The content of the nutrient components in the turfy soil is as follows: the organic matter content is more than or equal to 60 percent, the mass fraction of total nutrients is more than or equal to 5.0 percent based on a drying basis, and the total nutrients comprise: nitrogen + phosphorus pentoxide + potassium oxide.
The turfy soil has good fertilizer retention, water retention and air permeability, provides a healthy growth environment for plant roots, is plant-shaped, has uniform seedling emergence, high rate of emergence, no damage to roots during seedling emergence, no toxicity, no plant diseases and insect pests and no peculiar smell, and has remarkable effects of improving the soil environment and improving the disease resistance of plants.
The content of nutrient components in the microbial agent is as follows: 15-30% of humic acid, 1-3% of plant source rooting agent, 3 hundred million-5 hundred million/g of active bacteria, 30-50% of organic matter and 3-5% of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium; the microbial agent promotes the decomposition of organic matters, enhances the formation of a soil granular structure, and can fix nitrogen, dissolve phosphorus and dissolve potassium.
The active bacteria are one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus megaterium, bacillus mucilaginosus, ferment bacteria and mycorrhizal fungi.
The plant growth plate has comprehensive and rich nutrition, good water and fertilizer retention and air permeability and high organic matter content, the seeds are directly fixed in the plant growth plate, and the plant growth plate can be directly watered to grow after being directly paved on a position to be planted in the later period, so that the processes of manually sowing the seeds and applying fertilizer are avoided, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost of manually sowing or transplanting is reduced; the plant growth plate with seeds is directly paved to the position to be planted; the turf is not required to be produced repeatedly, so that the problems of soil impoverishment and the like caused by the fact that the cultivated layer of the soil is stripped cleanly are avoided, and the soil and the environment are effectively protected; when the plant growth plate is transported, the plant growth plate is directly loaded and transported, the transportation process is simple and convenient, time and labor are saved, and the plant growth plate can be stored for a long time; the preservation time is generally 12-18 months; the plant growth plate can be produced in a customized mode according to the requirements of customers, seeds can be flexibly matched no matter the lawn, the flower sea and the grass flower are alternated, and the size and the shape of the plant growth plate can be adjusted according to the requirements.

(1) preparing covering layer slurry: mixing 2 parts of wormcast organic fertilizer, 7 parts of turfy soil, 0.5 part of plant adhesive, 0.1 part of microbial agent, 0.1 part of water-retaining agent, 0.1 part of plant growth regulator and 8 parts of water by weight for 0.5-1h to obtain covering layer slurry; the viscosity of the covering layer slurry is 5-10 Pa.s.
(2) Sowing a seed layer: horizontally placing a substrate plate on a sowing conveying belt to pass below a sowing machine in sequence, uniformly sowing seeds through a feed opening below the sowing machine, and ensuring that 3-5 plant seeds are in each sowing hole on the substrate plate to form a seed layer; the plant seeds include grass seeds and flower seeds.
(3) Coating a covering layer: coating the covering layer slurry in the step (1) on the surface of the seed layer in the step (2) to form a covering layer, and obtaining a vegetation board;
(4) and (3) drying: and (4) placing the plant growth plate in the step (3) in a natural environment for natural air drying, so that the moisture content of the covering layer on the plant growth plate is reduced to 3-6%, and obtaining the organic ecological plant growth plate.
Example 5: a method for preparing the organic ecological vegetation board of example 2 comprising the steps of: (1) preparing covering layer slurry; (3) broadcasting a seed layer; (4) coating a covering layer; (5) drying;
(1) preparing covering layer slurry: mixing 3 parts of wormcast organic fertilizer, 8.5 parts of turfy soil, 1 part of plant adhesive, 0.2 part of microbial agent, 0.2 part of water-retaining agent, 0.2 part of plant growth regulator and 10 parts of water by stirring for 0.5-1h to obtain covering layer slurry; the viscosity of the covering layer slurry is 5-10 Pa.s.
(2) Sowing a seed layer: horizontally placing a substrate plate on a sowing conveying belt to pass below a sowing machine in sequence, uniformly sowing seeds through a feed opening below the sowing machine, and ensuring that 3-5 plant seeds are in each sowing hole on the substrate plate to form a seed layer; the plant seeds include grass seeds and flower seeds.
(3) Coating a covering layer: coating the covering layer slurry in the step (1) on the surface of the seed layer in the step (2) to form a covering layer, and obtaining a vegetation board;
(4) and (3) drying: and (4) placing the plant growth plate in the step (3) in a natural environment for natural air drying, so that the moisture content of the covering layer on the plant growth plate is reduced to 3-6%, and obtaining the organic ecological plant growth plate.
Example 6: a method for preparing the organic ecological plant-growing plate of example 3, comprising the steps of: (1) preparing covering layer slurry; (3) broadcasting a seed layer; (4) coating a covering layer; (5) drying;
(1) preparing covering layer slurry: mixing 2.5 parts of wormcast organic fertilizer, 7.8 parts of turfy soil, 0.7 part of plant adhesive, 0.2 part of microbial agent, 0.2 part of water-retaining agent, 0.2 part of plant growth regulator and 9 parts of water by weight for 0.5-1h to obtain covering layer slurry; the viscosity of the covering layer slurry is 5-10 Pa.s.
(2) Sowing a seed layer: horizontally placing a substrate plate on a sowing conveying belt to pass below a sowing machine in sequence, uniformly sowing seeds through a feed opening below the sowing machine, and ensuring that 3-5 plant seeds are in each sowing hole on the substrate plate to form a seed layer; the plant seeds include grass seeds and flower seeds.
(3) Coating a covering layer: coating the covering layer slurry in the step (1) on the surface of the seed layer in the step (2) to form a covering layer, and obtaining a vegetation board;
(4) and (3) drying: and (4) placing the plant growth plate in the step (3) in a natural environment for natural air drying, so that the moisture content of the covering layer on the plant growth plate is reduced to 3-6%, and obtaining the organic ecological plant growth plate.

(2) Sowing a seed layer: horizontally placing a substrate plate on a sowing conveying belt to pass below a sowing machine in sequence, uniformly sowing seeds through a feed opening below the sowing machine, and ensuring that 3-5 plant seeds are in each sowing hole on the substrate plate to form a seed layer; the plant seeds include grass seeds and flower seeds.
(3) Coating a covering layer: coating the covering layer slurry in the step (1) on the surface of the seed layer in the step (2) to form a covering layer, and obtaining a vegetation board;
(4) and (3) drying: and (4) placing the vegetation board in the step (3) in a drying box at the temperature of 25-40 ℃ for drying for 15-25min, so that the moisture content of a covering layer on the vegetation board is reduced to 3-6%, and obtaining the organic ecological vegetation board.
Control group 1: the method is different from the method of the embodiment 4-6 in that: the seed layer was not coated with a covering layer, the method of sowing the seed layer was the same as that of examples 4 to 6, and then the germination rate of the seeds was measured;
(1) sowing a seed layer: horizontally placing a substrate plate on a sowing conveying belt to pass below a sowing machine in sequence, uniformly sowing seeds through a feed opening below the sowing machine, and ensuring that 3-5 plant seeds are in each sowing hole on the substrate plate to form a seed layer; the plant seeds include grass seeds and flower seeds.
The plant seeds used in the control group 1 and the plant seeds used in the examples 4 to 6 are of the same variety, 20 substrate plates are prepared by the method of the control group 1, 20 organic ecological plant growth plates are prepared by the method of the invention example 4, and 20 organic ecological plant growth plates are prepared by the method of the invention example 5; preparing 20 organic ecological plant growth plates by the method of the embodiment 6 of the invention; the substrate plate of the control group 1 and the organic ecological plant growth plates of examples 4 to 6 were cultured for 30 days under the same culture conditions, and the average value of each group was finally calculated, and the specific results are shown in the following table:

As can be seen from the above table, compared with the organic ecological plant growth plates prepared by the methods of examples 4 to 6 of the present invention, the average number of seedlings on each substrate plate of the control group 1 is the least, the rate of emergence is the lowest, and the grown seedlings are the thinnest and the shortest, so that the organic ecological plant growth plate prepared by the method of the present invention has good rate of emergence and good growth vigor of the seedlings; meanwhile, the seedling number and the seedling emergence rate of the organic ecological plant growth plate prepared in the embodiment 6 are higher than those of the embodiments 4 and 5, so that the covering layer composition in the embodiment 6 has a better effect of promoting the germination and growth of plants.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. An organic ecological plant growth plate is characterized by comprising a substrate plate, a seed layer and a covering layer; and the seed layer is broadcast on the substrate plate, and the covering layer is coated on the seed layer.
2. The organic ecological vegetation board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of said cover layer is 0.3-0.5 cm.
3. The organic ecological plant growth plate as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the covering layer is composed of 2-3 parts of wormcast organic fertilizer, 7-8.5 parts of turfy soil, 0.5-1 part of plant adhesive, 0.1-0.2 part of microbial agent, 0.1-0.2 part of water retention agent and 0.1-0.2 part of plant growth regulator by weight.

The organic ecological plant growth plate as claimed in claim 3, wherein the content of nutrient components in the wormcast organic fertilizer is as follows: 0.95-2.5% of nitrogen, 1.1-2.9% of phosphorus, 0.96-2.2% of potassium, 25-38% of organic matter, 21-40% of humus, 0.2-2 hundred million/g of beneficial bacteria group and 6.8-7.1 of pH value.

The organic ecological plant growth plate as claimed in claim 3, wherein the content of nutrient components in the turfy soil is as follows: the organic matter content is more than or equal to 60 percent, the mass fraction of total nutrients is more than or equal to 5.0 percent based on a drying basis, and the total nutrients comprise: nitrogen + phosphorus pentoxide + potassium oxide.

The organic ecological plant growth plate according to claim 3, wherein the content of nutrient components in the microbial agent is as follows: 15-30% of humic acid, 1-3% of plant source rooting agent, 3 hundred million-5 hundred million/g of active bacteria, 30-50% of organic matter and 3-5% of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.
7. The organic ecological plant growth plate as claimed in claim 6, wherein the active bacteria are one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus megaterium, bacillus mucilaginosus, ferment bacteria and mycorrhizal fungi.
8. The preparation method of the organic ecological plant growth plate is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing covering layer slurry; (3) broadcasting a seed layer; (4) coating a covering layer; (5) drying;
(1) preparing covering layer slurry: mixing 2-3 parts of wormcast organic fertilizer, 7-8.5 parts of turfy soil, 0.5-1 part of plant adhesive, 0.1-0.2 part of microbial agent, 0.1-0.2 part of water-retaining agent, 0.1-0.2 part of plant growth regulator and 8-10 parts of water by weight for 0.5-1h to obtain covering layer slurry;
(2) sowing a seed layer: horizontally placing a substrate plate on a sowing conveying belt to pass below a sowing machine in sequence, uniformly sowing seeds through a feed opening below the sowing machine, and ensuring that 3-5 plant seeds are in each sowing hole on the substrate plate to form a seed layer;
(3) coating a covering layer: coating the covering layer slurry in the step (1) on the surface of the seed layer in the step (2) to form a covering layer, and obtaining a vegetation board;
(4) and (3) drying: and (4) placing the plant growth plate in the step (3) in a natural environment for natural air drying, so that the moisture content of the covering layer on the plant growth plate is reduced to 3-6%, and obtaining the organic ecological plant growth plate.
9. The method for preparing an organic ecological vegetation board as claimed in claim 8, wherein in step (1), said coating slurry has a viscosity of 5-10 Pa-s.
10. The method for preparing an organic ecological plant growth plate according to claim 8, wherein in the step (2), the plant seeds comprise grass seeds and/or flower seeds.

The method for preparing an organic ecological plant growth plate according to claim 8, wherein the step (4) can further comprise: and (4) placing the vegetation board in the step (3) in a drying box at the temperature of 25-40 ℃ for drying for 15-25min, so that the moisture content of a covering layer on the vegetation board is reduced to 3-6%, and obtaining the organic ecological vegetation board.
