Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for softening and resolving hard mass, preparation method and application
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for softening and resolving hard mass, a preparation method and application.
Background
Qi, blood, essence and fluid are basic substances constituting the human body, but abnormal distribution and metabolism can lead to accumulation of pathological products, including phlegm and fluid, blood stasis, lumps, stones and the like, and thyroid nodules, lymph nodules, hyperplasia of mammary glands and the like. Among them, thyroid nodules may occur singly or multiply, and multiple nodules have a higher incidence rate than single nodules, but the single nodules have a higher incidence rate of thyroid cancer, and thyroid nodules are complicated by various thyroid diseases, such as simple goiter, thyroiditis, thyroid tumors, and the like, and have clinically good or bad scores, and the benign includes mainly nodular goiter, thyroid adenoma, and the like, while the malignant thyroid nodules mainly include thyroid cancer, thyroid lymphoma, metastatic tumors, and the like. Lymph nodes are chronic granulomatous diseases of the lymphatic reticulum system, mostly found in the skin and lymph nodes, and represent unrestrained lesions. Lymph nodes and thyroid nodules belong to the same subject, and according to the prior art, the curative effect of the medicine for treating thyroid nodules and lymph nodes is generally not ideal, the curative effect contains large uncertain factors, and meanwhile, the medicine is easy to cause large side effects after long-term administration.
The elimination of pathological products is an important link in the treatment of diseases, and the treatment method is different according to the reason for the formation of pathological products and different accumulation modes. TCM is a well-established culture and has been in history for thousands of years. weighing the raw materials according to the amount, mixing with the mixed solution I, soaking for 20-40 min, decocting with strong fire until boiling, decocting with slow fire for 1.2-1.5 h, and filtering to obtain liquid medicine I and residue I; mixing the residue I and the mixed solution II, decocting with strong fire until boiling, decocting with slow fire for 1-1.2 hr, filtering to obtain medicinal liquid II, and mixing the medicinal liquid I and medicinal liquid II to obtain Chinese medicinal composition; the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution are both prepared by mixing ethanol, propylene glycol and water.
Specifically, the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution are both prepared by mixing ethanol, propylene glycol and water, and are used as solvents, so that ethanol molecules can quickly penetrate cell walls, effective components can be quickly dissolved into the solutions, and then the effective components are delayed from being hydrolyzed in the mixed solution containing the propylene glycol, and the stability of the effective components is enhanced.
In the application, the volume ratio of the water, the ethanol and the propylene glycol in the first mixed solution is (295-305) to 1:1, and the volume ratio of the water, the ethanol and the propylene glycol in the second mixed solution is (495-505) to 1: 1.
In order to improve the wall breaking effect of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, ultrasonic treatment is carried out in the soaking process, and the ultrasonic frequency is 35kHz-45 kHz.
In the application, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be prepared into paste, so that the effect of convenient use is achieved, and the convenience of the composition are effectively improved. The preparation method of the ointment mainly comprises the following steps:
concentrating the Chinese medicinal composition, mixing with adjuvants, homogenizing, emulsifying, and making into unguent; the raw and auxiliary materials comprise petrolatum, polydimethylsiloxane, lanolin, glycerin, jojoba fat and silk amino acid.
The petrolatum is also called vaseline as excipient, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can form paste for external use. When the polydimethylsiloxane is used as a raw material and an auxiliary material, the interfacial tension between an oil phase and a water phase can be reduced, so that the emulsifying effect is better, and the preparation effect of the cream is better. Meanwhile, the polydimethylsiloxane has a better defoaming effect, so that the cream is more delicate in texture and better in using effect. Lanolin as raw material and auxiliary material has good emulsifying effect, and can promote percutaneous absorption of ointment. In the application, jojoba grease is as the oil agent, can make the cream have the effect of moisturizing the skin and moisturizing, makes the cream be difficult for the oxidation simultaneously, and life is longer. The silk amino acid has good skin care effect, and enhances the use value of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
In the application, the paste is specifically prepared as follows:
heating jojoba fat in water bath to 75-85 deg.C, sequentially mixing with lanolin and Chinese medicinal composition to obtain emulsified product, mixing with adjuvants except jojoba fat and lanolin, and making into unguent. The features and properties of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
The jojoba grease and the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be fully emulsified through the preparation method, and a stable and fine emulsified product is formed, so that the using effect of the paste is better.
In the application, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is heated to 90-100 ℃ before being mixed with the jojoba fat, and then is mixed to prepare an emulsified product.
In the application, when lanolin and jojoba fat are mixed, sodium lauryl sulfate is added, and after stirring and mixing, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is added.
In a third aspect, the application provides an application of a Chinese medicinal composition for softening and resolving hard mass, and when the Chinese medicinal composition is applied to preparing medicaments for treating diseases such as hyperplasia of mammary glands, breast nodules, lobular hyperplasia, fibroma, thyroid nodules, lymphadenectasis, tonsillitis, lipoma and the like, the Chinese medicinal composition has a good treatment effect and takes effect quickly.
It should be noted that the above Chinese medicinal composition can be made into spray or other preparations in addition to ointment.
The features and properties of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
