Description

Deodorization method for refuse landfill
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of deodorant application, and particularly relates to a deodorizing method for plant deodorant matched with upright rod spray deodorizing equipment in a landfill.
Background
With the rapid development of society, urban household garbage is increased continuously, the proportion of organic components contained in the urban household garbage is higher, the composition is complex, a large amount of malodorous gas comprising ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, indole, mercaptan, thioether, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, volatile fatty acid and the like can be generated after a long time, a large amount of mosquito and fly spread germs can be bred, and the living and working environments of workers in a landfill work area are greatly influenced. Meanwhile, the odor overflow seriously affects the surrounding atmosphere environment and the body health of surrounding residents, so that the odor pollution of the landfill site is effectively treated to become an important content of comprehensive treatment of the garbage.
At present, a dust landfill usually adopts a fog gun truck or a sprinkler truck provided with a high-pressure spray head to manually spray deodorant to achieve the deodorizing effect, and a small number of places adopt a fog gun machine or a vertical rod to automatically spray deodorant. However, manual spraying is inconvenient to use, atomization degree is low, deodorizing effect is poor, a large amount of odor sources are limited by a site when the pesticide is applied, and the pesticide cannot be effectively covered, and a large amount of fog gun machines are needed by large sites, so that hundreds of power consumption is needed for a long time, and the construction cost and the operation cost of an independent power supply system are high. However, the actual operation area of the refuse landfill is crossed, and the film covering area is sealed and covered by the impermeable film, so that the actual refuse landfill is odorless and does not need deodorization. Therefore, in order to save resources, an efficient and convenient advanced spraying device capable of moving according to actual conditions is needed to be matched with an efficient deodorant to deodorize a landfill.
The field to be deodorized of the landfill is mostly open, and spray deodorization is the most effective deodorizing mode in the prior art, but spray application can have influence on the construction of the landfill, and a large amount of spray can increase the infiltration amount of the landfill. Therefore, the traditional deodorant is used for deodorizing intermittently, but the odor emission in garbage is a continuous process, and the traditional plant deodorant is easy to volatilize, and has short deodorizing effect duration, so the deodorizing effect is not ideal.

Comparative tests were conducted in the same landfill using the present invention examples 1, 2, 3, control group 1 (no film forming agent was added to the plant deodorant of example 1), control group 2 (the plant deodorant of example 1 was sprayed by a fog gun vehicle), control group 3 (the spray equipment of the vertical rod of example 1 was used to spray tap water directly without adding the deodorant), and the representative odor components of the landfill were used as markers, and the odor component removal rate was judged by comparing the odor components before and after the application, and the duration of the efficacy of the deodorant was judged by the detection results of 1 hour before and after the application, and the results are shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2 detection results
Figure SMS_3
As a result of the above experiments, the odor removal rates of example 1, example 2 and example 3 were higher than those of the control group. The plant deodorant disclosed by the invention can be matched with a vertical rod spraying system to effectively control the odor of a landfill.
Example 1 compares with control group 1, the deodorizing effect of the two groups of implementing groups is almost the same when the spraying agent is applied, but the plant deodorant added with the film forming agent is obviously better than the plant deodorant without the film forming agent in the odor control time duration. The method shows that the formation of a layer of covering film on the surface of the garbage pile in the application process of adding the film forming agent into the deodorant can effectively prolong the duration of the drug effect of the deodorant, and has excellent deodorizing and antibacterial effects.
Example 1 was compared with control group 2, and the same deodorant was used in example 1, which was significantly superior to control group 2 in odor removal rate and efficacy duration. Even if the fog gun vehicle is adopted for fine spraying, the effect of completely covering and deodorizing the garbage pile cannot be guaranteed, and the deodorizing method is inferior to the deodorizing method.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention.
