Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of deodorizers, and particularly relates to a plant deodorizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In a refuse landfill, organic domestic garbage is decomposed by microorganisms to generate a large amount of malodorous gases such as NH3, H2S and the like, which cause great pollution to the refuse landfill and the surrounding environment, influence the physical health of sanitation workers and surrounding residents, and cause malodorous pollution by the refuse to become a social public nuisance. Therefore, the method effectively treats the odor pollution generated by the garbage in the garbage landfill, reduces the damage to the surrounding ecological environment, protects the health of people, and becomes an important content for the comprehensive treatment of the garbage.
The existing garbage deodorizers in the current market mainly comprise chemical deodorizers, microbial deodorizers and plant deodorizers. The chemical deodorant has higher cost and is easy to cause secondary pollution; although the microbial deodorant is low in cost, the microbial deodorant is difficult to mix and ferment, the product is unstable, and has certain adaptability and growth cycle, so that the rapid and efficient deodorization effect is difficult to achieve; the plant deodorant is prepared by mixing oil, juice or extract extracted from natural trees, flowers and plants after micro-emulsification with water, can be completely biodegraded, and has no toxicity and secondary pollution. The action mechanism is based on chemical reaction and biophysical process to eliminate stink, so that the stink is converted into odorless substance and acts on acidic, alkaline and neutral gases.
However, most of the existing plant deodorizers are prepared by adding essence and pigment into oil or juice extracted from plants with special fragrance, and the odor is diluted mainly by the fragrance emitted from the deodorizers, so that the sense of smell of people is covered, the illusion of no odor is achieved, and the plant deodorizers cannot be used for fundamentally deodorizing; meanwhile, the existing product has complex extraction process, high production cost and low content of effective active ingredients, and cannot radically remove odor, so that the development of a simple preparation method of the plant deodorant, which has low production cost, can radically remove odor by reacting with odor molecules, and does not need to be efficient and rapid by a cover covering method.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art mentioned in the background art, the invention provides a plant deodorant and a preparation method thereof, and the specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a plant deodorant comprises the following components in parts by mass:
the natural vegetable oil comprises one or more of borneol extract, mint extract, camphor tree extract, eucalyptus extract, cinnamaldehyde and eudesmol;
the ferment group comprises one or more of protease, amylase and lipase.
Preferably, the plant deodorant consists of the following components in parts by mass:
the natural vegetable oil is a mixture of borneol extract, mint extract, camphor tree extract, eucalyptus extract, cinnamaldehyde and eucalyptol;
the ferment group is a mixture of protease, amylase and lipase.
Preferably, the plant deodorant consists of the following components in parts by mass:
the natural vegetable oil is a mixture of borneol extract, mint extract and camphor tree extract;
the ferment group is a mixture of protease and amylase.
Preferably, the plant deodorant consists of the following components in parts by mass:
the natural vegetable oil is a mixture of borneol extract, mint extract, cinnamaldehyde and eucalyptol;
the ferment group is a mixture of protease and lipase.
The preparation method of the plant deodorant comprises the following steps:
mixing natural plant oil, natural surfactant, peptide and ferment group in proportion to form mixed plant essential oil, adding glacial acetic acid, salicylic acid and ethanol into the plant essential oil, and heating and stirring to form a mixture A;
step two, adding water and 1, 2-propylene glycol into the mixture A prepared in the step one, and heating and stirring to obtain a mixture B;
step three, adding sodium hydroxide into the mixture B prepared in the step two, and adjusting the pH value of the mixture B to 6.0-8.0;
and step four, filtering and settling the mixture B with the pH value of 6.0-8.0 prepared in the step three to obtain the plant deodorant.
Furthermore, the plant deodorant can be used for deodorizing refuse landfills, refuse incineration plants, refuse transfer stations, water treatment plants, septic tanks and public toilets.
The using method comprises the following steps: mixing the stock solution with tap water according to the weight ratio of 1: 150, and then selecting a proper tool to spray. The general principle is as follows: the dosage is increased during the first use and gradually reduced in the later period; the high-temperature weather is multipurpose and frequent; the drying dilution factor of the garbage is increased, and the dilution factor is reduced when the water content of the garbage is high.
In the first 1-2 months after the beginning of the treatment, 0.5-1kg of deodorant is sprayed on each ton of garbage every day, and if a biogas discharge pipeline is arranged in the garbage, the deodorant can be diluted and then poured into a garbage bottom layer to increase the treatment effect.
When in use, the plant deodorant is atomized by the deodorization equipment to form a fog shape, and the radius of liquid drops dispersed in the space is less than or equal to 0.04 mm. The liquid drop has large specific surface area and large surface energy, which is about tens of kilocalories per mole on average, and the energy of this order is 1/3-1/4 which is the bonding energy of many elements. The surface of the solution can effectively absorb peculiar smell molecules in the air, and simultaneously can change the spatial configuration of the absorbed peculiar smell molecules, weaken chemical bonds in the peculiar smell molecules, increase the instability of the peculiar smell molecules, easily perform chemical reaction with other molecules and an acid buffer solution in plant liquid, and finally generate a tasteless and nontoxic substance. For example, hydrogen sulfide reacts under the action of plant liquid to generate sulfate ions and water; under the action of the plant liquid, the ammonia generates nitrogen and water, thereby achieving the effect of removing peculiar smell and eliminating the source of the peculiar smell, which is essentially different from the traditional method of covering up the peculiar smell by using certain fragrance; the main reaction is as follows:

the invention has the beneficial effects that: is prepared from natural plant essential oil, natural surfactant, peptide and ferment group. No chemical substance is added, no toxic or side effect and no irritation are caused to human bodies and livestock, and the use is safe. The composite material has the effects of bacteriostasis, sterilization and deodorization, has good removal effect on malodorous gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and the like, and can effectively solve stubborn peculiar smell generated in the operation process of the refuse landfill.
The plant deodorant can accelerate the fermentation and decomposition of the garbage, reduce the volume of the garbage in a short time, indirectly reduce the total landfill amount, save land resources and increase the landfill storage capacity. Meanwhile, growth of putrefying bacteria in the garbage is inhibited, and decomposition path of organic matters is improved, so that biodegradation speed of the garbage is accelerated, and peculiar smell overflow of hydrogen sulfide, ammonia gas and the like is effectively inhibited for a long time.
On the other hand, the atomized plant deodorant can effectively adsorb the peculiar smell molecules in the air, and simultaneously can change the spatial configuration of the adsorbed peculiar smell molecules, weaken chemical bonds in the peculiar smell molecules and increase the instability of the peculiar smell molecules, thereby eliminating the peculiar smell molecules and achieving the deodorization effect. Therefore, no toxic and harmful by-products are produced after the reaction with the odorous molecules. In addition, the plant deodorant product has good stability and stable performance within the temperature range of-5 ℃ to 80 ℃.
The plant deodorant disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, high efficiency, flexibility, high cost performance, wide applicability, safety, effectiveness and the like.
