按照一种优选实施方式,所述车辆内室构件构成为仪表板、空气流出器、方向盘、中控台、扶手、圆形仪器、侧面置物架、手套箱、堵塞构件、遮阳板、内室照明装置、手柄、门把手、车辆座椅、车辆内室饰件、天窗、衣帽架、头枕、扬声器、车辆底板、脚垫、安全带、安全带锁、安全带锁舌、车顶框架、接缝或接口槽。但是不言而喻,对于按本发明的结构,也可以考虑其他的在车辆内室(行李舱应该也属于车辆内室)中的具有棱边的构件。
要注意到,按有利方式,按本发明的操纵构件在其运行状态中的可见性与车辆所处在的条件关联地实现。例如如果车辆内室构件是门把手或者是车门内饰件的在门把手附近的区段,并且操纵构件是用于打开车门的构件,那么规定,仅当车辆停止时,才将相应的操纵构件置于运行状态中。以等效方式,仅当检测到期望调整时,才将用于调整收音机或免提装置的音量的操纵构件置于运行状态中。检测可以尤其是在语音输入到合适的构件中之后才进行。

具体实施方式
在图1中以侧视图显示机动车100的一部分、具体是机动车的内室200的一部分。在内室200中有一系列车辆内室构件300,例如仪表板310、空气流出器320、方向盘330、中控台340和处于后排座椅(出于整体概况的原因未详细描述后排座椅)中的扶手350。
每个所述车辆内室构件300具有至少一个棱边,第一表面和第二表面在所述棱边上相遇。
仪表板310具有在车辆横向方向上(即在按照在ISO4130-1978中有效的协议的y方向上)延伸的棱边312,构成仪表板310上侧的第一表面314和第二侧316在所述棱边上相遇,第二侧构成仪表板310的朝向在此未显示的司机的一侧。
在仪表板310中有圆形的空气流出器320,其具有在构成外环的第一表面324上的圆形的棱边322以及具有第二表面326,该第二表面在该区域中通过仪表板310构成。
按照在此当前的实施例,方向盘330具有在车辆横向方向上延伸的棱边332,第一表面334和第二表面336在所述棱边上相遇,第一表面构成相应轮辐的上侧,第二表面构成轮辐的朝向司机的一侧。
中控台340具有朝向机动车1的前进方向的棱边342,第一表面344和第二表面346在所述棱边上相遇,第一表面构成中控台的刚性区段,第二表面构成相对于第一表面可运动的臂托。
扶手350具有朝向机动车1的前进方向并且在车辆横向方向上延伸的棱边352,同样在车辆横向方向上延伸的第一表面354和基本上在车辆纵向方向上(即在按照在ISO4130-1978有效的协议的x方向上)延伸的第二表面356在所述棱边上相遇。
如借助于仪表板310、空气流出器320、方向盘330和扶手350可见的,第一表面314、324、334或354以及相应的第二表面316、326、336或356可以经由相应的棱边312、322、332或352相互不可运动地相互连接。同样可能的是,如借助于中控台340所展示的,设置第一表面344和第二表面346在棱边342的区域中的相对运动。这些同样适用于其他的车辆内室构件,这一点在此不用细说。
如从图1可见,在仪表板310的沿着车辆方向观察的右侧上设置操纵构件317,其部分地处于第一表面314、第二表面316上并且经过棱边312,并且在车辆横向方向上延伸。操纵构件317构成为基本上平坦地构建的滑动调节器并且与在此未显示的滑动天窗作用连接。此外,操纵构件317与在此未显示的接近传感器和照明构件作用连接。当在此未显示的车辆乘员的手朝操纵构件317运动时,操纵构件被置于运行状态中,在该运行状态中照明构件被接通并且滑动调节器被激活。照明构件构造成,使得显示关于滑动天窗的运行位置的附加信息。通过手在操纵构件317上以及沿着棱边312的运动,根据手的运动方向可能的是,打开、推出或者关闭滑动天窗。当手又离开由接近传感器检测的区域时,操纵构件317又被置于其停止运行状态中。
在空气流出器320的第一表面324上并且与棱边322相邻地设置另一个操纵构件327,该操纵构件构成为具有圆形形状的滑动调节器。在此显示的操纵构件327与照明构件、空调装置以及接近传感器(分别未显示)作用连接。当车辆乘员的手接近这样构成的操纵构件327时,该操纵构件被置于运行状态中,在该运行状态中照明构件被接通并且滑动调节器被激活。照明构件构造成,显示关于空调装置的温度设定值的附加信息。通过手在操纵构件327上并且沿着棱边322的运动,根据手的运动方向可能的是,调节空调装置,即例如改变从空气流出器320流出到车辆内室200中的空气的温度和/或该空气的流动速度。当手又离开由接近传感器检测的区域时,操纵构件327又被置于其停止运行状态中。
在方向盘330或其轮辐的第二表面336上并且与棱边332相邻地设置另一操纵构件337,该操纵构件作为滑动调节器在轮辐纵向方向上延伸。在此显示的操纵构件337与照明构件、处于机动车1中的娱乐装置以及接近传感器(分别未显示)作用连接。当车辆乘员的手接近这样构成的操纵构件337时,该操纵构件被置于运行状态中,在该运行状态中照明构件被接通并且滑动调节器被激活。照明构件构造成,使得显示关于娱乐装置的音量调节值的附加信息。通过手在操纵构件337上并且沿着棱边332的运动,根据手的运动方向可能的是,调节娱乐装置的音量。当手又离开由接近传感器检测的区域时,操纵构件337又被置于其停止运行状态中。
在中控台340的第二表面346上并且与棱边342相邻地设置另一个操纵构件347,该操纵构件构成为滑动调节器。在此显示的操纵构件347与照明构件、处于车辆座椅上的按摩装置以及接近传感器(分别未显示)作用连接。当车辆乘员的手接近这样构成的操纵构件347时,该操纵构件被置于运行状态中,在该运行状态中照明构件被接通并且滑动调节器被激活。照明构件构造成,使得显示关于按摩装置的按摩强度的附加信息。通过手在操纵构件347上并且沿着棱边342的运动,根据手的运动方向可能的是,调节按摩装置、改变按摩强度和停止按摩装置。当手又离开由接近传感器检测的区域时,操纵构件347又被置于其停止运行状态中。
在扶手350的第二表面356上并且与棱边352相邻地设置另一个操纵构件357,该操纵构件同样构成为滑动调节器。在此显示的操纵构件357与照明构件、用于机动车100的前部区域的照明装置以及接近传感器(分别未显示)作用连接。当车辆乘员的手接近这样构成的操纵构件357时,该操纵构件被置于运行状态中,在该运行状态中照明构件被接通并且滑动调节器被激活。照明构件构造成,使得显示关于照明装置的亮度的附加信息。通过手在操纵构件357上并且沿着棱边352的运动,根据手的运动方向可能的是,打开照明装置、控制照明装置的亮度或者关闭照明装置。当手又离开由接近传感器检测的区域时,操纵构件357又被置于其停止运行状态中。
在此再次要指出的是,在操纵构件317、327、337、347和357处于它们的相应的运行状态之外时,这些操纵构件基本上不可见。因此,所有在图1中描述的操纵构件317、327、337、347和357处于它们的运行状态中,因为它们相对于相应的第一表面314、324、334、344或354以及第二表面316、326、336、346或356基于它们的相应的照明构件而在视觉上显著地突出。
这种情况在随后的附图2A和2B中借助于扶手350的相应的放大的透视图被再次阐述:如由图2A可见,处于其停止运行状态中的操纵构件357基本上不可见,因为该操纵构件在其可视侧上具有在视觉上与扶手350的第二表面356相同的掩盖构件400。相反,如果该操纵构件处于其运行状态中,那么光能够透过掩盖构件400并且操纵构件357以简单的方式可见,如从图2B直接可得出的。
在图2A和2B中显示的操纵构件357与棱边352相邻地处于第二表面356上。但是这不是必然的情形。更准确地说,如图3A至3C可以得出,操纵构件357也可以与棱边352相邻地定位在第一表面354(图3A)上,定位在第一表面356和棱边352本身上(图3B),或者仅仅定位在棱边352上(图3C)。
在各前述实施例中描述的操纵构件317、327、337、347和357基本上不仅在停止运行状态期间而且在操纵状态期间基本上平坦地构成。但是这不是必然的情形。更准确地说,一个、多个或者全部操纵构件317、327、337、347和357可以在其停止运行状态中平坦地构成,但是在其操纵状态中显著地从第一表面354和/或第二表面356突出地构成,如在图4A至4C中可得出的:
在图4A中显示,操纵构件357处于其操纵状态中,与棱边352相邻地处在扶手350的第一表面354上。操纵构件357与在此未显示的气动装置作用连接,该气动装置给在占据操纵状态时的操纵构件357填充空气,或者在又应占据停止运行状态时移除空气。因此操纵构件357将其在停止运行状态期间基本上平坦的外形改变成沿着棱边352延伸的基本上隆突的外形,因此,该操纵构件能够通过利用该操纵构件357的手(未显示)容易地找到。
在图4B中显示图4A中的实施方式的替代实施方式,其中,操纵构件357具有处于棱边352上的区段以及处于第二表面356上的区段,它们基于在此未显示的气动装置能被填充空气,以便分别在操纵状态期间占据基本上隆突的外形。
在图4C中描述另一个取而代之的实施方式。沿着棱边352在第二表面356上延伸的操纵构件357划分成多个并排地设置的分段357-1、357-2、357-3和357-4,它们在占据操纵状态期间分开地借助于在此未显示的气动装置填充空气。各分段357-1、357-2、357-3和357-4在此彼此间隔开,使得它们的相应的侧表面变得可见,出于整体概括的原因,在这些侧表面中仅仅描述侧表面357-6、357-7和357-8。侧表面357-6、357-7和357-8与操纵构件357的其余部分具有不同的颜色,例如信号色,因此操纵构件总体上不仅基于其表面外形的改变而且基于其着色而能容易地被用户识别。
要指出的是,参考图2A至4C描述的相应的实施方式的各特征也能够单独地或者整体上在其他的参考图1列举的车辆内室构件300中应用。因此尤其可能的是,这些车辆内室构件300之中的一个、多个或全部不仅构成有照明构件,而且构成有气动装置。另外可能的是,取代气动装置,相应的操纵构件317、327、337、347和357由形状可变的智能材料构成,该智能材料与在此未显示的控制构件作用连接,并且按期望的方式例如基于电脉冲而改变其形状。

Claims (7)

1.一种车辆内室构件(300;310,320,330,340,350),其具有第一表面(314,324,334,344,354)、与第一表面相邻的第二表面(316,326,336,346,356)、处于第一表面(314,324,334,344,354)与第二表面(316,326,336,346,356)之间的棱边(312,322,332,342,352)以及用于输入操纵信息的操纵构件(317,327,337,347,357),其特征在于,
所述操纵构件(317,327,337,347,357)与所述棱边(312,322,332,342,352)相邻地设置在第一表面(314,324,334,344,354)和/或第二表面(316,326,336,346,356)上;并且
所述操纵构件(317,327,337,347,357)构成为,在停止运行状态中不可见以及在操纵状态中可见。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆内室构件(300;310,320,330,340,350),其特征在于,所述操纵构件(317,327,337,347,357)与至少一个接近传感器和/或电子输入构件作用连接,所述操纵构件(317,327,337,347,357)在输出由接近传感器和/或电子输入构件输出的信号时占据停止运行状态或者操纵状态。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆内室构件(300;310,320,330,340,350),其特征在于,设有处于操纵构件(317,327,337,347,357)上的至少一个照明构件,所述照明构件在操纵状态中发光并且在停止运行状态中不发光;和/或设有投影构件,所述投影构件在运行状态中将光投射到所述操纵构件(317,327,337,347,357)上并且在停止运行状态中不将光投射到所述操纵构件上。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆内室构件(300;310,320,330,340,350),其特征在于,所述操纵构件(317,327,337,347,357)至少局部地沿着所述棱边(312,322,332,342,352)延伸。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆内室构件(300;310,320,330,340,350),其特征在于,所述第一表面(314,324,334,344,354)、所述第二表面(316,326,336,346,356)和/或所述棱边(312,322,332,342,352)在操纵状态中至少部分地具有几何结构和/或纹理,所述几何结构和/或纹理不同于在停止运行状态中的形状和/或纹理。
6.一种机动车,其特征在于,设有根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的车辆内室构件(300;310,320,330,340,350)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机动车,其特征在于,所述车辆内室构件(300)构成为仪表板(310)、空气流出器(320)、方向盘(330)、中控台(340)、扶手(350)、圆形仪器、侧面置物架、手套箱、堵塞构件、遮阳板、内室照明装置、手柄、门把手、车辆座椅、车辆内室饰件、天窗、衣帽架、头枕、扬声器、车辆底板、脚垫、安全带、安全带锁、安全带锁舌、车顶框架、接缝或接口槽。
