Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture, and particularly relates to a bait formula for nutrition enrichment of oyster fries in a larval stage.
Background
The oyster belongs to the phylum mollusca, class bivalvia, order pearl oyster, family oyster, widely distributed in all sea areas of the world, and is one of the important marine fishery resources in all parts of the world. The meat is fat and smooth, tastes delicious and is rich in nutrition, contains rich nutritional ingredients such as protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron and the like, and is called as seabed milk. The oyster also has good food therapy effect. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the oyster is sweet and nontoxic, can relieve five internal organs, regulate middle-jiao, tonify qi and nourish blood to relieve erysipelas, sober up, quench thirst, activate blood and allay hunger, and has the functions of moistening skin, beautifying and nourishing skin after being eaten for a long time. Modern medicine also considers that oyster meat also has the functions of lowering blood pressure, nourishing yin and blood and the like. The oyster also has various functions of 'fine skin, beautifying face', reducing blood pressure, nourishing yin and blood, building body and strengthening body, and the like, so the oyster is regarded as delicious seafood and body building food. Oysters are important mariculture objects in all countries of the world and become economic shellfish with the largest culture yield in China and even the world. The consumption demand is continuously enlarged, the rapid development of the oyster breeding industry is promoted, the seedling demand is increased, and the artificial seedling culture is rapidly developed. However, in the oyster seedling raising production, the problems of low hatchability, disintegration and death of the faceplates and the like frequently occur, and the yield of oyster seedlings is influenced. Therefore, a bait formula for enhancing nutrition of oyster fries in the larval stage is needed to improve the requirement of larval metamorphosis survival rate, improve immunity and anti-stress capability and accelerate larval development.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bait formula for enhancing nutrition of oyster fries in the larval stage, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a bait formula for enhancing nutrition of oyster fries in a larval stage is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-36 parts of chlorella mother liquor, 7-8 parts of diatom mother liquor, 5-7 parts of Platymonas vernalis mother liquor, 3-7 parts of chrysophyceae mother liquor, 2-5 parts of Lysimachia terrestris mother liquor and 1-2 parts of ceratophyllum mother liquor.
Preferably, the concentration of the chlorella mother liquor, diatom mother liquor, Platymonas mother liquor, Chrysophyta mother liquor, Langleaf mother liquor and Ceratophyllum mother liquor is 1.2 × 10 8 ~1.8×10 8 cells/ml。
Preferably, the density of the oyster larva in the breeding water containing the oyster larva is 60-70 per ml of water.
Preferably, the bait formula also comprises a liquid medicine additive, and the weight part of the liquid medicine additive in the bait formula is 10-15 parts.
Preferably, the liquid medicine additive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7-10 parts of gynostemma pentaphylla, 3.5-4.5 parts of humifuse euphorbia herb, 5-7 parts of sargassum fusiforme, 5-7 parts of silybum marianum, 6-9 parts of shepherd's purse, 7-11 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 11-14 parts of purslane and 5-8 parts of dandelion.
Preferably, the preparation method of the liquid medicine additive specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials according to the raw material proportion of the liquid medicine additive, cleaning the raw materials, fully drying the raw materials at 30-40 ℃, crushing the raw materials by a crusher, and mixing the raw materials to obtain a raw material mixture;
(2) putting the raw material mixture into an extraction container, adding purified water of 40-50 times, boiling at normal pressure, preserving heat for 50 minutes, and stirring in the heat preservation process;
(3) cooling the liquid obtained in the step (2) to normal temperature, and adding 1-2 parts by weight of cane sugar, 0.5-1 part by weight of albumen powder and 0.2-0.3 part by weight of K 2 HPO 4 0.2 to 0.4 part of MgSO 4 7H2O and 0.02-0.04 part of CaCl2, and adjusting the pH value to 7.1-7.4;
(4) selecting a liquid fermentation tank, wherein the liquid filling amount is 60%, inoculating bacillus subtilis and saccharomycetes, controlling the fermentation temperature to be 30-35 ℃, stirring at the stirring speed of 200rpm, the ventilation volume of 50L/min, and the aerobic fermentation time of 55 h;
(5) after aerobic fermentation, inoculating lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium, controlling the fermentation temperature to be 28-33 ℃, and stirring at the stirring speed of 200rpm for 20 hours;
(6) filtering after fermentation to obtain the liquid medicine additive.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that: the bait formula disclosed by the invention is comprehensive in nutrition, easy to digest, good in palatability and excellent in food calling and ingestion effect, so that the growth and development and metabolism of oyster fries are accelerated; the bait can improve the requirements of nutrition strengthening and metamorphosis survival rate improvement of the larvae, improve the immunity and anti-stress capability and accelerate the development of the larvae; the liquid medicine additive can replace antibiotic medicine, effectively inhibit disease microorganisms and optimize the living environment of oyster larva.
