本发明公开一种茶籽油皂基的精制及其洗涤剂制备方法,茶籽油皂基制备方法具体包括如下步骤:步骤一、称取100份的茶籽油粗皂基,于70‑95℃下水浴加热,搅拌5‑20 min至完全熔化,后加入2‑8份粗盐,搅拌至混合均匀后加入70‑200份95%乙醇,保温2‑7 h;步骤二、保温后,取出上层甘油,加入100‑300份蒸馏水,加热至沸腾后加入20‑70份40%的氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌至混合均匀,降至室温后放置冷藏,备用。本方案将茶籽油精炼过程中的副产物粗脂肪酸钠“变废为宝”,既避免了污染环境,又提高了资源利用率。

背景技术
茶籽作为我国木本,油茶果实含油量高达55%,茶油中富含丰富的油酸、亚麻酸、亚油酸等人体所需不饱和脂肪酸,其不饱和脂肪酸含量高达90%,是我国食用油的重要营养油品。然而茶籽榨油后的茶枯或称茶籽粉饼,作为榨油的废渣多少年来没有得到规模化的循环利用,甚至废弃。因此茶树资源的可持续发展,对开拓油茶副产物资源的加工利用、提高茶油产业附加值具有十分重要的现实意义。茶籽粉中含有15~18%的茶皂素,茶皂素是一种性能优良的绿色天然环保的非离子表面活性剂,拥有去污,发泡与乳化等表面特性,并且具有很好的抑菌效果,基于以茶枯茶籽饼粕中茶皂素为原料制备环境友好型各种功能型液体洗涤剂,只要调节其中配方的功能成分,既可以将茶籽油精炼过程中的副产物“变废为宝”,走循环经济策略,减少环境污染,响应了国家资源节约的号召,同时也促进了茶树资源的可持续发展,对开拓茶枯副产物资源的加工利用、提高茶油产业附加值具有十分重要的现实意义。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本方案的茶籽油皂基为茶皂素成分,是一种性能优良的绿色天然环保的非离子表面活性剂,去污力强,发泡与乳化等表面特性好,并且具有很好的天然抑菌效果。
本发明的第一目的是提供一种茶籽油皂基精制方法。
本发明采用如下方案:一种茶籽油皂基精制方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、称取100份的茶籽油粗皂基,于70-95℃下水浴加热,搅拌5-20 min至完全熔化,后加入2-8份粗盐,搅拌至混合均匀后加入70-200份质量分数为95%的乙醇,保温2-7h;
步骤二、保温完成后,取出上层甘油,加入100-300份蒸馏水,加热至沸腾后加入20-70份质量分数40%的氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌至混合均匀,降至室温后放置冷藏,得到产品,备用。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种利用茶籽油皂基制备洗涤剂的方法。
步骤一、将2-10份的精制茶籽油皂基、0.05-0.3份的乙二胺四乙酸、0.5-3份的二甲苯磺酸钠在一定量的蒸馏水中混合,40-85℃水浴加热,搅拌至混合均匀;
步骤二、向步骤一所得混合均匀的样品中,加入8-15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和3-10份椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、自然冷却至室温后,按比例加入1-5份柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液,调节pH值至6-8;
步骤四、按比例称取3-10份粗盐,加入步骤三所得pH值调好的样品中,补充余量水分,搅拌均匀,即得到洗涤剂产品;
所述步骤一中,精制茶籽油皂基是根据上述的茶籽油皂基精制方法制备得到。

本实施例提供一种茶籽油皂基精制方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、称取100份的茶籽油粗皂基,于70-95℃下水浴加热,搅拌5-20 min至完全熔化,后加入2-8份粗盐,搅拌至混合均匀后加入70-200份质量分数为95%的乙醇,保温2-7 h;步骤二、保温完成后,取出上层甘油,加入100-300份蒸馏水,加热至沸腾后加入20-70份质量分数40%的氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌至混合均匀,降至室温后放置冷藏,得到精制后的产品,备用。
本实施例还提供一种利用茶籽油皂基制备的洗涤剂,由如下重量份数的组分制备而成:根据上述所述的茶籽油皂基精制方法制备得到的茶籽油皂基2-10份、乙二胺四乙酸0.05-0.3份、二甲苯磺酸钠0.5-3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8-15份、椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺3-10份、柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液1-5份、粗盐3-10份和蒸馏水48-82份。
所述洗涤剂的制备步骤如下:
步骤一、将2-10份的精制茶籽油皂基、0.05-0.3份的乙二胺四乙酸、0.5-3份的二甲苯磺酸钠加入一定量的蒸馏水中混合,40-85℃水浴加热,搅拌至混合均匀;
步骤二、向步骤一所得混合均匀的样品中,加入8-15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和3-10份椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、自然冷却至室温后,按比例加入1-5份柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液,调节pH值至6-8;
步骤四、按比例称取3-10份粗盐,加入步骤三所得pH值调好的样品中,补充余量水分,搅拌均匀,即得到洗涤剂产品。
所述步骤一中,精制茶籽油皂基根据上述的茶籽油皂基精制方法制备得到。
实施例1:
一种茶籽油皂基制备的天然洗涤剂,所述洗涤剂按照重量份数由以下原料制成:精制茶籽油皂基2份、乙二胺四乙酸0.05份、二甲苯磺酸钠0.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8份、椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺3份、柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液1份、粗盐3份和蒸馏水82份。
茶籽油皂基精制方法:
步骤一、盐析:称取100份的茶籽油粗皂基,于70℃下水浴加热,搅拌5 min至完全熔化,后置入2份粗盐,搅拌至混合均匀后加入70份质量分数为95%的乙醇,保温2 h。
步骤二、碱析:保温后,取出上层甘油,加入100份蒸馏水,加热至沸腾后,再加入20份40%的氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌至混合均匀,降至室温后放置冰箱冷藏,得到精制产品,备用。
制备茶籽油皂基天然洗涤剂:步骤一、将上述精制得到的茶籽油皂基2份、乙二胺四乙酸0.05份、二甲苯磺酸钠0.5份和蒸馏水80份混合,40℃水浴加热,搅拌至混合均匀;步骤二、加入8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和3份椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至完全溶解;步骤三、自然冷却至室温后,加入1份柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液,调pH值至6;步骤四、向步骤三所得样品中加入3份粗盐,补充余量蒸馏水2份,搅拌均匀,即茶籽洗涤剂成品。
实施例2:
一种茶籽油皂基制备的天然洗涤剂,所述洗涤剂按照重量份数由以下原料制成:精制茶籽油皂基4份、乙二胺四乙酸0.1份、二甲苯磺酸钠1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠13份、椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺7份、柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液2份、粗盐4份和蒸馏水66份。
茶籽油皂基精制方法:
步骤一、盐析:称取100份的茶籽油粗皂基,于90℃下水浴加热,搅拌10 min至完全熔化,后置入4份粗盐,搅拌至混合均匀后加入100份95%乙醇,保温4 h。
步骤二、碱析:保温后,取出上层甘油,加入200份蒸馏水,加热至沸腾后加入40份质量分数为40%的氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌至混合均匀,降至室温后放置冰箱冷藏,得到精制成品,备用。
制备茶籽油皂基天然洗涤剂:步骤一、将上述精制得到的茶籽油皂基4份、乙二胺四乙酸0.1份、二甲苯磺酸钠1份和蒸馏水60份混合,70℃水浴加热,搅拌至混合均匀;步骤二、加入13份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和7份椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至完全溶解;步骤三、自然冷却至室温后,加入2份柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液,调pH值至6.5;步骤四、向步骤三所得样品中加入4份粗盐,补充余量蒸馏水6份,搅拌均匀,即得茶籽洗涤剂成品。
实施例3:
一种茶籽油皂基制备的天然洗涤剂,所述洗涤剂按照重量份数由以下原料制成:精制茶籽油皂基10份、乙二胺四乙酸0.3份、二甲苯磺酸钠3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15份、椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺10份、柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液5份、粗盐10份和蒸馏水48份。
茶籽油皂基精制方法:
步骤一、盐析:称取100份的茶籽油粗皂基,于95℃下水浴加热,搅拌20 min至完全熔化,后置入8份粗盐,搅拌至混合均匀后加入200份95%乙醇,保温7 h。
步骤二、碱析:保温后,取出上层甘油,加入300份蒸馏水,加热至沸腾后加入70份40%的氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌至混合均匀。降至室温后放置冰箱冷藏,备用。
制备茶籽油皂基天然洗涤剂:步骤一、将上述精制得到的茶籽油皂基10份、乙二胺四乙酸0.3份、二甲苯磺酸钠3份和蒸馏水40份混合,85℃水浴加热,搅拌至混合均匀;步骤二、加入15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和10份椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至完全溶解;步骤三、自然冷却至室温后,加入5份柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液,调pH值至8;步骤四、向步骤三所得样品中加入10份粗盐,补充余量蒸馏水8 份,搅拌均匀,即得茶籽洗涤剂成品。
本方案中,实施例1-3制备的茶籽洗涤剂检测指标均达到质量标准,熔点达到优级品标准(熔点45-55℃,茶皂素含量≥10%)。

Claims (2)
1.一种茶籽油皂基精制方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、称取100份的茶籽油粗皂基,于70-95℃下水浴加热,搅拌5-20 min至完全熔化,后加入2-8份粗盐,搅拌至混合均匀后,加入70-200份质量分数为95%的乙醇,保温2-7h;
步骤二、保温完成后,取出上层甘油,加入100-300份蒸馏水,加热至沸腾后加入20-70份质量分数40%的氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌至混合均匀,降至室温后放置冷藏,得到精制后的产品,备用。
2.一种利用茶籽油皂基制备洗涤剂的方法,其特征在于:
步骤一、将2-10份的精制茶籽油皂基、0.05-0.3份的乙二胺四乙酸、0.5-3份的二甲苯磺酸钠在一定量的蒸馏水中混合,40-85℃水浴加热,搅拌至混合均匀;
步骤二、向步骤一所得混合均匀的样品中,加入8-15份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和3-10份椰油烷基二乙醇酰胺,搅拌至完全溶解;
步骤三、自然冷却至室温后,按比例加入1-5份柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液,调节pH值至6-8;
步骤四、按比例称取3-10份粗盐,加入步骤三所得pH值调好的样品中,补充余量水分,搅拌均匀,即得到洗涤剂产品;
所述步骤一中,精制茶籽油皂基根据权利要求1所述的茶籽油皂基精制方法制备得到。
