The 35 plants which develop the later symptoms of the root-knot nematodes of the dragon fruits are prevented and controlled by a root cutting method;
a) cutting roots, namely cutting pulp and stems of the dragon fruits at a position 10cm above the ground, removing the cut roots together with the root knots of the underground parts, digging out, moving out of a planting field for treatment, and cutting off the flowers and fruits of the dragon fruits under the condition that the plants do not recover the tree vigor;
b) protecting new roots, namely placing a root protection bag at the root cutting position of the dragon fruit, and filling a soilless substrate into the root protection bag, wherein the formula of the soilless substrate is coconut chaff: organic fertilizer: the mass ratio of vermiculite is 44: 5: 1; inserting the fleshy stem part at the cut into a soilless substrate, keeping the soilless substrate moist, and leading the new root of the dragon fruit to grow in the root protection bag; when the plants return to green and the root systems reach the soil layer in about 30 days, applying the biological agent for 1 time to start fruit retention; usually, the fruit can be remained after 1-2 months of root cutting; 1-2 fruits are remained in the first batch of fruits after root cutting, and the fruits can be normally remained after the second batch of fruits.
The biological agent is prepared by uniformly mixing paecilomyces lilacinus, bacillus subtilis and biogas slurry according to the mass ratio of 1:1:1000, and then performing spraying, wherein the spraying amount is 1000ml per plant.
The root protection bag is formed by splicing a single plastic shell plate 1, a plurality of air holes 2 are formed in the plastic shell plate, and a left upper bevel opening 3 and a left side socket 4 connected with the left bevel opening are formed in the left side of the plastic shell plate; the right side is provided with a right lower bevel joint 6 and a right socket 5 connected with the right lower bevel joint; in the installation, left side socket 4 is connected with right side socket 5 cooperation through the block mode, forms and protects a root bag.
And (3) recording an experimental result:
1. 82 dragon fruit plants with early symptoms of dragon fruit root-knot nematode are treated for 1 month by root application of a medicament, the situation that the fleshy stems of the plants are shrunken gradually improves, after 45 days from the first root application, 64 plants recover normal growth, and after 60 days, 82 dragon fruit plants all recover normal growth.
2. After 35 dragon fruit plants with late symptoms of the dragon fruit root-knot nematode are inserted into the soilless substrate after the roots are broken, 28 plants grow new roots in 7 days, and 35 plants grow new roots after 14 days, so that the survival is recovered. For the dragon fruit plants growing new roots in 7 days, fruits are remained after 1-1.5 months according to the growth tree vigor; after 7 days, new roots grow out, and the fruit retention is started after the root system is properly prolonged to 2 months. After treatment, the 35 dragon fruit plants all recovered to normal growth situation after 3 months, and all the plants had fruit.
The method of the invention carries out combined comprehensive prevention and treatment measures according to the growth condition of the pitaya in the planting field.

d) root cutting treatment, namely cutting roots in 12 months every year from the second growth year, ditching and cutting roots at a position 30-35cm away from the roots of the dragon fruit planting rows, cutting only one-side root system every year, cutting the other root system in the next year, and cutting the roots on the two sides of the planting rows left and right alternately;
(2) early-stage prevention and control of dragon fruit root-knot nematode

b) protecting new roots, namely placing a root protection bag at the root cutting position of the dragon fruit, and filling a soilless substrate into the root protection bag; leading the new root of the dragon fruit to grow in the root protecting bag; when the plants return to green and the root systems reach the soil layer 30-45 days later, the biological agent is applied for 1 time, and the fruits can be left; usually, the fruit can be remained after 1-2 months of root cutting; 1-2 fruits are remained in the first batch of fruits after root cutting, and the fruits can be normally remained after the second batch of fruits.
