Test example 1
Test of bacteriostatic Effect
And (3) detecting the inhibition effect of each group of samples on common pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and pseudomonas aeruginosa according to the test standard of 'disinfection technical specification' (the bacteriostasis test time is 24 h).
And (3) testing a sample: bacteriostatic lotions according to application examples 1-10 and comparative application examples 1-3 and two commercially available lotions. Equal volumes of each set of sample washes were taken separately for testing. The results of the bacteriostatic ratio (%) of each group are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
The results show that: the bacteriostatic lotion provided by each application example has a good bacteriostatic effect. The bacteriostatic rate of the bacteriostatic lotion of application examples 4-9 is slightly lower than that of application example 1, which shows that the bacteriostatic lotion is prepared by compounding the hawthorn extract, the phellodendron extract and the moutan bark extract, and the hawthorn extract, the phellodendron extract and the moutan bark extract are mutually matched and synergically enhanced, so that the bacteriostatic effect of the bacteriostatic lotion is further improved. The bacteriostatic rate of the bacteriostatic washing liquid in application example 10 is poorer than that in application example 1, because chlorhexidine acetate is acidic and can react with nano zinc oxide, so that the bacteriostatic effect of the bacteriostatic washing liquid is reduced. Compared with the bacteriostatic lotion of application examples 1-2, the bacteriostatic rate of the bacteriostatic lotion of application examples 1-2 is lower than that of application example 1, which shows that the bacteriostatic lotion can achieve better bacteriostatic effect by compounding the nano zinc oxide and the chemical disinfectant for use than by using the nano zinc oxide and the chemical disinfectant separately.
Test example 2
Safety test
Selecting 130 social volunteers meeting the requirements, wherein the social volunteers are 20-45 years old and randomly divided into 13 groups, and respectively trying the antibacterial lotion provided by application examples 1-10 and comparative application examples 1-3 according to the groups. 0.020-0.025mL of the test sample is respectively taken and put into a small chamber of a spot tester, and the contrast hole is not processed. The spot test device with the test substance is applied to the back or forearm of the subject with hypoallergenic tape, and is applied to the skin with palm pressure for 48 h. Skin reactions were observed at 30min (after disappearance of the indentation), 24h and 48h after removal of the plaque from the test article, respectively, according to the criteria of table 1.
TABLE 2
The results show that: the application examples 1-10 and the comparative application examples 1-3 are negative reactions, which shows that the safety of the antibacterial washing liquid related to the invention is guaranteed, and adverse reactions such as skin irritation, sensitization (except people who are easy to be allergic or people who are allergic to the antibacterial washing liquid) and the like can not be generated.
Test example 3
Crowd test
Selecting 75 female social volunteers aged 20-45 years and having inflammation (representing pudendum pruritus) on pudendum, randomly dividing the female social volunteers into 15 groups, respectively trying 5 female social volunteers with application examples 1-10, antibacterial lotion for comparing application examples 1-3 and two commercially available antibacterial lotions, cleaning the pudendum with the same amount of antibacterial lotion every night for 1 week (no other anti-inflammatory drugs are used during the test period), evaluating the odor, the mildness and the anti-inflammatory effect of the product after the test is finished, and adopting a scoring mode for evaluation, wherein all the groups are averagely listed in a table 3.
And 5, dividing: no obvious smell exists; the mildness is very good; after the test, inflammation disappears, and pruritus disappears.
2-4 min: has slight smell; the mildness is good; after the test, the inflammation and the pruritus are relieved.
1 minute: has obvious smell; the mildness is poor, and the irritation is good; inflammation did not improve after the test.
TABLE 3
The results show that: compared with the washing liquid sold in the market, the antibacterial washing liquid provided by the invention has excellent comprehensive performance in the aspects of smell, mildness and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. From the results of application examples 1, 4-9 and comparative application example 3, the hawthorn extract, the phellodendron bark extract and the moutan bark extract are compounded and matched with each other to realize synergistic interaction, so that the irritation of a bacteriostatic product is reduced, the smell of the product is improved, and the bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory effects of the bacteriostatic lotion are further improved. From the results of application example 1 and comparative application examples 1-2, the invention can achieve better bacteriostatic effect by compounding the nano zinc oxide and the chemical disinfectant compared with singly using the nano zinc oxide and the chemical disinfectant. And the addition amount of the chemical disinfectant is reduced by adopting a compounding mode, so that the mildness of the product is improved.
