Description

Feed additive capable of improving lactation performance of yaks and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to a feed additive capable of improving the lactation performance of yaks and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Because the yak has strong cold resistance, the yak is the dominant livestock in Qinghai, Tibet and other areas from ancient times to present, and the whole yak is treasure, so that the yak has extremely high economic value, and yak dung can be used as fuel. The yak hair can be used as clothes or tents, the skin can be used for tanning, the yak meat is edible, the yak hair yak has high nutritive value, is rich in protein, amino acid and the like, and enhances the resistance of a human body.
At present, farmers usually feed yaks with corn or dry pasture, and the weight of the yaks after feeding is not obviously increased. In order to solve the problem, a large number of yak feed additives are produced, but most of yak feed additives can only solve a single problem, for example, although the Chinese patent invention CN201910492198.2 provides a yak feed additive, the formula mainly depends on the problems of long adjustment time and complex preparation process of a traditional Chinese medicine extract, and meanwhile, the yak feed additive can only improve the survival rate of yaks and has no great effect on improving the weight of the yaks. For another example, the Chinese invention patent CN201611013682.5 provides a yak feed containing tea flower fermentation product, the feed can only improve the disease prevention capability of yaks, and because many factors influence the survival rate of yaks, the yaks are troubled by diseases and die due to malnutrition. the yak breeding test is carried out in the same yak batch, 108 yaks in the lactation period are selected, each yak is subjected to routine inspection before the test to determine that the yak is free of disease, and the weight difference of the yaks is lower than 2 kg. Randomly and equally dividing 9 groups, and feeding 1-3 groups with conventional feed added with 200kg of the yak feed additive disclosed in the embodiments 1-3; feeding 4-8 groups of conventional feed added with the yak feed additive in the comparative examples 1-5; group 9 was a blank control group fed with regular feed without any feed additives. The 9 groups are all fed in a free grazing, normal feeding and equal feed feeding mode. The test comprises a 120d test period, the weight of each group of yaks is measured and recorded every 20d (the average value of the weight of the yaks is calculated for recording), the cowshed is guaranteed to be clean in the test process, the cowshed is disinfected by quicklime 1 time every week, and all tested yaks freely drink water.
After 120d feeding, the data are shown in table 1: (the weight of the yak was found to be 26 + -2 kg before the test was conducted)
Table 1:
Figure BDA0003413741060000131
according to the table 1, the incidence rate of the yaks in the lactation period can be obviously reduced and the survival rate of the yaks can be improved by adopting the yak feed additive, and the feed intake of the yaks in the lactation period can be obviously improved by feeding the yak feed additive, so that the weight of the yaks in the lactation period is obviously increased, and the milk yield of the yaks in the lactation period is obviously increased. According to the example 1 and the comparative example 1, the effect obtained in the comparative example 2 is further known that the unite bran and the tea tree pollen can play an obvious synergistic effect, and the tea tree pollen can influence the yaks without adding the unite bran, so that the survival rate of the yaks in the lactation period is reduced; tea tree pollen is not added, and the nutrition value is low due to the independent action of bran, so that the weight gain of the yaks in the lactation period is obviously reduced. According to the effects obtained in the example 1 and the comparative examples 3 to 5, the raw materials of the invention can play a good synergistic effect, and the effect of the feed additive is reduced due to the lack of a certain raw material.
