pretreating raw materials, soaking the raw materials except Myrrha in ethanol solution for 30-40 min, adding dimethyl sulfoxide, stirring, and soaking for 7-12 days to obtain medicinal liquid; adding Myrrha into the above medicinal liquid, soaking for 3-5 days to obtain the above Chinese medicinal composition.
Specifically, the raw materials are soaked in an ethanol solution, so that water can penetrate through raw material cells, and the alcohol extraction effect of the active ingredients of the raw materials is better. Meanwhile, the raw materials are soaked in dimethyl sulfoxide, so that the stability of each effective component in the raw materials can be enhanced, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has an analgesic effect, and further has a better treatment effect.
In the application, after the dimethyl sulfoxide is added, ultrasound is carried out in the soaking process, the frequency of the ultrasound is 15-25 kHZ, and the ultrasound time is 1-3 h/day. The raw materials can be damaged by ultrasonic treatment, so that effective components in the raw materials are fully released, and the utilization rate of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is higher.
In the present application, the pretreatment of the raw materials comprises the following steps: washing the raw materials, drying at 45-60 ℃, and then sorting in a winnowing manner to prepare a spare material; grinding the above materials, sieving, and mixing with ethanol solution.
In the application, the standby materials are ground under the pressure of 0.3MPa-0.5MPa and then screened by a 40-80-mesh screen.
In the application, the concentration of the ethanol solution is 70 voL-80 voL%, the mass ratio of the ethanol solution to the dimethyl sulfoxide is (2-3):4, and the mass ratio of the ethanol solution to the ephedra is (35-45): 1.
In the application, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is mixed with a thickening agent, a filling agent and a humectant, and is homogenized to prepare the ointment. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared into paste, so that the convenience and the practicability of the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be improved. Of course, the paste can also be coated on non-woven fabrics to prepare a patch which is convenient for patients to use.
In the application, the thickener is pectin, the filler is kaolin, and the humectant is sorbitol. Pectin is used as a thickening agent to cover the medicines of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and improve the applicability of the paste, for example, the paste can be used in various occasions without worrying about inconvenience caused by excessive traditional Chinese medicine smell. When the kaolin is used as the filler, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has a large volume, a hemostatic effect and a good use effect, and the humectant can make a patient feel good on the skin in the ointment using process and make the patient feel good.
In the application, the mass ratio of the liquid medicine, the pectin, the kaolin and the sorbitol is (8-10) to 4:2: 1.
