Description

Medicinal composition for treating gingivitis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating gingivitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The soft tissue surrounding and covering around the teeth is called gingiva medically, acute and chronic inflammation occurring in the gingival tissue is called gingivitis, gingival bleeding is taken as a main characteristic, bleeding is easy to bleed when brushing teeth, sucking and chewing hard objects generally, the gingiva is bright red or purple red, swelling or softness, the surface is bright, calculus, soft scale and dental plaque are accumulated locally, the preferential gingival margin erosion is caused, a small amount of pus is discharged by squeezing the gingival margin, gingival papillary edema and gingival sulcus deepening can occur, and even gingival abscess is formed.
At present, most of various periodontal local medicament formulations are bacteriostatic and bactericidal preparations or certain biomembrane preparations which can only play a role in promoting regeneration of gingival tissues, but can cause dysbacteriosis and generate drug resistance and other adverse effects, so people expect a relatively ideal natural medicament which has the functions of resisting inflammation and inhibiting bacteria, regulating oral micro-ecological balance and promoting regeneration and repair of gingival tissues.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating gingivitis and a preparation method thereof.

Further, the medicinal composition comprises the following Chinese medicinal materials in parts by weight: 6-9 parts of monkshood, 20-25 parts of dandelion, 20-25 parts of honeysuckle, 20-25 parts of mint, 10-15 parts of isatis root, 15-20 parts of cortex moutan and mangnolia officinalis.
Further, the pharmaceutical composition further comprises: scutellariae radix, radix Ophiopogonis, flos Chrysanthemi, radix Paeoniae Rubra, radix asparagi, radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix.
Further, the medicinal composition comprises the following Chinese medicinal materials in parts by weight: 12-15 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 5-9 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 8-12 parts of chrysanthemum, 5-8 parts of red paeony root, 5-8 parts of asparagus, 3-5 parts of angelica dahurica and 3-5 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza.
A pharmaceutical composition for treating gingivitis and a preparation method thereof comprise the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: processing radix Aconiti lateralis, removing toxicity to obtain radix Aconiti lateralis, pulverizing radix Aconiti lateralis, herba Taraxaci, flos Lonicerae, herba Menthae, radix Isatidis, cortex moutan and cortex Magnolia officinalis;
step two: putting the powder of the aconite, the dandelion, the honeysuckle, the mint, the isatis root, the cortex moutan and the mangnolia officinalis into a reflux extractor, adding a certain proportion of ethanol for reflux extraction, combining the extracting solutions, standing the extracting solution, filtering to obtain filtrate, performing reduced pressure concentration by using a rotary evaporator to remove the ethanol, and concentrating the filtrate to 0.1-1 g/mL to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution;
step three: making the Chinese medicinal extractive solution into various Chinese medicinal preparations.
The processing method of the monkshood comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: removing fibrous root from fresh radix Aconiti lateralis, cleaning, and sun drying to obtain dried radix Aconiti lateralis;
step two: soaking the dry monkshood in clean water, taking out when the monkshood is semi-transparent, placing the semi-transparent monkshood in a medicine tank, and spraying clean water every two hours until the monkshood is completely moistened;
step three: steaming the radix Aconiti lateralis in a steam tank until the fragrance overflows, stopping steaming, taking out the radix Aconiti lateralis, slicing, and oven drying to obtain radix Aconiti lateralis.
The Chinese medicinal preparation is toothpaste, oral care solution or decoction.
A toothpaste containing Chinese medicinal composition for treating gingivitis is prepared by mixing Chinese medicinal extractive solution, abrasive, wetting agent, binder and foaming agent, stirring, grinding, and vacuum degassing to obtain toothpaste.
A preparation method of oral care solution of a pharmaceutical composition for treating gingivitis comprises sequentially adding surfactant, xylitol, sorbitol, Chinese medicinal extractive solution, magnesium lithium silicate and bacteriostatic agent into deionized water, and mixing to obtain oral care solution.
A method for preparing decoction of medicinal composition for treating gingivitis comprises mixing the Chinese medicinal extractive solution with deionized water at equal ratio, and sterilizing to obtain decoction of medicinal composition.
The invention has the following advantages: the pharmaceutical composition of the invention is purely natural traditional Chinese medicine components, and has no side effect on human body; the honeysuckle, the dandelion and the mint in the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution have the effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting bacteria, relieving sore throat, promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid, removing peculiar smell and the like, have the functions of inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and detoxifying, and have obvious effect on gingivitis; radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata in the Chinese medicinal extractive solution has antiinflammatory and analgesic effects; the cortex moutan contains paeonol, the cortex magnoliae officinalis contains magnolol, and both the paeonol and the magnolol have good anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects; the radix Isatidis has heat and toxic materials clearing away effect, and the extractive solution can effectively inhibit common coccus, typhoid bacillus and influenza bacillus, and improve immunity.
