Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating gingivitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The soft tissue surrounding and covering around the teeth is called gingiva medically, acute and chronic inflammation occurring in the gingival tissue is called gingivitis, gingival bleeding is taken as a main characteristic, bleeding is easy to bleed when brushing teeth, sucking and chewing hard objects generally, the gingiva is bright red or purple red, swelling or softness, the surface is bright, calculus, soft scale and dental plaque are accumulated locally, the preferential gingival margin erosion is caused, a small amount of pus is discharged by squeezing the gingival margin, gingival papillary edema and gingival sulcus deepening can occur, and even gingival abscess is formed.
At present, most of various periodontal local medicament formulations are bacteriostatic and bactericidal preparations or certain biomembrane preparations which can only play a role in promoting regeneration of gingival tissues, but can cause dysbacteriosis and generate drug resistance and other adverse effects, so people expect a relatively ideal natural medicament which has the functions of resisting inflammation and inhibiting bacteria, regulating oral micro-ecological balance and promoting regeneration and repair of gingival tissues.
