Abstract
本发明涉及一种阀装置,该阀装置在电液的机动车辆制动系统的壳体(4)中插置在主制动缸(8)与存储容器(9)之间,该电液的机动车辆制动系统不仅能够由车辆驾驶员启动而且能够独立于车辆驾驶员地被启动,其中,阀装置能够被能由线性致动器(14)在踏板行程模拟器(13)的方向上输送的体积流加载,踏板行程模拟器的工作腔室连接到主制动缸(8),其中,为了简化构造和致动的目的,阀装置(V1)具有能液压致动的止回阀(1)以及平行于止回阀(1)布置的固定隔膜(2),其中,止回阀(1)与固定隔膜(2)一起布置在阀座(3)中,阀座紧固到封闭塞(5),封闭塞封闭机动车辆制动系统的壳体(4)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种插置在电液的机动车辆制动系统的主制动缸与存储容器之间的阀装置,如独立权利要求1的前序部分所述。
背景技术
DE 10 2013 216 314 A1已经披露了一种电液的机动车辆制动系统,该系统具有:可手动致动的主制动缸,压力介质存储容器,用于每个车轮制动器以设置专用于车轮的制动压力的可电致动的进出阀,用于在“线控制动”操作模式下对车轮制动器加压的可电控的线性致动器,可以通过主制动缸液压进行加载并在“线控制动”操作模式下为车辆驾驶员提供限定的制动踏板感觉的踏板行程模拟器,以及设置在主制动缸与存储容器之间的可电磁致动的阀装置。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,使用尽可能简单、便宜且功能可靠的装置进一步开发一种指定类型的阀装置,而不需要电磁致动。
根据本发明,通过独立权利要求1的特征,针对指定类型的阀装置实现了此目的。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的阀装置V1的基本图示,该阀装置插置在电液的机动车辆制动系统的主制动缸8与存储容器9之间。
由于使用了连接到主制动缸8的踏板行程模拟器13并且将线性致动器14连接在存储容器9与车轮制动器17之间,机动车辆制动系统可以独立于车辆驾驶员被启动,其中,为了对制动系统进行诊断的目的,阀装置V1可以被可由线性致动器14在踏板行程模拟器13的方向上输送的体积流加载,踏板行程模拟器的工作腔室经由可电磁致动的模拟器阀SIV连接到主制动缸8。
制动系统的所需的变化的操作模式可以通过布置在车轮制动器17的车轮压力控制阀WV上游的其他电磁阀MCV、CSV、PFV来实施
制动系统所谓的后备液位可以通过新型阀装置V1以简单的方式进行测试,为此目的,线性致动器14将限定的体积流输送到踏板行程模拟器13的工作腔室中。这在以下条件下发生:从主制动缸8在存储容器9的方向上的回流至少由于背压的积聚而显著减少,这是阀装置V1具有与止回阀1平行布置的固定隔膜2的原因。
因此,可以通过固定隔膜2在存储容器9的方向上以简单的方式产生限定大小的动态压力,由此确保踏板行程模拟器13填充有由线性致动器14产生的体积流,而另一方面,根据尽可能快地供应压力的需要,由止回阀1建立仅从存储容器9到主制动缸8的不被节流的通流。然而,为了确保固定隔膜的功能,原则上通过止回阀1在相反方向上阻断通流。
从下面的图2可以看出,止回阀1与固定隔膜2一起布置在阀座3中,阀座以紧凑的设计紧固到封闭塞5,封闭塞封闭机动车辆制动系统的壳体4。
这种设计确保了在阀座3被压到封闭塞5上后产生可独立操纵的、在固定隔膜2和止回阀1的功能方面进行预先测试的组件,可以用最小的成本将该组件固定到壳体4的盲孔6中。
从图2可以看出,布置在壳体4内并连接到图1所示的主制动缸8的第一通道A通向盲孔6的底部7。此外,布置在壳体4中并连接到从图1已知的存储容器9的第二通道B通向盲孔6的侧面。
由于封闭塞5在阀座3的方向上具有凹部10,因此在竖直方向上产生了被特别压缩的设计,阀座3的具有固定隔膜2的套筒突出部11局部延伸到该凹部中,其中,在阀座3与封闭塞5之间设置空腔12以建立第一通道A和第二通道B之间的压力介质连接,使得两个通道A、B可以根据通流方向而经由固定隔膜2和/或止回阀1以特别简单的方式彼此连接。
当与图1一起观察时,可以因此使用所展示的固定隔膜2在存储容器9的方向上产生限定大小的动态压力,这样确保了踏板模拟器13填充有由线性致动器14产生的体积流,而通过止回阀1可以实现从存储容器9到主制动缸8的不被节流的通流,但是在相反方向上由止回阀1中断通流。
为了所有部件的在结构方面的优化定位的目的,将包括固定隔膜2的套筒突出部11与凹部10类似地布置在阀座3的对称轴线上,使得止回阀1可以在流动方面以有利的方式靠近套筒突出部11布置在阀座3的基部16中的竖直通孔15中。
为了避免污染固定隔膜2和止回阀1,在阀座3的底部和侧面上布置相应的过滤元件16。布置在阀座3的底部的过滤元件16以轴向距离小于止回阀1的尺寸的方式遮盖止回阀1,这样可靠地防止了优选为球形的止回阀1在所有操作条件下脱落。
阀座3优选地由塑料通过注塑成型制造并且封闭塞5优选地由铝合金通过冷挤压制造,特别的特征是,过滤元件16的环形过滤织物可以在阀座3的制造过程中在一次操作中插入并包覆成型。
阀座3在盲孔6内所需的密封通过阀座3端部区域处的径向压连接来确保。类似地,封闭塞5在其凸缘18的区域中通过壳体材料的外部填缝以压力介质密封的方式固定在盲孔6中。

Claims (11)
1.一种阀装置,该阀装置在电液的机动车辆制动系统的壳体中插置在主制动缸与存储容器之间,该电液的机动车辆制动系统不仅能够由车辆驾驶员启动而且能够独立于该车辆驾驶员地被启动,其中,阀装置能够被能由线性致动器在踏板行程模拟器的方向上输送的体积流加载,该踏板行程模拟器的工作腔室连接到主制动缸,其特征在于,阀装置具有能液压致动的止回阀(1)以及平行于该止回阀(1)布置的固定隔膜(2),其中,止回阀(1)与固定隔膜(2)一起布置在阀座(3)中,该阀座紧固在封闭塞(5)上,该封闭塞封闭机动车辆制动系统的壳体(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,在阀座(3)装配在封闭塞(5)上后,形成能独立操纵的、在固定隔膜(2)和止回阀(1)的功能方面能够进行预先测试的组件,所述组件固定到壳体(4)的盲孔(6)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阀装置,其特征在于,布置在壳体(4)内并连接到主制动缸(8)的第一通道(A)通向盲孔(6)的底部(7),布置在壳体(4)内并连接到存储容器(9)的第二通道(B)通向盲孔(6)的壁。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阀装置,其特征在于,封闭塞(5)在朝向阀座(3)的方向上具有凹部(10),阀座(3)的具有固定隔膜(2)的套筒突出部(11)局部延伸到该凹部中。
5.根据权利要求3所述的阀装置,其特征在于,在阀座(3)与封闭塞(5)之间设置空腔(12),以建立第一通道和第二通道(A,B)之间的压力介质连接,使得这两个通道(A,B)能够根据通流方向而经由固定隔膜(2)和/或止回阀(1)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,借助固定隔膜(2)在存储容器(9)的方向上能够产生限定大小的动态压力,由此确保踏板模拟器(13)填充有由线性致动器(14)产生的体积流。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阀装置,其特征在于,通过止回阀(1)建立从存储容器(9)到主制动缸(8)的不被节流的通流,该通流在相反方向上被该止回阀(1)中断。
8.根据权利要求4所述的阀装置,其特征在于,具有固定隔膜(2)的套筒突出部(11)布置在阀座(3)的对称轴线上,止回阀(1)靠近套筒突出部(11)地布置在阀座(3)底部的竖直通孔(15)中。
9.根据权利要求8所述的阀装置,其特征在于,在阀座(3)的底部和侧面上分别布置过滤元件(16)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的阀装置,其特征在于,布置在阀座(3)底部的该过滤元件(16)以小于止回阀(1)的尺寸的轴向距离遮盖止回阀(1)。
11.根据权利要求4所述的阀装置,其特征在于,该阀座(3)优选地由塑料通过注塑成型制造,该封闭塞(5)优选地由铝合金通过冷挤压制造。
