一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物及其制备方法,益生菌组合物按重量份配比,包括以下成分:菊粉40g-60g,脱脂乳粉20g-30g,低聚果糖20g-35g,低聚葡萄糖15g-30g,抗性糊精10g-15g,猕猴桃粉15g-20g、胡萝卜素2g-5g,益生菌复合粉8g-13g,黏合剂0.5g-1g,赋形剂5g-20g。
优选的,包括混合粉1和混合粉2的制备,混合粉1的制备包括以下步骤:
A1:将菊粉、低聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚葡萄糖和脱脂乳粉,分别采用天平称取指定的重量,然后用过滤筛进行筛分;
A2:将称取好的菊粉、低聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚葡萄糖和脱脂乳粉,倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀,得到混合粉1;
混合粉2制备包括以下步骤:
B1:将猕猴桃粉、胡萝卜素、抗性糊精进行筛分并采用天平称量,益生菌复合粉利用天平称量;
B2:将称取好的猕猴桃粉、胡萝卜素、抗性糊精和益生菌复合粉,倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀,得到混合粉2;
益生菌组合物制备包括以下步骤:
S1:将混合粉1和混合粉2倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀;
S2:将黏合剂均匀的喷洒到S1步骤中的原料上,使步骤S1中混合的原料润湿均匀,制得软材,将软材过筛造粒,造粒后放在烘箱中低温干燥,待水分活度小于等于0.2wt%、水分含量小于5wt%后,粉碎,并过筛整粒;
S3:向S2步骤中制得的颗粒加入赋形剂,混合均匀,静置压片,得到益生菌组合物含片。
优选的,S1步骤中,混合粉1和混合粉2搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
优选的,益生菌复合粉可选择植物乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌和干酪乳杆菌其中一种。
优选的,抗性糊精为水溶性膳食纤维。
综上所述,本发明包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1、本发明采用菊粉,菊粉可以推动肠胃中的双歧杆菌的生长发育,根据减少双歧杆菌的水准来做到改进肠胃自然环境的目的,菊粉中的膳食纤维素能够非常好的推动营养元素的消化吸收,对身体的营养元素的改进协助是十分极大,使得益生菌组合物含片具有调节肠道调节功能,并且本发明中加入胡萝卜素,提高维生素的含量,对人体更为的有益,而且在加入了猕猴桃粉,一方面是可以使得口感更佳,便于人们的食用,另一方面是猕猴桃粉中含有丰富的矿物质以及各种的维生素,可以促进胃肠道的蠕动,有润肠通便的功效,进一步提高对肠道的调节功效,具有较好的功能性。

本发明实施例公开一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物及其制备方法。
实施例一
一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物及其制备方法,益生菌组合物按重量份配比,包括以下成分:菊粉40g,脱脂乳粉20g,低聚果糖20g,低聚葡萄糖15g,抗性糊精10g,猕猴桃粉15g、胡萝卜素2g,益生菌复合粉8g,黏合剂0.5g,赋形剂5g。
优选的,包括混合粉1和混合粉2的制备,混合粉1的制备包括以下步骤:
A1:将菊粉、低聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚葡萄糖和脱脂乳粉,分别采用天平称取指定的重量,然后用过滤筛进行筛分,天平的精确度为0.001g;
A2:将称取好的菊粉、低聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚葡萄糖和脱脂乳粉,分批倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀,间隔时间为一分钟,得到混合粉1;
混合粉2制备包括以下步骤:
B1:将猕猴桃粉、胡萝卜素、抗性糊精进行筛分并采用天平称量,益生菌复合粉利用天平称量;
B2:将称取好的猕猴桃粉、胡萝卜素、抗性糊精和鼠李糖乳杆菌,分批倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀,间隔时间为一分钟,得到混合粉2;
益生菌组合物制备包括以下步骤:
S1:将混合粉1和混合粉2倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀,搅拌7分钟;
S2:将黏合剂均匀的喷洒到S1步骤中的原料上,使步骤S1中混合的原料润湿均匀,制得软材,将软材过筛造粒,造粒后放在烘箱中低温干燥,待水分活度小于等于0.2wt%、水分含量小于5wt%后,粉碎,并过筛整粒;
S3:向S2步骤中制得的颗粒加入赋形剂,混合均匀,静置压片,得到益生菌组合物含片。
实施例二
一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物及其制备方法,益生菌组合物按重量份配比,包括以下成分:菊粉60g,脱脂乳粉30g,低聚果糖35g,低聚葡萄糖30g,抗性糊精15g,猕猴桃粉20g、胡萝卜素5g,益生菌复合粉13g,黏合剂1g,赋形剂20g。
优选的,包括混合粉1和混合粉2的制备,混合粉1的制备包括以下步骤:
A1:将菊粉、低聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚葡萄糖和脱脂乳粉,分别采用天平称取指定的重量,然后用过滤筛进行筛分,天平的精确度为0.001g;

Claims (5)
1.一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物,其特征在于:益生菌组合物按重量份配比,包括以下成分:菊粉40g-60g,脱脂乳粉20g-30g,低聚果糖20g-35g,低聚葡萄糖15g-30g,抗性糊精10g-15g,猕猴桃粉15g-20g、胡萝卜素2g-5g,益生菌复合粉8g-13g,黏合剂0.5g-1g,赋形剂5g-20g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物制备方法,其特征在于:包括混合粉1和混合粉2的制备,所述混合粉1的制备包括以下步骤:
A1:将菊粉、低聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚葡萄糖和脱脂乳粉,分别采用天平称取指定的重量,然后用过滤筛进行筛分;
A2:将称取好的菊粉、低聚葡萄糖、低聚果糖、低聚葡萄糖和脱脂乳粉,倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀,得到混合粉1;
所述混合粉2制备包括以下步骤:
B1:将猕猴桃粉、胡萝卜素、抗性糊精进行筛分并采用天平称量,益生菌复合粉利用天平称量;
B2:将称取好的猕猴桃粉、胡萝卜素、抗性糊精和益生菌复合粉,倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀,得到混合粉2;
益生菌组合物制备包括以下步骤:
S1:将混合粉1和混合粉2倒入到搅拌器中搅拌均匀;
S2:将黏合剂均匀的喷洒到S1步骤中的原料上,使步骤S1中混合的原料润湿均匀,制得软材,将软材过筛造粒,造粒后放在烘箱中低温干燥,待水分活度小于等于0.2wt%、水分含量小于5wt%后,粉碎,并过筛整粒;
S3:向S2步骤中制得的颗粒加入赋形剂,混合均匀,静置压片,得到益生菌组合物含片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1步骤中,混合粉1和混合粉2搅拌时间为5-10分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述益生菌复合粉可选择植物乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌和干酪乳杆菌其中一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有调节功效的益生菌组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗性糊精为水溶性膳食纤维。
