胺是氨的有机衍生物,其中一个、两个或所有三个氨氢被有机基团例如烷基或芳基取代。这类化合物具有典型的亲核行为,并且出于该原因,它们通常通过非常快的动力学与衍生自羧酸的酰基化合物反应。
胺部分在生物学中是普遍存在的,并且考虑到本发明的应用领域,最有趣的生物学过程之一是源自氨基酸分解的胺释放。具体地,像这样的过程涉及鱼类腐烂,并且一些化合物例如三甲胺(trimethylamine,TMA)、二甲胺(dimethylamine,DMA)和氨通常典型地与冰下储存的海洋鱼类的腐败相关。特别地,TMA是海洋鱼类最具特征的腐败代谢物之一,并且由于其浓的像氨一样的气味和鱼腥气味,即使在低浓度下其通常也能够主导其他气味。TMA对食品腐败的影响取决于动物种类、应用环境和储存温度。
尽管胺检测可以容易地控制,但重要的是要强调,这不能代表确定产品品质劣化的有效标志。同时,这些分子气味难闻,并且它们在封闭的食品包装中的累积可能导致消费者拒绝新鲜食品。在这方面,已经进行了许多努力来去除产生的胺以使不合格品的数量减少,但是到目前为止,还没有确定有效的解决方案。
如WO 2014/052055中所报道的,解决该问题的一种可能性在于通过使用被吸收在载体上的酸反应物(通常为羧酸)来去除生物胺:胺与酸反应以形成铵盐,并因此减少食品气味。由同一申请人在WO 2014/052053中公开的另一种可能的方法描述了用于含蛋白质食品的包装,所述包装包括吸收在载体上的氧化剂,通常为过氧化氢或亚氯酸钠。此外在该应用中,通过活性物质与胺的反应达到气味控制的目的。
因此,明显的是,引用的现有技术中所描述的两种方法均未使用吸收方法来解决与富蛋白质食品有关的气味问题,而是使用转化方法,即导致一些反应产物的形成。沸石与活性炭、硅胶、纤维素纸和通用“吸收性聚合物”一起被引用仅作为活性物质的潜在载体,但重要的是要指出,要求保护的工艺对于沸石的使用来说可能太强了,所述沸石在酸性环境和氧化环境二者中会被破坏。
此外,WO 2014/052053公开了与作为活性炭和硅胶的可释放系统相关的实施方案;具体地,被吸收的生物胺被释放到封闭的包装中,并且氧化剂系统与被释放的胺反应以不可逆地保留胺。因此明显的是,吸收机制需要与其他保持系统(即,能够阻挡反应产物的系统)耦合。
在现有技术中,不同的文献描述了沸石在各种领域例如清洁剂组合物和清洁棒组合物中作为气味控制吸收性材料的用途。美国专利4795482和4826497公开了具有“高”的硅酸盐/铝酸盐比率的沸石,其中Si/Al比率在100至250的范围内;类似地,US 5211870报道了以100至250的Si/Al比率为特征的沸石。
另一些文献描述了使用沸石作为用于与食品接触的物品(例如US 2002/012760中的食品托盘或WO 00/26100中的用于液体用容器的密封件)的无机抗微生物剂。现有技术中公开的沸石的另一种应用是作为组合物的组分,所述组合物可以用作用于食品包装材料的材料,例如在JP H06/40958中的用于生产2,6-二烷基萘的方法中或者在JP H10/7875中的用于生产丙烯-α-烯烃嵌段共聚物组合物的方法中。
本发明的目的是提供用于其封闭容积中的胺气味控制或去除的被制造为封闭包装系统的食品包装,所述食品包装包括胺吸收性成分,所述胺吸收性成分包含Si/Al原子比为5至20的铵交换的丝光沸石(MOR)型沸石。
因此,所述组合物的特征在于与以上所报道的已知比率相比较低的Si/Al比率,这导致总酸度增加,从而改善了沸石的活性和选择性二者,并且对胺具有强的亲和力。
在一个优选实施方案中,所述Si/Al比率为8至20。
适合于在本发明中使用的MOR沸石以每克重量的胺释放性新鲜食品2μg至50μg的量存在。
在本发明的一些替代实施方案中,上述MOR沸石可以与适用于去除胺的其他种类的沸石组合使用。
例如,为了在低温(即低于100℃的温度)下保持高可逆性的同时提高系统的吸着能力,可以进一步添加Si/Al原子比为2至30的ZnO掺杂的八面沸石(Faujasite,FAU)型沸石。实际上,根据在ZnO掺杂的沸石上使用程序升温脱附(Temperature ProgramDesorption,TPD)技术实现的TMA测试,这种金属氧化物的存在引起在较低温度下的第一释放峰的强度增加,并且导致在较高温度下出现的第二释放峰的温度降低,这对应于在25℃至100℃范围内的吸着性能的总体提高。
所述FAU沸石优选以每克重量的胺释放性新鲜食品1μg至40μg的量存在。
此外,ZSM-5、CuO掺杂的沸石显示出与高能酸位点有关的相关组分。因此,为了在150℃至270℃的范围内获得最高吸着能力,本文中公开的食品包装的胺吸收性成分还可以以每克重量的胺释放性新鲜食品1.5μg至40μg的量包含Si/Al原子比为10至50的CuO掺杂的ZSM-5型沸石。
根据本发明,沸石呈由X90表征的平均尺寸为0.2μm至10μm的粉末形式,其中X90表示样品中按体积计90%的颗粒包含在给定范围内的球形直径。在一些实施方案中,上述沸石粉末被容纳在袋中,所述袋由在以下组成的组中选择的材料实现:低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚酯和生物聚酯。

所述聚合物基体可以以层的形式实现,所述层的特征在于厚度在0.5μm至50μm之间并且可以被涂覆在聚合物或纤维素纸基底或者源自农业和食品垃圾的纸基底上。

实施例
根据本发明,MOR(NH4)被选择为样品S1,并且其平均尺寸为2μm至10μm以及Si/Al比率为10,如表1中所总结。
类似地,样品S2至S5通过将MOR沸石与FAU和ZSM-5离子交换的沸石混合来制备,如表1中所报告。
比较样品1(C1)MOR(H)沸石由与以上S1相同的相同样品通过在空气中在500℃下热处理5小时来制备。这种热处理允许从沸石骨架中除去铵离子,从而产生平均尺寸为2μm至10μm并且Si/Al比率为10的未交换的MOR(H)沸石。
比较样品2(C2)ZnO掺杂的MOR(H)沸石首先通过将样品MOR(NH4)在空气中在500℃下热处理5小时,然后通过离子交换法来制备。MOR(H)沸石的X90为0.2μm至10μm。将10g沸石分散在锌盐(例如硝酸盐或乙酸盐)溶液中,然后在滤纸上过滤并热处理以促进溶剂蒸发。
如通过ICP质谱所评估的,所得的锌交换量相对MOR沸石重量为约2.4%重量。

借助程序升温脱附(TPD)技术测试表1中报告的沸石以确定解吸过程的动力学参数和热力学参数。将各样品用程序升温加热,并检测从样品中演变而来的原子和分子的分压。
在静态条件下,通过注入10cm3的气态TMA在30℃下放置10分钟来使反应器饱和。在饱和之后,将反应器与载体流在线连接,记录在饱和温度下TMA的释放(死体积)。TPD最终进行至最高500℃。
