Description

Composition for preventing and treating skin photodamage and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care compositions, in particular to a composition for preventing and treating skin photodamage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is covered on the body surface, is used as the largest organ of the human body, is in direct contact with the external environment, and is the first protective barrier for resisting various external physical, chemical, biological and other stimuli. Among them, ultraviolet rays in the environment are a critical factor causing skin damage. With the improvement of living standard, people have higher requirements on the appearance and the state of skin. After the body is stimulated by medium-wave ultraviolet light for a long time, the injury reactions such as inflammatory reaction, oxidative damage, photocarcinogenesis and the like can occur, the phenomena that the epidermis and the dermis of the skin at the exposure part are rough and thickened in different degrees are shown, the skin of a serious person is loose, folds are thickened and deepened, hyperpigmentation or telangiectasia locally occurs, and even various benign or malignant tumors can occur. At present, medicaments for inhibiting skin photodamage, such as vitamins, signal channel regulators and the like, are provided, but the development of skin care products in the modern medical field still has a larger gap.
Lavender is the dry aerial part of Lavandula angustifolia (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) belonging to Labiatae, is a rare Chinese medicinal material and food spice, and is abundant in Lavender resource in Xinjiang Yili. The lavender total flavonoids can effectively remove superoxide anion free radicals, hydroxyl free radicals and DPPH, and have an antioxidation effect on linoleic acid, so the lavender total flavonoids have a strong in-vitro antioxidation effect. Skin photodamage is caused by excessive ultraviolet irradiation to the skin, the body will generate oxidative stress, Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) are generated excessively in the body or the body can remove the ROS slowly, so that a large amount of ROS accumulation, oxidation and oxidation resistance systems lose balance in the body, and skin tissues are damaged. Therefore, the lavender total flavonoids may have biological activity in the aspects of protecting skin from photodamage and the like.
Pigeon eggs are regarded in the traditional Chinese medicine as having the efficacies of tonifying qi and blood, tonifying liver and kidney, clearing heat and removing toxicity and the like, and are called animal ginseng. In the report of the basic nutritional index parameters of pigeon eggs, the contents of glutamic acid and proline are high, wherein glutamic acid has the effect of protecting skin from being wet, and proline is the main amino acid for synthesizing collagen, so that the content of the collagen of pigeon eggs is very high. Collagen has low antigenicity and biodegradability as a protein, and plays a very important role in the body. The iron content in the mineral elements and the polyunsaturated fatty acid content in the fatty acid composition are both high, so the pigeon eggs have obvious advantages in the nutritional aspects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and the like. The pigeon egg powder is an excellent product refined from pure fresh pigeon eggs, is a protein resource with rich source and high quality, and has the characteristics of high utilization rate and the like of the essential amino acid components contained in the pigeon eggs, and can promote skin cell migration, thereby accelerating wound healing.
