Abstract
汽车自动变速箱用的控制器(1)具有一个由下部2和盖(3)组成的外壳。外壳中装有一块配有控制器电路元器件(11、12)的印刷电路板(8)。在弹性物质(6)中除了嵌入电磁操作液压阀的多个阀门线圈(4)以外,至少嵌入一个转速传感器(14),从而将其位置固定在外壳中。转速传感器传到变速箱的齿轮(16)或一个别的旋转部件的附近,并通过感应或霍尔效应检测该齿轮的旋转运动。
Description
本发明涉及权利要求1前序部分所述的一种控制器。这种控制器用来控制汽车的自动变速箱。如果这种变速箱是一种分级变速箱,则控制器根据行驶情况和司机要求来选择并输入最适合的档速。如果变速箱是无级变速箱,则控制器确定最有利的变速箱速比。
在用一种公知的控制器来控制自动变速箱的电磁操作液压阀时,阀门线圈设置在控制器中,即嵌入一种弹性物质中,从而将其位置固定在控制器外壳内(见DE4232205A1)。通过弹性物质的弹性可抵消阀门组的制造公差,控制器在安装到自动变速箱的外壳上时插到阀门组上。
为了控制器顺利执行任务,它必须对一系列传感器例如发动机转速传感器、发动机负荷传感器等的信号进行处理。在早些时候的专利申请号P4334595.6(我们的编号为GR93P1743DE)中,通过传感器信号无线传输到变速箱控制器而减少了变速箱控制器与各种传感器连接所需的电缆连接和插头费用。
本发明的任务在于,将控制器与这种自动检测变速箱测量值的传感器连接所需的费用进一步减少。
本发明这个任务是通过权利要求1的控制器来实现的。本发明的各种改进在从属权利要求中叙述。
下面结合附图来详细说明本发明的一个实施例。
控制器1具有一个由一个外壳下部2和顶盖3组成的外壳。外壳下部2有一排嵌入弹性物质6例如填料中的阀门线圈4,从而固定住它们的位置。下部2向下敞口,并在装配时插入图中未示出的变速箱的孔口中,从而固定在变速箱外壳上。其中分别具有一个内空腔7的阀门线圈4被推到凸出阀门组的阀门罩上,阀门组装入变速箱中并具有操作变速箱摩擦元件所需的液压阀。变速箱和阀门组在图中没有示出,因为它们是人所共知的而且不是本发明的组成部分。
控制器的外壳在一个用盖3封闭的空腔中固定住一个作为电路板用的印刷电路板8,该电路板固定(例如粘接)在一个冷却元件10例如铝板上。在电路板8上装有大量电气和电子元器件11、12,这些元器件与它们连接的导线(在此图中看不见)组成控制器的电路。
转速传感器14也装在外壳下部2上,即嵌入弹性物质4中,从而固定住它的位置,该传感器传到引起磁通变化的作为感应器用的齿轮16或一个别的旋转部件(例如变速箱的刹车鼓轮)的附近,并通过感应或霍尔效应检测该齿轮的运动。连接电线(图中未示出)穿过电路板8的连接孔并与它们焊接。这样就不需要从控制器引出连接电线,从而降低电线敷设费用并避免易引起故障的插接。
阀门线圈4按公知的方式由一个塑料制成的套筒状线圈体17、一个装在其上的线圈18和一个金属磁轭套筒19组成,这些阀门线圈4由电路板8上的电路控制并操作变速箱中的液压阀。
Claims (4)
1.汽车自动变速箱用的控制器(1)带有一个外壳(2、3),在外壳(2、3)中装有一块配有电路元器件(11、12)的电路板(8)和电磁液压阀的阀门线圈(4),这些阀门线圈嵌入弹性物质(6)中,其特征是,
外壳(2、3)中设置有一个转速传感器(14)用来检测变速箱内一个旋转部件(16)的旋转运动,该传感器嵌入弹性物质(6)中。
2.按权利要求1的控制器,其特征是,转速传感器(14)是感应传感器。
3.按权利要求1的控制器,其特征是,转速传感器(14)是霍尔效应传感器。
4.按权利要求1的控制器,其特征是,转速传感器(14)与电路板(8)上的电路元器件(11、12)电连接。
