:天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、消泡剂0.2-1份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、润湿剂1-2份、增稠剂0.2-2份;
所述天然乳胶发泡层浆料配置包括以下组分:天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、发泡剂3-6份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、填充剂0-60份、增稠剂2-3份;
所述天然乳胶粘合层浆料配置包括以下组分:天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、润湿剂1-2份、增稠剂2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然乳胶环保合成革,其特征在于:所述基层为基布或浸渍处理后的基布或天然乳胶干法贝斯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的天然乳胶环保合成革,其特征在于:所述浸渍处理后的基布为经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后进行挤压、烫平、烘干所得;所述浸渍液无氟防水剂、盐溶液、酸溶液中的一种或多种复配。
4.根据权利要求2所述的天然乳胶环保合成革,其特征在于:所述天然乳胶干法贝斯由基布经装有浸渍液的含浸槽浸渍后,涂覆天然乳胶发泡层浆料,进行烘干、收卷所得;所述浸渍液为无氟防水剂、盐溶液、酸溶液中的一种或多种复配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的天然乳胶环保合成革,其特征在于:
所述硫化包为硫磺、硬脂酸、氧化锌、氨水的水分散混合液;
所述水性树脂为阴离子水性聚氨酯树脂;
所述发泡剂为有机硅改性发泡剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠发泡剂、硬脂酸盐类发泡剂中的一种或多种复配;
所述杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮杀菌剂;
所述的防霉剂为邻苯基苯酚钠防霉剂;所述交联剂为氮丙啶交联剂、聚碳化二亚胺类交联剂、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂中的一种或多种复配;
所述填充剂为重钙、轻钙、高龄土、咖啡渣、甘蔗渣中的一种或几种;
所述润湿剂为有机硅润湿剂或炔二醇润湿剂;
所述增稠剂为聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂、丙烯酸酯碱溶涨增稠剂、纤维素增稠剂中的一种或多种复配。
6.一种如权利要求1-5所述的天然乳胶环保合成革的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:制备天然乳胶面层浆料,按照质量分数将天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、消泡剂0.2-1份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、润湿剂1-2份以400-600r/min转速分散30min后添加增稠剂调整浆料粘度为1000-5000cps,得到天然乳胶面层浆料;
S2:制备天然乳胶发泡层浆料,按照质量分数将天然乳胶60-95份、乳胶硫化包1-10份、水性树脂0-10份、发泡剂3-6份、杀菌剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.5-2份、交联剂0.2-3份、填充剂0-60份以400-600r/min转速分散30min后加入增稠剂调整浆料粘度为5000-20000cps,得到天然乳胶发泡层浆料;
