a. putting 15 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 2 parts of radix isatidis, 2 parts of liquorice, 3 parts of radix astragali, 1 part of folium isatidis and 2 parts of herba violae into water, heating to 90 ℃, cooling the decocted liquid, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain residue-free liquid A for later use;
b. putting 5 parts of vitamin additive, 4 parts of compound mineral, 0.5 part of amino acid, 0.7 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.2 part of ferric sulfate and 0.1 part of trace element into water with the temperature of 20 ℃ for mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
c. mixing and crushing 5 parts of marigold root, 1 part of pepper, 1 part of saponin seed and 4 parts of mint leaf, drying at 50 ℃, and performing Soxhlet extraction to obtain a mixture C;
d. crushing 20 parts of wheat bran, 10 parts of sorghum, 1 part of carrot, 5 parts of rice bran, 5 parts of fruit pulp and 10 parts of corn, mixing with 1 part of fish meal, 1 part of raw egg and 1 part of fish oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture D for later use;
e. mixing and stirring the mixture C and the mixture D according to the weight ratio of 1:10, adding yeast fermentation liquor and bacillus fermentation liquor, uniformly stirring, hermetically fermenting at 40 ℃ for 3 days, adding the dreg-free liquid A, uniformly stirring, and hermetically fermenting at 55 ℃ for 20 days to obtain a fermented product;
f. mixing the mixed solution B with the fermented product according to the weight ratio of 2: 25, adding the spirulina powder, the sucrose powder, the maltodextrin, the flavoring agent and the distilled water into the mixture, stirring for 20min at the rotating speed of 200r/min, drying and granulating to obtain a finished product.
The vitamin additive in the embodiment comprises 0.5 part of vitamin A, 61.5 parts of vitamin B, 1.3 parts of vitamin D and 0.8 part of vitamin K.
In the embodiment, the solvent of Soxhlet extraction is chloroform, the extraction temperature is 75 ℃, and the extraction time is 5 h.
In this example, the yeast fermentation broth in step b is obtained by fermenting and culturing yeast at 28 ℃ for 3 days.
In this example, the Bacillus fermentation broth of step b is obtained by fermenting and culturing Bacillus at 33 deg.C for 4 days.

a. putting 25 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 4 parts of radix isatidis, 4 parts of liquorice, 5 parts of radix astragali, 3 parts of folium isatidis and 4 parts of herba violae into water, heating to 100 ℃, cooling the decocted liquid, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain residue-free liquid A for later use;
b. putting 9 parts of vitamin additive, 6 parts of composite mineral, 0.7 part of amino acid, 0.9 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.4 part of ferric sulfate and 0.3 part of trace element into water with the temperature of 30 ℃ for mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
c. mixing and crushing 7 parts of marigold root, 3 parts of pepper, 3 parts of saponin seed and 6 parts of mint leaf, drying at 60 ℃, and performing Soxhlet extraction to obtain a mixture C;
d. crushing 30 parts of wheat bran, 20 parts of sorghum, 3 parts of carrot, 7 parts of rice bran, 7 parts of fruit meal and 20 parts of corn, mixing with 2 parts of fish meal, 2 parts of raw eggs and 2 parts of fish oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture D for later use;
e. mixing and stirring the mixture C and the mixture D according to the weight ratio of 1:16, adding yeast fermentation liquor and bacillus fermentation liquor, uniformly stirring, carrying out sealed fermentation at 45 ℃ for 6 days, adding the dreg-free liquid A, uniformly stirring, and carrying out sealed fermentation at 60 ℃ for 25 days to obtain a fermented product;
f. mixing the mixed solution B with the fermented product according to the weight ratio of 2: 35, adding the spirulina powder, the sucrose powder, the maltodextrin, the flavoring agent and the distilled water into the mixture, stirring for 30min at the rotating speed of 220r/min, drying and granulating to obtain the finished product.
The vitamin additive in the embodiment comprises 0.9 part of vitamin A, 62.9 parts of vitamin B, 3.7 parts of vitamin D and 2.3 parts of vitamin K.
In the embodiment, the solvent of Soxhlet extraction is chloroform, the extraction temperature is 80 ℃, and the extraction time is 7 h.
In this example, the yeast fermentation broth in step b is obtained by fermenting and culturing yeast at 29 deg.C for 5 days.
In this example, the Bacillus fermentation broth of step b is obtained by fermenting and culturing Bacillus at 35 deg.C for 4-6 days.

b. putting 7 parts of vitamin additive, 5 parts of composite mineral, 0.6 part of amino acid, 0.8 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.3 part of ferric sulfate and 0.2 part of trace element into water with the temperature of 25 ℃ for mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
c. mixing and crushing 6 parts of marigold root, 2 parts of pepper, 2 parts of saponin seed and 5 parts of mint leaf, drying at 55 ℃, and performing Soxhlet extraction to obtain a mixture C;
d. crushing 25 parts of wheat bran, 15 parts of sorghum, 2 parts of carrot, 6 parts of rice bran, 6 parts of fruit meal and 15 parts of corn, mixing with 1.5 parts of fish meal, 1.5 parts of raw eggs and 1.5 parts of fish oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture D for later use;
e. mixing and stirring the mixture C and the mixture D according to the weight ratio of 1:13, adding yeast fermentation liquor and bacillus fermentation liquor, uniformly stirring, carrying out sealed fermentation at 42 ℃ for 5 days, adding the dreg-free liquid A, uniformly stirring, and carrying out sealed fermentation at 57 ℃ for 22 days to obtain a fermented product;
f. mixing the mixed solution B with the fermented product according to the weight ratio of 2: 30, adding spirulina powder, sucrose powder, maltodextrin, flavoring agent and distilled water into the mixture, stirring for 25min at the rotating speed of 240r/min, drying and granulating to obtain the finished product.
The vitamin additive in the embodiment comprises 0.7 part of vitamin A, 62 parts of vitamin B, 2 parts of vitamin D and 1.5 parts of vitamin K.
In the embodiment, the solvent of Soxhlet extraction is chloroform, the extraction temperature is 78 ℃, and the extraction time is 6 h.
In this embodiment, the yeast fermentation broth in step b is obtained by fermenting and culturing yeast at 28-29 deg.C for 34 days.
In this example, the Bacillus fermentation broth of step b is obtained by fermenting and culturing Bacillus at 34 deg.C for 5 days.
In the present embodiment, the bacillus is any one or a mixture of bacillus subtilis, bacillus cereus and bacillus curvatus.

the test method comprises the following steps: selecting 60 healthy growing pigs which are similar in variety, age and weight and are healthy and have no disease and do not show symptoms of African swine fever, cleaning 6 pigsties in an African swine fever county area, fully sterilizing, feeding the 6 fattening pigs in the 6 cleaned pigsties, respectively adding the feed of examples 1-3 into 1-3 of the pigsties, respectively taking 4-6 as a control group, feeding the feed on the market, and obtaining the following results within 60 days of the test period, wherein the 10 healthy growing pigs are in one group and 6 groups in total, and the 6 groups are in the African swine fever county area:

The control experiment shows that the wormwood feed can effectively prevent live pigs from infecting African swine fever, is rich in nutrition and good in palatability, effectively improves the immunity of the live pigs, enhances the disease resistance, balances the nutrition and has no chemical medicine residue; meanwhile, the preparation method has the advantages of low material cost, easily obtained raw materials, simple process, high practical value and good application prospect.

Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the wormwood feed for preventing African swine fever is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. putting 15-25 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 2-4 parts of radix isatidis, 2-4 parts of liquorice, 3-5 parts of radix astragali, 1-3 parts of folium isatidis and 2-4 parts of herba violae into water, heating to 90-100 ℃, cooling the decocted liquid, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain residue-free liquid A for later use;
b. 5-9 parts of vitamin additive, 4-6 parts of compound mineral, 0.5-0.7 part of amino acid, 0.7-0.9 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.2-0.4 part of ferric sulfate and 0.1-0.3 part of trace element are put into water with the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for mixing to obtain mixed solution B;
c. mixing and crushing 5-7 parts of marigold root, 1-3 parts of pepper, 1-3 parts of saponin seeds and 4-6 parts of mint leaf, drying at 50-60 ℃, and performing Soxhlet extraction to obtain a mixture C;
d. crushing 20-30 parts of wheat bran, 10-20 parts of sorghum, 1-3 parts of carrots, 5-7 parts of rice bran, 5-7 parts of fruit meal and 10-20 parts of corns, mixing with 1-2 parts of fish meal, 1-2 parts of raw eggs and 1-2 parts of fish oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture D for later use;
e. mixing and stirring the mixture C and the mixture D according to the weight ratio of 1:10-16, adding yeast fermentation liquor and bacillus fermentation liquor, uniformly stirring, carrying out sealed fermentation at 40-45 ℃ for 3-6 days, adding the residue-free liquid juice A, uniformly stirring, and carrying out sealed fermentation at 55-60 ℃ for 20-25 days to obtain a fermented product;
f. mixing the mixed solution B with the fermented product according to the weight ratio of 2: 25-35, adding the spirulina powder, the sucrose powder, the maltodextrin, the flavoring agent and the distilled water into the mixture, stirring for 20-30min at the rotating speed of 200 plus 220r/min, drying and granulating to obtain the finished product.
2. The method for preparing moxa feed for prevention of African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein the vitamin supplement comprises vitamin A0.5-0.9 parts, vitamin B61.5-2.9 parts, vitamin D1.3-3.7 parts, vitamin K0.8-2.3 parts.
3. The method for preparing the wormwood feed for preventing the African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein the solvent for Soxhlet extraction is chloroform, the extraction temperature is 75-80 ℃, and the extraction time is 5-7 h.
4. The method for preparing wormwood feed for preventing african swine fever according to claim 1, wherein the yeast fermentation broth of the step b is obtained by fermenting and culturing yeast at 28-29 ℃ for 3-5 days;
the bacillus fermentation liquor in the step b is obtained by fermenting and culturing bacillus at the temperature of 33-35 ℃ for 4-6 days.
5. The method for preparing moxa feed for prevention of African swine fever according to claim 4, wherein the Bacillus is any one or a mixture of Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus and Bacillus curvatus.
6. The method for preparing the wormwood feed for preventing African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein the amino acid is one or more of methionine, glutamic acid, lysine, arginine, glutamine and glycine.
7. The method for preparing wormwood feed for preventing African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein the composite minerals of step b are mixed with iron salt, copper salt, manganese salt, zinc salt, selenium salt, cobalt salt, iodine salt and magnesium salt.
8. The method for preparing the wormwood feed for preventing the African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the spirulina powder comprises the following steps:
cleaning fresh spirulina, cutting, pulverizing in a pulverizer, spray drying for 1 ~ 3h, sieving with 80 ~ 200 mesh sieve, and microwave sterilizing for 1 ~ 3min to obtain the spirulina powder.
9. The method for preparing moxa feed for prevention of African swine fever according to claim 1, wherein the spirulina powder, sucrose powder, maltodextrin, and flavor enhancer are added in amounts of 6%, 3%, 2%, and 1% by weight of the mixture in this step, respectively.
10. The preparation method of the wormwood feed for preventing African swine fever according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
a. putting 20 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 3 parts of radix isatidis, 3 parts of liquorice, 4 parts of radix astragali, 2 parts of folium isatidis and 3 parts of herba violae into water, heating to 95 ℃, cooling the decocted liquid, and filtering by using a filter screen to obtain residue-free liquid A for later use;
b. putting 7 parts of vitamin additive, 5 parts of composite mineral, 0.6 part of amino acid, 0.8 part of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.3 part of ferric sulfate and 0.2 part of trace element into water with the temperature of 25 ℃ for mixing to obtain a mixed solution B;
c. mixing and crushing 6 parts of marigold root, 2 parts of pepper, 2 parts of saponin seed and 5 parts of mint leaf, drying at 55 ℃, and performing Soxhlet extraction to obtain a mixture C;
d. crushing 25 parts of wheat bran, 15 parts of sorghum, 2 parts of carrot, 6 parts of rice bran, 6 parts of fruit meal and 15 parts of corn, mixing with 1.5 parts of fish meal, 1.5 parts of raw eggs and 1.5 parts of fish oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture D for later use;
e. mixing and stirring the mixture C and the mixture D according to the weight ratio of 1:13, adding yeast fermentation liquor and bacillus fermentation liquor, uniformly stirring, carrying out sealed fermentation at 42 ℃ for 5 days, adding the dreg-free liquid A, uniformly stirring, and carrying out sealed fermentation at 57 ℃ for 22 days to obtain a fermented product;
f. mixing the mixed solution B with the fermented product according to the weight ratio of 2: 30, adding spirulina powder, sucrose powder, maltodextrin, flavoring agent and distilled water into the mixture, stirring for 25min at the rotating speed of 240r/min, drying and granulating to obtain the finished product.
